Softopper

Amy was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with over the phone! I am stoked to pick up my Softopper when it's ready. I highly recommend these guys customer service-wise. Toby was also very helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Top notch team they have! Update: I got my Softopper installed last night. This is the beginning of some major plans that I have for this truck. I can confidently say purchasing my softopper was the right move for step #1! Great product, easy install, no complaints here. The button snaps for the canvas topper were a little difficult to get snapped in place, and they made me curse like a sailor, but that's pretty normal for a brand new canvas cover like that (if you've ever tried to stretch a brand-new canvas cover over a boat, you know exactly what I'm talking about). Overall I'm very happy. Five stars all the way!

Super pleased with my purchase! I installed it almost on my own. The frame assembly is a bit cumbersome for me. The cover likely would have been much easier to pull and snap if it hadn’t been as chilly outside as well. I drove home doing 75mph, my dog was happy and out of the wind and much needed cab space is now open.

I have had excellent customer service working with Softopper. My first Softopper I purchased used. I talked to a customer specialist over the phone and he was very helpful in assuring me the product would work for my application and I was able to get replacement parts for the older product. My second experience online was with Armani who helped me get a coupon for a new Softopper for my brand new truck. He responded quickly and decisively. A great product and great customer service.

I've always had hard toppers because to be honest, I never knew these soft toppers existed. I'm a trapper and I always have live animals in the back of my truck. Living in Fla., it gets pretty hot so I put a 12v fan back there to help cool the animals. I purchased a 2022 Tundra and saw a soft topper on someone else's truck. I pulled him over and asked if he like his. He loved it. What sold me was the fact the sides roll up as well as the back. I didn't even install the front piece as I wanted as much air flow back there as possible. I'm not exactly mechanically inclined so it took me about an hour and a half to install it. It's now been a month. I've driven up to 90 mph with it and run it through the car wash several times. IT'S PERFECT. I'll never own a hard topper again.

When I placed the order I was sent two frames and no canopy (how does that happen?). Emailed customer service including pictures and didn't get a response. Called customer service and was asked to email pictures... I had to point out that I had emailed pictures and all of the requested info a day ago, at which point someone checked the email box for the first time in 24 hours. It took a week, but I finally got the canopy. The canopy is an inch longer on the driver side than the passenger side so I have a nice crease in the back that holds water when it rains. Total lack of quality control on these. The concept is solid but the actual product is low-grade and customer service is poor. Hopefully another brand comes along with a better option.
