Denise was the best! So friendly and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience. We received great customer service in every department we shopped in. I love the selection of Brahmin bags that they have. The size of the store is pretty good for the SanTan Village.

My grandma went in to look for shoes for my wedding on Wednesday august 30th and the staff blew her off and rolled their eyes after asking for sizes of three different shoes and made her wait 40 min. She ended up leaving because she felt the ladies were too busy to help her. Hopefully the service at other locations will be more reliable.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a very large men’s section of clothing available. Not only that, but the clothes were actually pretty fashionable. So I enjoyed my visit and plan on going back.

This store is small but has all the brands.  A short while ago I stopped in for a hot minute, and there was even a shelf of Louis Vuitton in the bag section! Way to go Dillard’s.  I just think there could be a bench outside for smokers so I could take the rest of my family with me shopping to this location.

I came in, super panicked about finding jewelry to complement a formal gown, for a wedding, AND accessories for a dress for the Bridal Shower...I showed pix of the dress and gown to CHUTIMA, and she started searching the whole department for the PERFECT additions to my wedding outfits!! To be honest, I was feeling like the gown was a bit matronly, but by the time CHUTIMA WORKED HER MAGIC...I felt like Cinderella!!
I even found that one of the necklace and earring sets will also work with an outfit for another of the wedding events, so I feel like I've solved three mysteries with one CHUTIMA!!
I have a new BFF in the jewelry department at Dillard's!! I'd forgotten what it was like to have such caring Customer Service...like the old days. Listen...CHUTIMA needs to be congratulated and cherished, for the wonderful Human Being she is. Kindness is contagious!

The staff at this location are a mixed bag in terms of knowledge and general outdoor product experience. REI has been our go-to source for most of our outdoor needs but they lost our business forever from the way we were treated. A simple item exchange was requested for a defective product.  Good bye REI!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this store but it’s exactly as I remember it. The selection is extraordinary and the service is equally impressive. I can be in the store for hours but unfortunately I was in a bit of a hurry. I was able to score a great deal on some hiking boots and wool socks. D’Andre in the shoe department went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with a smile, and we did. Thanks for the great service and taking the time to explain in detail all of our options. Even gave us a little lesson on how to tie a runners knot! Will definitely be back again.

Been a REI co-op member for a lot of years. I just wanted to say that today I was SO glad I went to the store! I got an exceptional deal on a hydroflask but didn't want to pay to have it shipped to my home. I went in here and Robert helped me and his service was great. He gave me recommendations on things, made me feel at home in the store, and just made my experience today. I'll be back soon!

Cashier gave me a hard time about returning a brand new unused item I picked up in store that day so I could then buy said item back using my 20% off one full price item member benefit. He felt the need to “educate” me by explaining this was like buying a meal at Burger King, eating it, and then going back up to the register to ask for a discount. Seems to me this employee needs to be “educated” on REI’s return policy.

The employees at REI are outstanding. I want to be clear....My frustrations with REI, is they are always out of stock of neon lanterns that i am interested in. #2 i bought 2 flashlights, both never even stood a charge. So i buy 2 phone banks..Both had to be returned. So i did some digging, and it seems that these products are from a country, that the USA has made sure they got as big as they are and World War 3 is close. China. CHEAP PRODUCTS. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP PRODUCTS. SUPPORT US MANUFACTURING.  I DONT KNOW ONE PRODUCT THEY EVER MADE THAT WAS ANY GOOD? SO I HAVE TO QUESTION THE WISDOM WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT..

Ross Dress for Less

Store was dirty and disorganized, there was a very long line and only two cashiers, one of whom was on his phone most of the time. Several employees throughout the store laughing and chatting very loudly. I give it two stars for the prices, but everything else about it sucks.

Ran in there after work for a gift card.  1 lane open. One worker standing at the front looking at the line slowly fill up. She calls for help, after about 5 min he come  and doesn't help, instead pushes rack of clothes to tha back. The one cashier that was working had to ask the manager,  is he coming back????? The one worker that was called to help, comes back up and angerly asks who's next. At least 3 people, workers just playing and talking in the front of store while the line is getting longer. SMDH.......this location is a NO for me.

This store is almost empty. There is not a big variety of clothing. I've been to many Ross locations & this store does not stand up to any of the other stores. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

So I left a outdoor table in the store by mistake because I was shopping on my lunch and rushing. I returned to get it and they said that they didn’t have anything left like that. I will no longer shop at this location due to the dishonesty and lack of professionalism. *Make sure you check your purchased items before leaving this store. *

Shoe Carnival

The staff was very nice and helpful. The store had a sale going on for different shoes along with other stuff (socks, book bags, etc)  so, just about everything I purchased was on sale. They had a decent selection of shoes and sandals to choose from. My only complaint is the store was extremely hot. My daughter's and I were there not even 10 minutes before we were all pouring sweat. Needless to say, we rushed to get what we needed so we could get out of there.

I found a great pair of men's athletic shoes that feel like I'm wearing my bedroom slippers! Bryan Rhodes, General Manager at Shoe Carnival, was courteous and listened carefully as I described what type of shoe I was looking for. His patience helped ensure I made the best shoe purchase. I highly recommend Shoe Carnival.

So the store probably just open but the service was so on point the manager helped me as I walk in the door and I found and got everything I wanted

The staff is always nice.  Always good sales on shoes and accessories.

Nordstrom

Nordstrom is a fantastic store. They have great clothes, accessories, and makeup. What makes them special is how helpful their staff is. They're really nice and make shopping easy. Whether you want fancy stuff or everyday things, Nordstrom is a top-notch store you can trust.

This location has a restaurant and coffee bar

Very spacious clean location with very helpful personnel.  Don't bypass the bargain racks...there are some great deals. Cosmetic counters offered a variety of options and staff eager to help you find what's best for you.  Definitely nust go back !

Nordstrom's is a great store and right now it's absolutely gorgeous at Christmas. The decorations are above and beyond. They have a great cafe and wonderful selections to choose from throughout the store.

This is a great store. They carry a wide range of mens shoes. I got great help from Edward finding dress shoes for work. He also took the time to help me pick socks and ties to go with the shoes.

Just visited this store to do an exchange for an online purchase. Ola was right there to help me with a smile. He made my exchange process seamless, friendly and fast. I had a lot going on that day and talking to Ola made my day so much better. Employees like Ola are exactly the reason I continue shopping with Nordstrom over the competitors. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I love the merchandise in the men's department.  I had a challenging time getting the store to send merchandise to me that I had purchased in the men's suit department.  I had to call to find our when I would receive the items.  When I would call, wrong tracking numbers were issued, and phone calls were not returned.

This is not a good look, when customers from out of town regularly shop and by big ticket items in the store.  There is not excuse for not returning a customer's call and following through to make sure that merchandise is received.

Great experience all round.

A bright and vibrantly lit store, this multilevel shopping experience boasts a wealth of home goods, clothing, beauty products and more.

Staff were great, and checked in on us a couple times as we walked the store.

Selections are plentiful and the quality seems good all round.

Great selection of bags which is where we spent most of our time.

It's worth visiting. They likely have what you need, and they have plentiful sale racks here and there too.

Bathrooms clean and wheelchair accessible.

Can often find good deals here on cool, stylish clothes. Better selection of unique, casual clothing than some of the other stores, including Macy's and Nordstrom's. My go-to place when looking for a nice dress - I've heard it is their flagship store for women's dresses in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, will easily start a room for you to try things on. Usually not a long line to check out. Don't miss their shoe sales.

Three levels of outlets in this mall! There is something for everyone. As part of S.A.M. Investments itinerary the main purpose was the Selfie World, where I took plenty of selfies in a variety of settings. Loved it all! Also enjoyed having a meal at the food court.

We went on the 26th to check out the Christmas items in the Home Goods Dept. Their clerk was very friendly and helpful - not always the case with all clerks. We saved 50% on decorations for next Christmas.

Arizona Walk Shop

My family and I are grateful for the older gentleman that helped us get good fitting shoes that would help our feet. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and funny! Thank you for your services!

Just needed some insoles for my new work shoes. The guy knew exactly what I needed and they literally fit perfect and felt amazing. 👌🏻

EDIT: Went in yesterday for some new new work shoes and insoles. Guess the brand of insoles I bought last time is dead now, but fortunately Joe had one last pair that were my size. Even found a great pair of fitting work shoes in clearance. He helped me find my correct size of shoe and we got a great fit now. Thanks again for another exceptional experience.

Been buying shoes here for many years, started with them on Main St. in Mesa. Always very good service and much help with fit and best shoe for me.

Joe is a caring and very knowledgeable person.  There were three people waiting and he was very efficient, kind, and thorough with everyone.  Wow, his recommendations drastically helped my feet and walking after hip surgery.  Also as a young mom I found stylish and most importantly comfortable shoes.  Thanks again Joe!!!

I was in an accident and broke 3 bones in my foot. I am on my feet 10 plus hours a day and needed something supportive for when I am able to go back to work. Joe was awesome! He cracked jokes while he fitted me and recommended a rocker type shoe, as it will best support my foot/ ankle. I could tell an immediate difference from the shoes I have been wearing. Great experience and great shoe. I have sent a few people there as well and they have nothing but good to say!

Famous Footwear

It doesn't seem to matter if it's a famous footwear in Carson City Nevada, or Happy Valley Arizona.. it's always consistently a great place to go shoe shopping!
I went in tonight and found a pair of shoes on clearance that I loved but they were too small and the ladies there looked it up for me and ordered them in my size and they will be delivered to my home in just a couple days. They were very nice and very helpful.

Jill and Braydon were a huge help during our frantic back to school shop.  Thankyou for the amazing service.

They do have a pretty nice selection of shoes . Mostly sneakers/running shoes but also do have a little bit of other styles too. But, I feel like this place is a little expensive. I mean, I saw shoes there, that I've also seen at other stores and they cost $15-$20 more and they were the same exact shoe. I gave them 3 stars since its in the middle and I really like the variety but don't like the fact that they are a little expensive.

Famous footwear is okay as a shoe store. But because I can't find anywhere else to put a review on ryka shoes I'm putting it here. They suck. They used to be okay but they've gone downhill in the last couple years and their customer service at Ryka is really bad. I would never buy Ryka shoes again from Ryka or any shoe store

I was at the desert ridge location and they did not have the size shoe I was looking for. The employee offered to call the happy valley and I17 location to do a shoe check. The employee spoke to the store manager, Genevieve and she said she did not have time to do a check. When I called the store directly and spoke to Genevieve she said my best bet was to purchase online at a store to ensure there was stock. I understand they’re busy with back to school but horrible customer service coming from a store manager.

A bit on the pricey side but that's just about everywhere you go nowadays staff is friendly and helpful huge selection the place is clean and smells like brand new shoes.

The location is easy to find. Cleanliness is usually always top-notch. I have been here numerous times and always leave satisfied. They have a charming selection of shoes.
