I had a favorite pair of boots that I couldn’t find to replace. The heal was missing and the owner fixed them perfectly. I highly recommend taking your shoes there to be repaired.

I went into The Shoe Box to get a broken lace hook repaired on my Redwing boots, they repaired in on the spot, and it looks factory perfect!  I can't thank them enough, and will definitely be returning for any repairs in the future.

The older gentleman in the store was very very helpful and super nice! I got a pair of red wings and they was reasonably priced and he did everything by the book. Thank you for your amazing customer service and I will absolutely be back very soon thank you again.

I recently purchased a pair of Red Wings for work. The salesperson, Phil, was very insightful about the functions of the various boots. Incredibly professional. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of a quality pair of work boots to stop by and check them out. There was even a sale on the pair I wanted so I ended up saving some money! 5 stars all the way around, cant say enough good things about the folks at The Shoe Box!

They did a sole replacement for a pair of Birkenstock sandals of mine and went above and beyond! My sandals now have clean foot beds a freshly oiled leather upper, along with sealed cork. The soles look excellent and are official Birkenstock foam. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Target

Came here on a weekend evening to pick up a couple of things. The store was clean, and there were plenty of carts. The app was useful in helping you find products since it clearly listed the aisle at which the product resides. Always had a smooth experience at Target.

Very helpful and thoughtful female staff member helped me establish a safe and sanitary place to pump. She got an extension cord so I  could sit comfortably in a dressing room to pump. I know places have thought about their employees. But it’s just as equally important to have a space for shoppers. The bathroom is not a good spot and is not recommended health wise. Thank you so much for thinking outside the box target.

Well stopped in after getting my hair cut at Wonder cuts. It was busy but they had one of the things I needed. It was clean and the employees were helpful.

Caleb at self checkout was phenomenal, very helpful and extremely nice. Best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time.

It's very upsetting to see lines of 5 and 6 people long and only have one actual checker open. Someone in line with me actually physically had to go ask somebody to open another checkstand. What happened to customer service?

Great store, you can find a little bit of everything here. They even have a small grocery section. Check out is busy during peek times. But the self checkout usually moves pretty quickly.

Really not a fan. Had to return something and they made me take a gift card to Target. My credit card I used to make the purchase had to be replaced and they could not put the refund on my new card. They would not give me cash instead. 🤬

Great store, with sweet, attentive staff. It's Target, so of course, they have like everything... but it's always good quality products at a decent price!

Famous Footwear

Went for children's sandals or flip-flops. They had a very limited selection and in a very small number of sizes. I gave this only 2 stars because I felt like their inventory was severely lacking. The best part was we could measure feet in store to buy elsewhere, probably online.

The gals that closed that night were very accommodating as we were there looking for a few pairs and ended being a 'few' min. after closing time.. Gals kept steady, store/shopper appropriate conversations,engaged in their tasks & Also Very knowledgeable about making orders,shipping options, and the rewards prog.. Thanks, I appreciate the good spirited team! **We all know they don't pay us enough to be nice ALL the Time! But Y'all sure make a customer feel welcomed into your store!**

Honestly, their shoes are very overpriced (most of the time)

Staff was very nice, welcoming and cordial. I went to 4 different shoe stores in the area looking for Nikes, and surprisingly Famous Footwear had the biggest and best selection of all, even better than Footlocker. Although I didn't find my size for the Nikes I wanted, I will most likely come back or call to see if it comes in. The staff did offer to order it or to check another store, but I still had more shopping to do and wanted to see if I could find what I wanted elsewhere, turns out I didn't so I will be coming back. :)

The Boot Shop - Outlet

Great selection of boots for men, women and children.  Customer representatives are friendly and inviting. Not a huge pricing difference from other places but normally has what you're looking for in stock without the hassle of having to order like other places.

They mark up to mark down. Asked an associate if they had a different size in the back and her response was “I don’t think so, I think what is out is all we have” due to the laziness and lack of customer service, we just walked out and do not plan on returning…after buying my Husband’s work boots for years from this place we will no longer support this business and will now be ordering online. (I understand what is out on the floor may be all they had in stock but the fact she acknowledged there “may be” some in the back let me know she didn’t care to check)

$11.99 tie-dyed shirts and tanks. 100% groovy and great quality. Staff was very friendly. Will be back for more sweet hippie swag. They also had boots.

Very big selection but didn't have the boots in hardly any black color.. Strange.

My wardrobe does not include country western staples. They did have Levi's here for a good price. The boots still felt expensive. The staff was friendly, it was a pleasant experience

Great Experience.. Great Selection. And my sales person was great.( im sorry i don't remember his name. But he works the Desert Ridge Store.) Got me what i need and even went a step further and offered to call another store if i couldn't find my shoe. However, I Did!!!

Just got great shoes here for a great price again. Mark has been here for years and helps me find the perfect shoe for me right away every time. Gina was quick, efficient, and pleasant. Thanks, Mark and Gina! I highly recommend this store and will be back again when the need arises.

Great selection, the staff was a little too helpful, but nice enough. Their shoe quality is pretty average for a shoe store, I would say on par with Kohl's, Payless, etc. The good thing is they almost always have a sale going on, so their prices are usually pretty decent. Don't forget to check out their clearance as well.

My daughter is hard on shoes and works as a Courier. She has a problem with plantar fasciities and is morbidly obese.  We're always shopping for work shoes with good heel support, and additional insole support inserts. Typically she wears out  work shoes, priced in the $40-75 price range in 30 days. Here at Famous Footwear, we've upgraded to the $75-140 price range, her work shoes last 2 months.

Still got my eye our for a more comfortable work and casual shoe for her.

Store was very clean and the associate I spoke with had good information for me. I was looking for a specific style of shoe and even though I didn't find what I was looking for the experience was still great! His attitude was so helpful and friendly I even signed up for the loyalty program.

Mephisto Scottsdale

My son recommended these shoes, but we don't have a Mephisto store in the Dallas area.  I did not want to buy them without trying them on, so I called Corporate Customer Service with questions.  She told me to call Aaron at the Scottsdale store and he could help me.

He was great! He answered all my questions, and never pressured me.  He said they were returnable if I didn't like them.
I ordered the Nikita in white. I have flat feet and bunions! Aaron told me they may not have the arch support I needed.

I tried them around for a few days on carpeted surfaces and ended up inserting an arch support.

I wore them to Tucson and had them on for 14 hours - no pain!

They were totally worth it.

Not having a Mephisto store, locally accessible, I had to rely on remote purchase through the Scottsdale outlet. Aaron was extremely polite, knowledgeable and flexible in an undertaking that took several exchanges of merchandise. I am extremely pleased with both my selection and my experience.

I brought in a pair of my cap vert shoes that had an issue with the soles of the shoes compromised.  Aaron informed me that Mephisto would take of my issue.  He shipped the shoes out for me and told me I should see them back in about 30 days.  Just received my shoes back (shipped right to my door) and the shoes look like brand new ones.  Very happy with Mephisto (my wife and I have many pairs of their shoes) and how they stand behind their product.  Also, very impressed with Aaron and how professional he is.  We are "snow birds" here and buy all our Mephisto shoes at Aaron's store.  Good job Mephisto and Aaron.

The very best shoes for people that walk, travel or just want to be comfortable are right in Scottsdale!  Aaron is the best Mephisto independent owner I've met, and I've been wearing their shoes for years.  The shop is right near Harkins in an easy storefront, so you don't have to deal with mall drama and parking :)

bought a pair of shoes durring their bogo half off promotion and wanted a pair for my son. I was told I would be able to come back later and get another pair half off and when I did, another rep told me that deal had expired.

Very nice helpful staff. Clean store and great clearance section . My first time getting 3 pairs of much needed shoes from the Clearance section alone.

Typical shoe store, however seemed to only be one employee. I went back and forth on whether he was too scared to ask if I needed help or if he was monitoring to make sure I wasn't stealing. Either way it was awkward. An offer to help would have been greatly appreciated as my almost 2 year old was running up and down the aisles squealing like a mad woman while I tried to find shoes for my 7 year old. Location worked as we were at the Studios next door, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Unger's Shoe Store

Outstanding shoe store — on any level, but the Tristate area is fortunate that it’s locally owned and operated.

Ungers Shoes has always helped me with getting shoes that work for me.Joe took the time to help me get shoes that work for me with the special inserts I needed. Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate all that they do!! We are blessed to have Ungers in the tri-state!

This a multigenerational shoe store that features professional fitters.  I am very hard to fit and yet all of my favorite comfortable shoes have come from Unger’s!

They've got just about anything U can imagine in shoes 👞 👞 !  Looking for Orthopedic ? Yup ! Plus ➕ if you want an appointment for the best Advice for you, that's Gr8 too.

I personally HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!  They are friendly they actually measure your feet not once but twice. They made me feel comfortable, and made sure that my shoes fit the way they are supposed to. And the Manager actually checked my shoes. ( OLD SCHOOL WAYS) I was amazed they still do this . Fun, great employee's found a pair of great kids shoes for $7.99  )on clearance  rack! I was with my Daughter and was there over an hour and was not hurried at all, and got over and above help!!

Very good place to shop as soon as I walked in I got greeted.

The guy who helped me today (06/17) to find new work shoes was amazing! Unfortunately I cannot remember his name and the receipt only shows associate 324596 but he was working Saturday night at 7:30 pm and helped me find new work shoes and some home shoes, he had amazing customer service! Thank you! :)

I always have such a hard time finding shoes to fit me. I have a bigger foot than most women but they actually did have a couple size 11 in women's but I finally just got a mens shoe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very willing to help as well. The store was clean and organized. It was easy to find different sizes in the correct shoe instead of having to hunt for it like in some shoe stores.
