Famous Footwear

It doesn't seem to matter if it's a famous footwear in Carson City Nevada, or Happy Valley Arizona.. it's always consistently a great place to go shoe shopping! I went in tonight and found a pair of shoes on clearance that I loved but they were too small and the ladies there looked it up for me and ordered them in my size and they will be delivered to my home in just a couple days. They were very nice and very helpful. ,****Thank you Samantha and thank you Jill!"****👍 If I owned a business like that I would most certainly want those two ladies in the store working with customers and taking care of everything for me. They do have a pretty nice selection of shoes . Mostly sneakers/running shoes but also do have a little bit of other styles too. But, I feel like this place is a little expensive. I mean, I saw shoes there, that I've also seen at other stores and they cost $15-$20 more and they were the same exact shoe. I gave them 3 stars since its in the middle and I really like the variety but don't like the fact that they are a little expensive.

Famous footwear is okay as a shoe store. But because I can't find anywhere else to put a review on ryka shoes I'm putting it here. They suck. They used to be okay but they've gone downhill in the last couple years and their customer service at Ryka is really bad. I would never buy Ryka shoes again from Ryka or any shoe store

I was at the desert ridge location and they did not have the size shoe I was looking for. The employee offered to call the happy valley and I17 location to do a shoe check. The employee spoke to the store manager, Genevieve and she said she did not have time to do a check. When I called the store directly and spoke to Genevieve she said my best bet was to purchase online at a store to ensure there was stock. I understand they’re busy with back to school but horrible customer service coming from a store manager.
