Famous Footwear

Not a great selection of shoes. If you're looking for loafers, they only had one type when I'd shopped. Also checkout for the folks ahead of us took a very long time (15 minutes for 2 pairs of shoes), and our own also took a while. Would advise visiting the DSW across the shopping plaza.

Clean store; great service.

Mary at the Christiana location was very accommodating with my purchase issue. I have to order online due to the size i need to purchase. I ordered a few weeks ago and the shoes came in one size box but the shoes were a different size. Returned to the store reordered. Last week the shoes came once again, same issue, same box and same tissue paper. I was very upset that they just reissued the same order. Went to the store today got bogo offer and a coupon. Mary was very professional and is an asset to this location. Christiana is a very hard area to work in with the customer service as myself manage a retail location. She should be thanked for providing excellent service. I didn't give 4 stars due to the online ordering issue only.

Lady at the register was very nice and helpful, she even called the other location for me to reserve my shoes. But the girl stocking was rude, and not helpful at all, was very short with her answers to my questions. Just had a bad attitude
