This was definitely not a professional service. It took the young man 3 1/2 hours to hang 4 blinds. The owner agreed to only charge us for 2 hours but the work was not professional. Ruined one blinded which was replaced by Ace Handyman but made the whole process more complicated. He then left all of the trash and mess from his work which is unacceptable for a professional service job especially at the rate they are charging.

Installed glass shower door at very reasonable price. The crew of two came on time as scheduled and completed the installation in few hours. They did a superb job. I will highly recommend their services.

Had a wonderful experience with Chris! He did great work and we appreciated his time management skills. Unfortunately our job was first assigned to Randy. Randy worked at our home from 9a-3p on Thursday, 7/20 and 9a-3p on Friday, 7/21. Randy also worked a small 1:30p-3p shift on Tuesday, 7/25. Randy worked 2 full shifts and a small hour and a half shift before we had Chris show up on the last day (Friday, 7/28). Chris not only performed better workmanship but he was a lot more efficient. My wife and I truly wish we would have had Chris all along. Job would have been finished in first two days - by 7/21.

Great experience! Hobie showed up before the scheduled appointment time and immediately got to work. My gate looks great! I will definitely use and recommend Ace Handyman Services for future projects

Chris did an excellent job on the drywall!! Two areas were difficult to do but Chris did a fantastic job working on them, one would not know that the drywall had to be replaced! I highly recommend Chris!!

Aire Serv of Knoxville

James was just here and cleaned our system and gave great advice about best filters to use since we were not using the best for us. He was very gracious and we will always request James to come to our home when our heating system needs help. Aire Serv is the best!

Jeff Combs is a very professional technician for Aire-Serv of Knoxville. He is prompt and knowledgeable in anything heating and air. He clearly explains  the problem and what needs to be repaired. He told me the cost up front and what parts he would be installing. Aire-Serv always sends me a text with a picture of the technician who will be working on the unit. This is a great company with employees who are pleasant and trust-worthy.

I have used Air Serv now for several A/C repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone. Jeff Combs is excellent at diagnosing the problem accurately and fixing it correctly. He has worked on both of my units and they are working better than ever.

We have been using air serv for years and have always had excellent service. But today our tech went above and beyond the normal maintenance scope! He was extremely thorough and very personable too! We had to install 2 HVAC units on our home which, in total, can be the price of a car these days. So I spent a long time doing my research on HVAC companies in Knoxville.
I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes and Aire Serv of Knoxville came out on top for more than just the monetary quote.

It began with Rocky-Jay Bowyer who is the epitome of what I would hope for in an HVAC design specialist. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my questions & provided answers, and thorough with his inspection in order to get the most accurate calculations for our home's needs. I had multiple conversations with him as we were narrowing our options and he was responsive and warm each time we talked. He worked hard to ensure I had all the information needed. He is an amazing representative of this company & serves as prime example of what it means to do a job right.

The install was a large job, but they had the crew of people on time and working until the job was done. This meant that they worked past 5pm, but I was grateful because that also meant it could all be done in one day.

The install crew was phenomenal. Each one of them treated me and my home with respect. Jeff and Chris were so courteous and spent the day in our hot attic working so hard. Joshua led the team and ensured that I was kept informed on progress & went above and beyond in asking me if I wanted our old outdoor pads removed (as this would be the more aesthetically pleasing option). He was also wildly knowledgeable and walked us through everything from details of the install to working our new thermostats and making sure everything was tidy and wrapped up nicely at the end of the day. He and the team love their jobs, and it truly shows.

I'm taking the time to gush about the work they did because it is immensely deserving! I truly feel that our units and we, as customers, are so well cared for in their hands. I was so very pleased with this process from start to finish!

Glass Doctor of The Gulf Coast

Had a broken pane on my back door. Went to some local places to try to get it fixed. I got the run around. GLASS DOCTOR to the rescue. They were able to fix it in record time and were so kind and professional. Do not waste your time with other glass companies. Glass Doctor is the way to go!

Excellent service! Better priced than competitors. Took the time to explain the process took the time with my windshield on my BMW to keep it from cracking. Highly recommend!

Very happy!!.  I was told by 3 other glass companies that a doggie door could not be put in my steel frame, pane glass, patio doors and instead the whole door would have to be replaced instead.  David Ray and Glass Doctor said "no problem!"   They measured and worked with me on the doggie door size. Then they ordered the doggie door (a very high quality brand) and the glass.  The glass took some time b/c its specially cut, double pane safety glass.  Installation took about 2 hours and voila!!

Once he found out a problem with our unit, he explained every option we had to fix it. We are so thankful for his patience and knowledge. Great job!

The Aire-Serv technician that came to my house was James Schaefer.  He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He fixed the problem with my air conditioner and took the time to explain completely what the issue was. I asked him additional questions, and he was extremely patient in answering me so I could understand. Without question, he was the most patient and informative air conditioning technician I’ve met. The HVAC techs arrived on time and were friendly, knowledgeable and spent several hours checking our system.  They then provided us with valuable feedback regarding the condition of our duct work and other preventative measures to maintain the maximum efficiency of our HVAC system.

Annual maintenance and check-up. The technician Roberto was very friendly and easy to interact with. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained his findings. I was very pleased with the service received.

A big storm caused a leak in my poor grandmother's house, and mold began to grow in her bathroom. I called Puroclean to see if they could help. They were very prompt in coming out to her house within a few days. Their service was extremely thorough; there was absolutely no sign of any damage or mold. Best of all, they were incredibly courteous and friendly to my family, particularly my grandmother. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing water or mold or ANY damage repair!

Kabat's - Frontier Ace Hardware & Sunscreens

Went an had 3 patio screen doors fixed. Nice job on the screen but the rollers still don't work properly. They installed new rollers but that's all. Might as well by new doors for what I paid.

Well today they came out and looked at my screen doors and they made it right.

I went to this store to get a hose replacement for my car, went in cut the hose went to the counter to pay for it and they needed to price check it the guy walks up and looks at me ( I was covered in grease) and says why don't you just give it to him looks like he is in a tight spot. Really nice people that work here. Because of the polite and friendly staff I will forever now be a loyal customer to this particular ace hardware. Thank you

Budget Blinds of Sandusky

Budget Blinds did an outstanding job with our blinds. Andy is very knowledgeable of the different products they offer and how to make them look good. We are very pleased with his work, from design, installation and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional look. We chose the motorized blinds and are extremely happy with them!!

I only gave this 1/5 stars because 0/5 was not an option. I would never recommend this Budget Blinds franchise to anyone. We had woven wood shades installed last year. We have had problems with these since installation. There has been no resolution to the defective cornice end caps after months of waiting. I finally requested a refund & for the shades to be removed. My emails & calls stopped being responded to. I needed to contact the corporate offices..unfortunately, each franchise is independently owned and operated. They cannot issue refunds or make good on their warranty. It is the responsibility of the franchise owner. We are stuck with $3600 of woven wood shades (for one bedroom), that looks like the rough draft of a new product. Terrible.

After ordering blinds for my sliding glass doors, writing a check for a $1000.00 deposit (which was cashed immediately) and a promised 3-week delivery, it has now been 7 weeks and not only do I not have my window covering, none of my phone calls have been returned. I am now confident my order was never placed and the money just went into the owner's pocket. Having just moved here from another state, I hope this incident is not indicative of what I am to expect from Ohio.

Andy does a very good job with the blinds. From taking measurements to ordering and installation the whole process was very professional. We are very pleased with the final results.

I've done business in the past with Budget Blinds and after this recent order I am totally pleased again!  Pleased with the agent understanding of what I wanted; the selection; and the on time delivery.

ABC Seamless Super Store

Poor customer service from Isaac. Ladies at the front desk answered my questions as best as they could. Got windows installed about 2 years ago and now they are cracking and deteriorating. Glass cracked on one so I called for a quote or if they had warranty. and got quoted almost the cost for a full one.

This is a reply to to ABC. Yes there is 1 downspout but I specifically asked your salesman I prefer one but if it won't work I understand and he responded by telling my wife and I that it's a small house and there wouldn't be a problem but now there is and your salesman is kicking the blame to us nice! Even your own employees knew who messed up and told us he knows better. And all we asked for from you guys was to make it right. Nothing more but also nothing less

ABC resided our entire business. They helped us install new windows and doors.  Our building looks amazing and we could not be happier with the results.

Heads up people. We got 4 quotes from places and three were within a couple hundred dollars.  These guys were $725 higher then our most expensive quote.  Shop around!

They designed my gutters wrong , problems with overflowing on heavy rain days then when we called the first time they said they were going to send a tech out never did. had to call again this time sent a video of the problem. when they showed up they had attitude like it was nothing they did and come to find out it needed another downspout and they told me they would fix it for $500 so not only adding insult to injury they were already double the price of other companies you would think they would stand behind their design and work. I will never use them again and I will make sure that if anyone asks my input on gutter companies their name will never be brought up as a recommendation. to bad they don't have negative star's they would get -5...
