We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and service provided by PuroClean! After a flood in our home that went from the 1st floor kitchen down into our finished basement, we had no idea where to turn. Thank goodness for Tommy, Cher and their team for helping us easily navigate clean up and restoration. Every team member was so communicative, helpful, professional and kind that we knew we made the best choice with PuroClean. They helped clean up the water, ensure that all moisture was removed from the flooring, sub flooring, walls, and carpets, and then did all of the drywall and painting for restoration. We were SHOCKED that they saved our natural wood floors that we thought for sure would have to be trashed. Anytime a technician was coming out, they worked around our schedules and we received a call ahead of time letting us know they were on their way. Tommy, Jerry, Tyler and Norman were true professionals and took such care of our home, and never made us at all uncomfortable with their presence. I wouldn’t wish a flood on anyone, but if it happens to your home, you will not go wrong calling PuroClean!
