These guys are the real deal. Vez and his team are professionals and know the in and outs of sneaker culture. It's a hike to drive north to these guys. But the quality service balances it out! Happy 5 Years!

Have ordered from this place online three times, the prices are great, the sneaks are quality, and always as good or better than advertised, and the customer service is quick, polite and extremely helpful. Ordered a pair last week during the snow storm, and there may have been a little snafu with UPS... contacted them via email, and not only did they get back in an hour or so, the problem was corrected, a new tracking number was sent, and the package arrived the next day. Great local business, and I can see why they're expanding. Will happily continue to support. Keep up the excellent work!

This place is definitely a rip off. I came in with  two pairs of Jordan’s  retro 12 and retro 5 and in good condition look brand new and I was offered 90.00 For both pairs of Jordan’s.

This store is a absolutely amazing ‼️ Not only is great to see a black mans business thriving in the community but the impact they have is huge. They came and providing something this state was missing and they're doing an amazing job. The vibes in the store are good to. Plus, they give back to the community in a huge way. This store is so much more than sneakers and it’s wonderful to watch it grow.

Suburbia

First time coming in to this store . Plenty of styles to choose from . Very discounted sales items .  Floor staff was not ver helpful nor were they friendly nor approachable. At the check out I was truly pleased I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful young man .

Very bad attitude. The service is very poor. And there's racism. The manager of the store behaved badly.

We were in the store getting ready to buy shoes and didn't try them on when we bought four pairs of shoes. When it was time to pay, we mentioned that we didn't want a shoe box, which was more convenient for us. And hold a baby. The manager said: You can't do without the shoebox. We have nowhere to put it. We compromised. We agreed to take the shoe box away. But we wanted to pay and put the shoes in the bag and take them away. We take the shoebox ourselves. was rejected. The manager's attitude was very poor. He's almost insane. The attitude is very bad and vicious. I have never been treated like this in a store. We are consumers. Why can't it be convenient for us? We're not saying no to shoeboxes. This manager serves guests like this. Terrible!

We bought a pair of tennis shoes & sandals here & they accepted our manufacturers coupons. We would definitely return to this location again in the future.

I was planning a surprise weekend for my Fiance, and to plan it out I was helped my Ciara and Brookly (managers at SKECHERS) in the Christiana Mall.

I did a makeshift scavenger hunt for her to find roses. I picked 3 different businesses to place the roses where my Fiance would have an idea where our special weekend would be.

It was a great weekend and I wanted to say I appreciate Ciara and Brooklyn for helping me with my special weekend and knowing how surprised when she got her rose.

We were interested in the McDonald’s crocks and the worker told us we weren’t allowed to buy them because McDonald’s supports Israel

The employees did not have the motivation to help.  I gave it a little time for them to approach me but it didn’t happen. They stayed at the register.  One of them took shoes back and the other came and stood in the middle of the store looking on her cellphone.   I finally let them know they took too long to give us help and told them we will take our business elsewhere.  Sorry Journey they didn’t represent well.  We made our purchase at the store next door and will go online to purchase the pair of converse my daughter wanted.

Very helpful when returning shoes that didn't fit (I got them online) I left with a order for shoes my size that will be shipped through mail. Friendly staff

My daughter and I came in and the employees were completely unhelpful! Twice an associate brought out the wrong size (one was a MENS 9) my daughter is a 7W. Then brought out a 7.5W and when I advised the associate that she brought the incorrect size again her response was “well we don’t have a 7 in that size”. Then all the associates were laughing and my daughter felt so uncomfortable we left. You lost a sale Journeys and future sales. Plenty of other stores sell vans and Converse shoes and are happy to help their customers to gain a sale. Hire employees who actually care because the ones working tonight are getting paid to do nothing.

Another good kids shoes store. The staff are very helpful as usual and the selection is great, but the inventory can be low on popular items. Staff can order item for pickup or delivery as your wish.

This was the most ignorant sales staff they were all talking and not paying attention I even had to ask for a bag and a reciept I will never shop there again. It was the most horrible experience they just totally ignored me. If I was the store manger I would have fired them. They have no customer appreciation at all.

Really great service ! Called in for specific style and size, an associate placed them on hold for me. All i had to do was give them my name and my items were waiting for me ! In & out very quickly

Bought a Chrome Hearts shirt from them that turned out to not be authentic. Tailor noticed the letters were overlapping the stitching and had the item checked for authenticity.
When we stated the issue, they basically accused us of swapping out the shirt and used the return policy timeframe as an excuse. Obviously, if the product is not authentic that policy should go out  the window. Who in their right mind would find a fake shirt so they can get a store credit?? They completely passed the buck.
I would never buy anything from them. Clearly, there is an issue with their customer service and quality control.

Highly recommended! Love the staff and leaving is def my go to sales man!!!

Famous Footwear

Not a great selection of shoes. If you're looking for loafers, they only had one type when I'd shopped.

Also checkout for the folks ahead of us took a very long time (15 minutes for 2 pairs of shoes), and our own also took a while.

Would advise visiting the DSW across the shopping plaza.

Mary at the Christiana location was very accommodating with my purchase issue.
I have to order online due to the size i need to purchase. I ordered a few weeks ago and the shoes came in one size box but the shoes were a different size.  Returned to the store reordered. Last week the shoes came once again, same issue, same box and same tissue paper. I was very upset that they just reissued the same order. Went to the store today got bogo offer and a coupon. Mary was very professional and is an asset to this location. Christiana is a very hard area to work in with the customer service as myself manage a retail location. She should be thanked for providing excellent service. I didn't give 4 stars due to the online ordering issue only.

Lady at the register was very nice and helpful, she even called the other location for me to reserve my shoes. But the girl stocking was rude, and not helpful at all, was very short with her answers to my questions. Just had a bad attitude

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Janet was the absolute sweetest, she was so helpful with my coupons and double checked that I had a left and right of each shoe and that the sizes matched, I was in a hurry while shopping so I really appreciated that!! Super friendly customer service and she went above and beyond to assist me :)

Clerks were not in the best mood this morning. One clerk mentioned being by herself all morning at the register, so I get her frustration. She said, she can’t help returns. Another woman and I had a trying time getting help to utilize the restroom. The wait was long to purchase but glad I got what I needed.

I saw two pairs of shoes that I really liked, did not have my size in one and color in the other.  Second time I tried. Wonderful selection if you can find your size.

Worst check out wait. Only 2 cashiers waiting on a constant line of 20+ customers.  Clearly no care for the time wasted waiting as there are other associates walking around the store.

As a person of mixed black heritage, I recently encountered an incredibly distressing situation at a local store that compels me to speak out against the inherent racism that was blatantly displayed. A white woman, sporting long brown hair and black glasses, acted in an appallingly racist manner, leaving me with no choice but to call for her immediate termination. I implore you, fellow individuals of color, to join me in refusing to support a business that tolerates such despicable behavior, thereby demonstrating our unwavering commitment to our worth as customers.

Approaching her politely, I respectfully sought her assistance, saying, "Excuse me, I'm sorry to bother you..." To my utter dismay, she not only ignored me entirely but also remained fixated on her phone, dismissing my presence without even a glance. However, undeterred, I proceeded to show her a picture of the shoes I had come across at another DSW location, inquiring whether they were available in stock. Her response was astonishingly curt and condescending, as she dismissively replied, "No. We don't." Then laughed as if it was a dumb question or something. Astonishingly, she chose to end our interaction right there, without making any effort to confirm their availability, an action that is typically standard practice.

The distressing part, however, was what followed when my white mother approached her a mere eight minutes later, posing the exact same question. Suddenly, the same employee underwent a baffling transformation. Suddenly helpful, polite, and exuding an uncharacteristic cheerfulness, she went out of her way to search for the shoes in stock. This stark contrast in behavior unambiguously reveals the deeply ingrained racial biases she possesses, ones she shamelessly allows to dictate her treatment of customers.

We cannot allow such abhorrent behavior to persist unchallenged. Until the store takes immediate action and terminates this employee, I firmly pledge to withhold my hard-earned money from supporting a business that turns a blind eye to racist employees. This appalling incident serves as a dire reminder of the urgent need to stand against racial discrimination in every facet of our lives. By vocally rejecting such prejudiced behavior and refusing to contribute to establishments that foster it, we can collectively foster an environment that upholds the dignity and worth of people of color.

Let us make our voices heard, demanding that the store's management address this grave issue with the utmost seriousness. It is imperative that they hold their employees accountable for their actions and implement robust measures to prevent future incidents of racism. Only by actively confronting and rectifying these instances can we hope to cultivate a society that truly cherishes diversity, inclusivity, and equality.

I was prepared to buy 2 pairs of shoes, but I put them down and walked out.
I would have given zero stars but it wasn’t an option.

Target

I always forget that this location exists since it’s at the edge of Kirkwood Highway. I honestly am blown away by how clean and well-stocked this location is, and it’s HUGE.

Judging from the storefront, I never expected this Target to be as large as it is, but it feels so vast inside. We visited early morning, and it was the best decision because this shopping center (when crowded) is a nightmare.

Unfortunately I had to give one star and could not give zero stars. This is by far the worst Target I ever shopped, granted all Targets are going downhill imo. I had an issue and went to customer service to get it resolved. While there a lady had the exact same issue and they jumped through hoops to help said lady. Then it came to my turn, I was immediately met with a disgusted look by the employee, then said employee spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. Finally I was told by the employee there is nothing they can do even though it was the exact same issue as the customer in front of me. THE only difference was the color of my skin versus their color (guess I wasn't dark enough or too straight to get respect from the Target staff) This underlying issue has only gotten worse over the past few years. Also I would like to warn everyone that the store is always dirty especially the restrooms, the isles are always blocked with U-boats of merchandise never being worked, and the shelves are always bare. Good luck finding a floor associate that would actually help you instead of ignoring you completely. IF I WANTED SERVICE LIKE THAT I WOULD JUST SHOP AT WALMART!! Hell I get more respect in Walmart than I do at Target.

I ordered a crock pot, and the price was reasonable. I ordered a second crock pot to share as a gift. The store was organized and the clerks were willing to help me with my order. They also gave me a shopping cart to carry the products to my car.

Everyone loves Target, and I'm no exception. It's clean and bright inside. They sell groceries as well as clothing, housewares, etc. This is a smaller Target than some others I've been to, but it's still great.

Seriously the worst customer service in any store I’ve ever been to. The employees closed the only fitting room in the store three hours before closing time because they had let clothes pile up everywhere as they sat around taking and didn’t want to deal with any more go-backs. Shelves are out of stock, trash strewn all over the aisles, disgusting bathrooms. Don’t even get me started on the Starbucks— absolutely filthy. They’ll either refuse to make drinks they don’t want to make or make them wrong and then have an attitude. As someone who worked retail for years, I know it can suck but this location needs to hire some employees willing to do the bare minimum
