We were interested in the McDonald’s crocks and the worker told us we weren’t allowed to buy them because McDonald’s supports Israel

The employees did not have the motivation to help. I gave it a little time for them to approach me but it didn’t happen. They stayed at the register. One of them took shoes back and the other came and stood in the middle of the store looking on her cellphone. I finally let them know they took too long to give us help and told them we will take our business elsewhere. Sorry Journey they didn’t represent well. We made our purchase at the store next door and will go online to purchase the pair of converse my daughter wanted.

Very helpful when returning shoes that didn't fit (I got them online) I left with a order for shoes my size that will be shipped through mail. Friendly staff

My daughter and I came in and the employees were completely unhelpful! Twice an associate brought out the wrong size (one was a MENS 9) my daughter is a 7W. Then brought out a 7.5W and when I advised the associate that she brought the incorrect size again her response was “well we don’t have a 7 in that size”. Then all the associates were laughing and my daughter felt so uncomfortable we left. You lost a sale Journeys and future sales. Plenty of other stores sell vans and Converse shoes and are happy to help their customers to gain a sale. Hire employees who actually care because the ones working tonight are getting paid to do nothing.
