Target

From getting a suitable parking which was seamless by the way to embarking on my shopping I had a beautiful time. Most shops have very difficult parking provisions but driving into the target area is alway easy as well as the shopping experience. However it looks like the self checkout tills are fast taking over counters with cashiers. Traditional people like me want to be checked out by someone after spending my money.

This locations needs a complete overhaul on customer service, open registers and overall cleanliness. The restroom is beyond disgusting, aisles are never stocked, two registers open

The phone to customer service is literally disconnected, no other departments answer. I can't get a hold of anybody to even confirm if my daughter's formula is in stock. I've tried every extension and nobody answers except the pharmacy, which is a CVS, who put out an intercom page for customer service to please reconnect their phone (they didn't). It's very inconveniently located half an hour away on a traffic jam of a road.

They won't help you set up a registry at all and got rid of their in-store kiosk. They wanted me to download their store app, make a Target account, then make a baby registry account on the Target account on the app they expected me to download on my phone for them. Even visibly pregnant they will not give you a baby box or help with a baby registry.

I've never had problems with coupons or returns at Walmart like I have here. They've argued with me about every single coupon I've ever tried to use. For gift returns the Target policy is to give you a gift card for the lowest sales price the item was ever sold at. They have never offered a gift exchange here. I had unused Up&Up diapers gifted to me, very clearly Target brand, and they didn't want to issue an exchange for another size even because apparently they had changed their packaging between the time it was gifted and when I needed to exchange it a few months later. Once it was finally approved by a manager (whom you apparently cannot contact by phone), my daughter had a horrible bleeding rash and developed staph from their diapers.

They just make me angry any time I try to go here, and everything is overpriced anyway.

I am very unhappy with the service. I called the store to inform the employees the meat on the shelf being sold was not expired however upon opening the packages they had a foul odor. Especially the pork, I bought 4 packs and was told by the manager I would have to return it to the store for a credit. I informed him that was not an option considering the meat smelled horrible. It made me want to puke, the odor is unexplainable. I refuse to put it in my car especially in this scorching hot weather. But I offered to go up there and open a package on the shelf so that he could smell it. At that point he stated he would go to the back and get someone from the department to inspect the meat. This is not the first time but it surely is the last. I never received a follow up call. Do better Target! Ensure your product is safe before putting it on the sales floor for consumers.

It is a Super Target. It seems super clean, updated, and remodeled. I did not have any issues. I even bothered a few employees with questions I already knew the answers to and received a smile and help finding what I was looking for. I wish we had a Super Target in South Mississippi.

I was referred to this place from the place where I purchased my boots…. I took 2 pair of shoes and met Enrigue at the store... Friendly and very knowledgeable.., I picked up my shoes today they look Brand new... Thank You.. I took some before and after pictures…

I highly recommend these guys. They did a great job on my boots. It is a friendly father and son operated business.

They really know feet here and how to help with making your shoes comfortable. My son suffers from his legs being different lengths and they were able to fit his shoe with the perfect insert! My son is so much more comfortable and doesn’t roll his knee or ankle like he used to! Yay!

These 2 are the best!  They ever put platforms on all my work shoes!  Makes walking a lot much easier your feet!!!!

I needed a lift on one shoe. I was told when I could pick up my shoe and it was ready.! Good work.

A shoe persons dream!!! Great sales, great selection, many to choose from.  Friendly and helpful staff.

I spent 70% of my time in the store in the clearance section just opening shoe boxes to see the shoes. Never been more frustrated. With this rate of productivity on the store's side these shoes will never be sold. No one has the time and patience to go through all these boxes just to see that it's not the pair you're looking for

I bought a pair of boots for 15 dollars. I really wanted some flat shoes but I couldn't resist the sale. The shoes were regular 109 and some change.

The employees were very nice and helpful. I had chosen one pair of shoes and while ringing up my order asked if I wanted to choose another pair of shoes to get them at 50% off. I thought that was good customer service.

I bought a pair of Nike Air max. They are really great.  Price was a little high but the shoes are awesome.

This location is awesome, can't say the same for Tempe!!

JAY is the best. Clear, straight to the point and most importantly top of the top customer service skills. I was impressed on how helpful he was. I love coming to this store, because the service is great and their are very attentive. And if they don't have the product you are looking for they will help you get it from other store.

The Shoe Mill

I went into this shop on a whim and now this will be the only place I buy shoes. I wear women's size 11 and found two pairs of comfortable work shoes. The owner was very nice and helpful and offered options I wouldn't have considered. Each pair was $135, but they are well made and comfortable, which is hard to find in my size.

Absolutely a beautiful experience and had a ball in there! Owen is a sweetheart and such a good kid! Nice variety of choices and the brands are top notch for the price! Mindy and Helena was sweet too. Thank you for the discount but us teachers always enjoy the love!,,

Went here to purchase a pair of Birkenstocks. Mindy came up to my straight away and assisted me with sizing. She even put them on my foot like a princess lmao. Afterwards, she went into detail about how to take care of the shoe and improve comfortability. She even gave my buddy, who was wearing older Birks, a complimentary cork sealing. Fantastic business and worker!

Came in with my wife because of the fun sign outside, and she found a perfect pair of shoes for our trip.  Great service and a beautiful shop.  Will be back on our next swing through.

I have been a shopper at the Shoe Mill for thirty years. I have suggested this store to many friends and family! I have brought a lot of people shopping here. Today they lost a customer for life. I will also make sure to tell my circle to NOT SHOP there. I will actively try to discourage people from going there. My sister and I purchased a pair of sale shoes which have never been worn and I tried them on again at home and they hurt my right foot….they will not let me return them even though it is within their 30 day return policy and I have a receipt. Go somewhere else to purchase your shoes!!!!

I have been shopping at your store for a few years, love the quality of your shoes. I was in on Friday, November 25,  2023 in the morning and had a very wonderful and amazing experience! Excellent customer service AND they have a great selection of quality shoes!  Clearly takes pride in what they sell and who works there.  Felt cared for based on individual needs (I got wide feet!)—a great place when you need the right shoes!  Gonna have to come back to browse that clearance section.

This place is awesome and you should give them a shot when looking for shoes. I’m talking to you guys, not just the ladies. All of my favorite shoes have been purchased from shoe thrill and you won’t be disappointed!

I have always known I would be better off in good, supportive shoes but I never got any because 1. They're expensive and 2. They're ugly. I found shoe thrill online after deciding it was finally time to shell out the big bucks for these tired old feet. The place is small but well stocked with everything from flip flops to fancy. I found a pair that was actually adorable and I can't believe they're Birkenstocks because they just look like cute sneakers. They were a little costly but less than I planned on spending, and after a couple days I was compelled to write this review because my life has improved so much from these shoes. These folks measured me and then brought out at least 10 pairs for me to try on. I really appreciated the special attention.

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This is a good very huge shoe store with lots of choices for men, women and children.  You can try on plenty of shoes in the aisle with shoes you are considering.  There is nice staff here if you need help.  It is not super busy and seems clean and safe.  The prices aren't low but they do have sales with clearance items.

I think this store has a better selection then Shoe Station. They even had large mens sizes (10-14) in stock.

DSW has a great selection of shoes for both men and women. Nothing is out of reach or high up on a shelf. The bathrooms are large and very clean. They also had some pretty happening music going on. They offer coupons and they have a great clearance section.

So this store has a lot to offer but as a women with small feet they have 0 shoes that are a size 5.5 and it’s really sad because they have so many shoes and sizes but not one shoe in that store is a size 5.5!

Shopped online and the sandles they sent to me were very used and well worn. They were also dirty. Did an exchange in store, but still, who sends dirty worn shoes to customers?

Buzzard's Family Shoe Store

Great store!  Excellent customer service.  My wife and I went in to buy my 18mo old son new shoes and they were very helpful with sizing him and getting a shoe that fit right.  We were first time shoppers and very happy with their selection.  So much so that all three of us walked out with new shoes.  Will definitely be coming back especially when my son grows out of this pair.

First time there and very happy! The woman who took care of me was really nice and helped me find a great tennis shoe for work. I loved how they measure your feet to find the right fit for you. I'll be back!

Great service from the staff and a large variety of shoes & boots. All I had to do was tell my boot preference, the lady chose 3 for me to try. The first pair was perfect and I was out there door within 20 minutes on a busy Saturday.

Great shoe store! They measure your feet and make sure have the right size. It reminds me of when I was little with their full service fitting. Not like buying off the shelf at a big box store. I definitely recommend shopping here

Never will go back there again.... I had to return over $400 of boots. They provided me with no receipt of my transaction, and said I would get an email with the receipt. This transition took over 20 minutes of me standing in front of the cashier. I complained and said I needed a receipt, checking my phone constantly for this "email". I was told by the manager to call customer service. I was already late for picking up my child, so I had to leave with no receipt. I now spent 30 more minutes of my time on the phone calling customer service. They said it could take 24 hours to get a receipt. It has now been 24 hours, still no receipt. Yes I did check my spam, and yes they did have the correct email address. I just pray they don't steal my return.

When I entered the store no one greeted me but greeted other people that came after me. Then a man pretty much followed me around the store the entire time I was shopping as I was checking out he came to the register and continued  to watch me. Please ensure your staff is making everyone feel welcomed on each visit and I still spent almost $80 dollars with them when I should have went to another store.

I just left this DSW and I'll say it wasn't good nor bad..just questioning "wth?". To begin the store was hot as all get out. No air or fan blowing to at least circulate the air. Second, when purchasing the shoes I wanted (after tussling putting it back in the box)  the rep man handled the shoes, damn near tore up the box, disheveled the boots bc she had to check to make sure the sizes matched, STUFFED the boots back in the box w/o trying to put them back in the box correctly,  then had the audacity to ask me if I want a bag. When I said "yeah", she threw the box in the bag all sideways almost making a hole. I had to spend about 3 mins (myself mind you) to get the box in the bag right and to make sure the boots don't fall out the box. I won't say I'll never shop here again, but staff please be cognitive of how you treat customers and the items they are buying. Without them, there will be no job for you to go to.

I usually come here first to look for something new at a good price. Often they don't have what I want but when they do I grab it here. The associates are usually around somewhere, can't say they are bad but they they're rarely looking to assist shoppers. They help if approached ofcourse. The men's selection has been shrinking lately. Overall I like shopping here but I'm a pretty low maintenance customer.

I used to love DSW, but in the past few years, the shoe quality is horrible, and the prices for a lesser quality are higher. Additionally,  there are a lot of shoes that are the only same style leaving very little to choose from.

Alan's Shoes Speedway

Went in with a relative idea of what kind of shoe I wanted but unsure how to decide what wpuld be best. I was graciously approached by Roger who expertly helped me find the best shoe for my purpose and even helped determine some excellent inserts that I knew I would need but didn't know what kind. He was extremely patient and full of great knowledge on the shoes and inserts he was showing me. Never felt pressured to purchase but knew what I was walking away with was both quality product and quality service. I highly recommend Alan's shoes if not only for the shoe buying experience as all my questions were answered and my trepidations quelled. Thank you again especially to Roger.

Liz helped me out.  She was awesome.  I always get great service at this store.  They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and friendly.  Liz made my sneaker shopping experience wonderful.  Just spoke with Liz today and ordered another pair of sneakers over the phone.

I'm a regular at Alan's, but I received exceptional assistance from Alyssa today when I needed it most. A last minute hiking trip in Zion required either new inserts or new boots immediately and Alyssa gave me expert service and advice after inspection of my boots. She measured my feet with the Aetrex machine (So cool! You can email the results to yourself or your podiatrist!) and advised a particular insert that worked magic immediately.  A couple pairs of socks and I was on my way without worry about not being able to complete the hikes due to foot pain.

I truly love this place. The people are so friendly and are really knowledgeable about not just the shoes, but how their shoes can help the overall health of your feet, legs and spine! They have simple day to day shoes, fancy shoes, and shoes that are excellent for outdoors, or for hiking.
