I have never been this disappointed on a business…Ordered a glass panel on July 31st, and it is the end of December it still didn’t arrive, I called back to follow up for like 100 times and the woman on the phone named Crystal is just simply rude and won’t even give me an update. I spend $1300 on this glass panel and half on the deposit, what a horrible business, I’m very disappointed. If I would choose again I will work with the Glass Guru instead.

I came to town visiting my elderly parents, and they contracted this company to do a shower replacement. The install was done incorrectly, the customer service insulted my elderly mother, and they never completed the install after being paid in full. It’s horrific, the way this company treats its elderly customers. Highly advise against using them

Had glass in my picture window replaced. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this company to all my friends and anyone who needs their services.

BEWARE!!! Glass Doctor does not care about customers once they have your deposit, and they refuse to refund deposits despite never completing the job!! I hired them this past winter to replace a shattered patio glass door - paid them for it and they still haven’t completed the job roughly 8 months later! They came to install it after months of waiting and blaming the manufacturer only to realize they ordered the wrong type of glass and couldn’t complete the job. DO NOT HIRE GLASS DOCTOR! They still have my money and haven’t completed the job, what a nightmare costing me time and money!! Save yourself the headache and go with some other glass company!!

They No-Call / No-Showed for an appointment. When we called the office to figure out what was going we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist who ultimately just hung up on us. The next day someone showed up at our door with no company attire, name tag, business card or anything. Just two sloppy undershirts and his work tablet. He also didn't speak English and had to use a phone app as a translator. When the quote did arrive, there was no explanation of their process, lead time, payment terms, etc. Needless to say, we will not be using Glass Doctor. Don't waste your time like we did...find someone else.
