Thoroughly recommend this company!!! They went above and beyond my expectations…and I will tell everyone how awesome they were! We needed our shower glass installed as soon as possible due to my husband having major surgery, and they worked with me to get the style of glass I wanted at a very reasonable price…!

I have used Glass Doctor since 2017 for my rentals. They do a great job. I do think prices could be a little lower but the service is excellent. Easy to call in and quick turn around time.
2021 update, great company, great people. Have been using them for years now and they always come through. Very professional.

Having to deal with several windows from flying debris. I picked Dr Windows and Ms Heidi  responded very quickly. The two gentlemen came very quickly, took measurements and advised I would get an estimate. My phone rang and Ms Heidi was camllinng on my estimate . I sent it to my insurance adjuster and ever heard back..The order was faster than I expected, they changed out 3 panes perfectly,
I paid the bill, and thanked them.
The way I was treated was 10 plus!

We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and service provided by PuroClean! After a flood in our home that went from the 1st floor kitchen down into our finished basement, we had no idea where to turn. Thank goodness for Tommy, Cher and their team for helping us easily navigate clean up and restoration. Every team member was so communicative, helpful, professional and kind that we knew we made the best choice with PuroClean. They helped clean up the water, ensure that all moisture was removed from the flooring, sub flooring, walls, and carpets, and then did all of the drywall and painting for restoration. We were SHOCKED that they saved our natural wood floors that we thought for sure would have to be trashed. Anytime a technician was coming out, they worked around our schedules and we received a call ahead of time letting us know they were on their way. Tommy, Jerry, Tyler and Norman were true professionals and took such care of our home, and never made us at all uncomfortable with their presence. I wouldn’t wish a flood on anyone, but if it happens to your home, you will not go wrong calling PuroClean!

I have never been this disappointed on a business…Ordered a glass panel on July 31st, and it is the end of December it still didn’t arrive, I called back to follow up for like 100 times and the woman on the phone named Crystal is just simply rude and won’t even give me an update. I spend $1300 on this glass panel and half on the deposit, what a horrible business, I’m very disappointed. If I would choose again I will work with the Glass Guru instead.

I came to town visiting my elderly parents, and they contracted this company to do a shower replacement. The install was done incorrectly, the customer service insulted my elderly mother, and they never completed the install after being paid in full. It’s horrific, the way this company treats its elderly customers. Highly advise against using them

Had glass  in my picture window  replaced. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They done an excellent job  at a very  reasonable price.  I will  recommend  this company to  all my friends and anyone who  needs their  services.

BEWARE!!! Glass Doctor does not care about customers once they have your deposit, and they refuse to refund deposits despite never completing the job!!

I hired them this past winter to replace a shattered patio glass door - paid them for it and they still haven’t completed the job roughly 8 months later!

They came to install it after months of waiting and blaming the manufacturer only to realize they ordered the wrong type of glass and couldn’t complete the job. DO NOT HIRE GLASS DOCTOR! They still have my money and haven’t completed the job, what a nightmare costing me time and money!! Save yourself the headache and go with some other glass company!!

They No-Call / No-Showed for an appointment.  When we called the office to figure out what was going we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist who ultimately just hung up on us.  The next day someone showed up at our door with no company attire, name tag, business card or anything.  Just two sloppy undershirts and his work tablet.  He also didn't speak English and had to use a phone app as a translator.  When the quote did arrive, there was no explanation of their process, lead time, payment terms, etc.  Needless to say, we will not be using Glass Doctor. Don't waste your time like we did...find someone else.

Ron was not only very skilled at completing my requested tasks in record time, but he was most personable as well. He also provided a lot of good advice on household issues and how best to keep things in good working order. I would definitely welcome him back for any future requests. This is my 3rd time using Ace Handyman Services this year and I have been delighted each time!

Wow - these guys were GREAT!  Were very responsive and easy to work with during the scheduling process.  We were lucky enough to have Kyle and Andon come to repair our fence gate -  a large tree branch had knocked it down.  They showed up right on time and were great in communicating the process and timeline clearly.  I was working from home that day on lots of conference calls and they were good about just texting updates and questions when needed. The end product is perfect and professional.  10/10 would use again and recommend!

Tommy did a great job.  Will be having him come back!  He patched drywall and cleaned and painted two doors.  He put up our light on pole out near street and also painted pole!  Great job work is excellent!

Tommy was on time, very pleasant and went about his work carefully, efficiently and took time to explain what he saw that needed attention he could not provide (probability of mold under beneath the sink where he had replaced a faucet and pulled out the soaking wet floor board in the cabinet).  Before he left, he cleaned the area under the sink and vacuumed out the debris from the damaged floor board.  Tommy called the office and got the name and number of a mold mitigation company I could contact.   Definitely a conscientious worker and a considerate person who seems to really care about his customers.

The service I received today was excellent & embodied all of what you your rating system asks for. He was professional, on-time, responsive and did a fantastic job installing my faucet. Tommy is gem & deserves recognition for turning my experience around & making Ace Services a great value. Thanks again, Tommy!

If I could give a 10 star review I would. This has been such a pleasurable experience. Always ahead of schedule, great communication and very professional people to deal with. Our project manager Eric was on que every time. It was was like stepping back in time when honesty and ethics are the primary reasons to be in business. I would hands down use Premier Pools again and wouldn’t even bother about getting any other quotes.

Jimmy Holston does a great job and the finished work was top notch. We installed an in-ground fiberglass pool with a large concrete pad surround. Came out really nice! He's a guy of solid integrity. You won't be disappointed!

Update:  I recently had a minor warranty issue and held my breath as I contacted Jimmy, unsure if he would address it. He stepped up and took care of it! He’s a man who stands behind his work.
The pool has been in service for two seasons now. I’m a pretty picky person and I have no issues with the work...which is a testament to the quality installation by Jimmy and his team.

Jimmy, Bailey and the entire crew did a great job on my pool which posed some unique challenges due to the steep slope of my backyard.   I’m very pleased with their work and would happily recommend them.

I am a person who researches everything before I make a decision.  I heavily researched every aspect of getting an inground pool before proceeding to do so.  After doing all of my extensive research for over a year, I chose Jimmy Holston with Premier Pools in Gulfport.  I was 100% confident in my choice.  We are now within a few days of completing our pool and I can without hesitation say I made the right choice.  Jimmy and his team are simply amazing. Cajun Duct Cleaning And Sanitizing

Excellent work, conscientious crew, stellar customer service.  I have, and will continue to recommend Cajun to anyone that needs their ductwork and A/C systems cleaned and serviced.

Troy and his crew did a job that took 2 weeks, they did a good job.  Then a year later the mold came back....took me 2 weeks to get in touch with Troy.  Once he finally called me back he was supposed to come back and look at the issues and never heard from him again.....they did good work but not reliable to call you back or show up

We had Cajun clean and coat our ducts. They were very conscientious about keeping the house clean during and after their work on the ducts. I was very pleased with that given I've had contractors etc in the house quite a bit who were far less tidy during the course of their work. They did a good job and everyone on the team was pleasant while they were at our house. They were on time arriving and finished in 2 days as they planned.

I would definitely recommend to someone (also fwiw they came recommended to me which is why I used them).

I have used Cajun Duct Cleaning two years now. They did a fabulous job on my ducts after 30 years of never cleaning, repaired needed areas, replaced small areas and set airflows. My house is clean and fresh now!! I have used them twice for maintenance of AC and airflow. They are very reliable,  responsive, nice and respectful!!! And yes, they are very fair priced. Troy will let you know exactly what is going on and what you need. Highly recommend!! Need I say more….

He was fantastic did a great job.  He was so nice. Plan for him to come back and finish when we get the replace tile.  Hope he can help get the porch cover done too. He continued his work and he did the cover over our deck.   He is truly a master at his craft and we will recommend him to our friends and will use him again.

Calvin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He exceeded expectations in completing tasks. We are extremely pleased with the work! He went above and beyond answering questions about these jobs and future jobs and in cleaning light globes after changing bulbs. Paul was really good at explaining the products that are available and options for new shower installation.  Great customer service and did not come across as pressuring us to make a decision for a sale like some other companies we have experienced.  A local showroom that we can visit is an added plus as well.

After completion of the project we are extremely happy with how it turned out.  Mark and RJ did a fantastic job. Really professional and courteous. We had a great experience with Ace Handyman Services from consultation to completion. Project was completed on schedule and within budget.  Mark was especially good at explaining options and stayed on task. Great customer service. I would use Ace again and would definitely recommend them.

We have used Ace Handyman Services on two occasions and based on our experience they will be our go to service for any type of work needed around our house. I interviewed three companies to do some light reno work at my Mom's house to prep it for sale. While Ace wasn't the least expensive I feel they earned every penny I spent. The tech, Ryan W., was amazing, on time and under budget. He was very pleasant, helped me make some hard decisions,  and his work ethic was top notch. I was very pleased with the outcome. 10/10 will be hiring them again to do some work on my own home.

I needed outside work done on my house and found it difficult to find someone willing to give me an estimate and even pick up a business phone. How refreshing to speak with Andrea who answered all of my questions up front. Then Mark came out and listened and cared about my work that needed to be done. He explained what he would do, gave a detailed explanation of the estimate and offered his work with no pressure whatsoever. Mark just finished all of my work and even completed some other work that I needed. Mark showed me his progress as he completed his work throughout the day. Mark was great. Knocked out multiple projects in our kitchen remodel in a fraction of the time of the original contractor and a fraction of the cost. Showed up early and got right to work. Outstanding job and extremely professional.
