Bought a Chrome Hearts shirt from them that turned out to not be authentic. Tailor noticed the letters were overlapping the stitching and had the item checked for authenticity. When we stated the issue, they basically accused us of swapping out the shirt and used the return policy timeframe as an excuse. Obviously, if the product is not authentic that policy should go out the window. Who in their right mind would find a fake shirt so they can get a store credit?? They completely passed the buck. I would never buy anything from them. Clearly, there is an issue with their customer service and quality control.
