Recently both of my AC units went out one after the other within two week period. Hector quoted us a very reasonable price. He sat down with my husband and I and explained how the service package works and is very flexible with payment options. We were not able to pay the lump sum so he offered financing options with no interest for the first year.

Hector’s crew was very attentive and accommodating. They took measures to protect the floor and kept the house clean during the whole period.

Hector also  sent us a loaner AC unit before the installation work can begin. That is super helpful given my daughter wants to stay in her room even when it is very hot.

Hector and crew stand out for being reasonable in price, very flexible, and are very service oriented. Definitely recommend for AC related problems.

I am thoroughly pleased with Aire Serv . I went without AC for 45+ days, evaluated many options , companies & systems and found them to be a great value and responsive service provider. Matthew was my salesman and was extremely knowledgeable about AC units. He wasn’t pushy, made recommendations based on my needs and allowed to be able to pick what I wanted based upon his recommendations. I needed to replace  my entire system, plenums included for a very reasonable price. Hector, the owner was very responsive to my questions and didn’t push me off on a sales person. Byron C and a couple other guys whom I don’t know their names, was my technician and was very helpful and worked diligently to get everything set up properly. I am happy with my install and would recommend them to anyone.

Ronnie & Miguel were incredibly nice and responsive. They found the problem, explained it to me, got the parts, and repaired everything in under 3 hours. When it’s 100+ degrees outside it makes all the difference that they were able to get my AC working again so quickly. Would recommend to anyone to use them!

Very thankful that they were able to get someone to our house very quickly. Ronnie diagnosed the issue and gave us a few options to repair. While they were able to get someone to do the necessary replacements, Ronnie was able to get us a portable AC. Then, Christopher completed the work and kept us updated during the whole process. Both were very patient, professional, and friendly!

Chris and Diego with Aireserv of river oaks were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They did a great job repairing my evaporator coil and did so for a reasonable price.

The kind of service this company provides comes at the worst times, when things brake and distroy your home. At that time is necessary to have someone like PureClean by your side.
Their response time was faster than expected in a busy afternoon. They were very professional, took the time to explain the process and it made me and my family feel better in the mist of chaos.

Broken water heater flooded my 2,700 sq ft home.
Augustine talks a good game none of it is true. They worked one day a week for 2 1/2 months and demo is still unfinished. At the onset “demo will take 11 days” and that’s true but they only work one day a week and in the meantime leave you hanging to pursue other jobs! Myriad excuses but the most used is “takes a week to get a new dumpster”.  There were times one man worked alone.

Augustine flat outlied to the insurance company and my public adjuster saying demo was complete three weeks ago. Finally had to fire him Friday and hire someone to finish the mess he left. Wet insulation still in place, furniture still in the house, 3 disconnected toilets still there and nails all over the floor. Stairs that sustained the greatest water damage are still not removed over 2 months later. There is Sheetrock in my garden beds and all over the lawn. Zero supervision and pays the actual workers (who are very nice) a pittance and keeps them hopping from new job yo new job never finishing. I could go on and on.

My neighbors were furious when full dumpsters spent week after week in the driveway. I had several warnings from HOA regarding abandoned dumpsters and Sheetrock everywhere.

If you want a smooth talker who will leave you in the lurch while promising the moon, Augustine is your guy. They start out great for the first few days so you are fooled. Then because he’s so nice you believe the excuses.

People please, please heed my advise and go elsewhere and I mean ANYWHERE besides Puroclean of West Houston.Feel free to message me for photos of 64 days of demolition.
These were taken yesterday, 3 weeks after he asked the insurance company for payment for a completed demolition. And by the way, after I gave him three days to finish before I hired someone else. This was his best result apparently.

Unfortunately, I needed their service twice but without a doubt they are available and responsive. Team is professional and their work is top notch. I'd highly recommend this team to help reduce your stress in a high stress situation. Thanks for your high level service!

Izzy from pure clean was great, friendly, informative, professional, had everything done in the time frame he set. Was very good with choices. Was a good experience with a horrible situation! I recommend Izzy and pure clean 100%!

Izzy and Augustine were awesome from the time I contacted this company till now during the remodeling of my guest room. I went through other companies but none compare to PuroClean. They were able to accommodate with my tight work schedule and cleaned up the water damage I got in my home from a pipe bursting. My guest room is still currently under construction, but so far I'm loving the results! I would definitely recommend PuroClean if you're searching in the area!

Ace Handyman Services Central Houston

I would not recommend ACE Handyman Services for door installation.  The installation was a disaster.   The installer left a mess.  I had to repair and paint the drywall and door frame after he left.  They sent one worker who was slow and unprofessional.

I used Ace Handyman Services to do “make ready” repairs before listing my home for sale. Tina (dispatch) was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. She coordinated all the different type of work we had and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. She also subcontracted some other work (carpeting & landscaping) that we ended up using at the property.

Everyone that came to the house was professional and their work was done well.

I have already recommended this service to people I know and will continue to do so. They made it easy for us to get everything ready to sell.

Caesar did an excellent job with a dry wall repair of some nail pops and torn patch in the ceiling. After he finished, the parts of the wall he repaired were perfectly done as if nothing ever happened. Great work to him and the Ace Handyman team.

Ms Tina accurately explained how they provide the services and set up my appointment.  Greg, texted when in route and arrived on time.  He was professional as he looked at my projects and completed them in less time than expected.  My price was adjusted, and all the work was well done.  I’m thankful to have found Ace Handyman and will use them again.

I have used Ace Handyman Services on a number of occasions for mending drywall damage, baseboard fitments and interior painting. The service is great, my quote was dollars away from the final price, the team are very responsive and the quality of work is second to none. I will be using them again.

Duraclean Specialist

I had Duraclean come out and fix a roofers mistake when he did thousands of dollars of damage by not tarping off my roof. Almost every room had water damage. Fortunately this was a walk in the park for Dan and his team at Duraclean. He came right in at the estimate he gave me and even got done a week early! You can’t tell there was ever any water damage but I now have peace of mind knowing everything was dried out, repaired and replaced.
Dan was also super easy to work with and responded back in a responsable amount of time. Definitely recommend!

We had our ducts and vents cleaned. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Most importantly, they did a great job! I would definitely recommend Dura Clean.

We hired Duraclean to deep clean our 3 Seasons Room. They cleaned all the walls, cleaning, windows, tile flooring. It looks brand new. They were kind, professional, and worked hard and efficiently while they were here. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and thoroughness. We will definitely hire them again.

Our overall experience with Duraclean Specialists  was not satisfactory at all. One star is a generous rating. Duraclean did not stick to the quoted time frame they gave us for repairs. They did not line up contractors to do the parts of the job that needed to be done. I personally had to contact my own HVAC and plumber.I finished much of the work myself including drywall.  Employees would come to our home, work for an hour or two and leave not returning again for the rest of the work day. A job we were quoted 3-4 days max to complete turned into almost 3 weeks.
Our final bill contained hundreds of dollars in charges for services that Duraclean did not do.
I would not recommend DuraClean for restoration services and I would not use them again.

We have used Duraclean on two occasions for carpet cleaning. Each time their workers were professional and thorough. They made sure to handle our furniture with care, and explained how long the process would take. I would highly recommend them.

The Window Doctor

After an initial mistake with the bay window order install went smoothly. Very kind and courteous employees. All work was completed in a timely matter. Highly recommend The Window Doctor! Very happy with our home's upgrade!

We were very happy with the work that Cole did. He took the care of putting in the windows as if it was his own house. We like the look of the windows inside and out. Anxious to see what they will be like this winter. Grateful for the foam around the windows to seal them in and block the air.

Excellent install team!  Clearly communicated, stayed on schedule, and gave me instructions on opening and removing the window panels. I highly recommend The Window Doctor for window and door replacements!

Everyone I worked with at Window Doctor was courteous and professional. The windows arrived early and were installed within a week. It only took 2 days to install 11 of the 12 windows I had purchased. The 1 on back order took a while to come in but was installed a few days after it arrived. My house now feels warmer in the fall and cooler in the summer due to no air leaking through old windows. Would use Window Doctor for any future windows and highly recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

Ace Handyman Services LLC

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job for us on one of our properties replacing and repairing some exterior paneling. They were very responsive from the start, provided a reasonable quote, and thoroughly completed the job. They exceeded our expectations and were great to work with. I’m already lining up a couple more  projects for them to do for us. I would highly recommend them.

They were great to work with! Absolutely would recommend for any need! Did a great job installing our drywall, door, and finishing the bathroom.

Glass Doctor of Coldwater, MI

My insurance company suggested them to repair a small chip in my windshield. They said they would be here today Friday Sept. 29 , 2023 beyween 9am and 1pm which is a long time to have to wait. I asked that they also call when on their way. Its now 2:31pm and no one has showed up yet. I called and was placed on hold for 5 mins, then disconnected. I called back and the guy acted like he didnt even know i just called. I had to explain my whole story again. He said someone from “The Store” will call me right back. I waited 20 mins. No call back. Had to call them again and was told it may take a while for a call back. Finally at 2:30 i get a call back saying he will be here around 4pm. When i told him I’d been waiting since 9am because he was supposed  to be here between 9am & 1pm, he said he didnt know that! I’m not happy with this place and I dont recommend it to anyone who values their time. Im still waiting. I hope their work is not as bad as their scheduling!

Well I was told someone would call me to set up a measurement.  Never heard from anyone.  It is really hard to get things done here.  It's like nobody cares about the customers and their needs. I live in Cincinnati and I never have that problem there. Usually I make a call and it gets done in a couple weeks. Here I try for a couple weeks to find someone to work.  It shouldn't be this hard to give a business your business.

Had No problem of them replacing my window in the Jeep. They replaced it fast!

They installed new kitchen counters, lights, fans, custom wall coverings and hung high ceiling curtains etc. Everything was done very professionally with a lot of attention to details and in a timely manner.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We hired them for mold removal. I still have mold because they did not remove everything exposed to the mold. Richard first came to the house to sign the contract with us. Since we we’re to tear down the closet and rebuild we asked if they could just extend into the closet behind and make one closet. Richard said “yes it’s a great idea.” Went upstairs looked at the closet and talked about how he would put the shelves a certain way. We had asked several times verbally and through text if the price was the same. Each time he said it was the same because it was the same amount of work. The day they showed up to the work the construction crew knew nothing. They sat in my driveway for 3 hours until I said just go back to the original plan. I called Richard and asked him about what happened to the order and he said he didn’t want to talk to me. I spoke with a “manager “ Nilo and he was blaming the construction company stating the wanted an extra $4000. The construction company was saying that wasn’t the case they just wanted the change order. Nobody from PuroClean came to inspect the end result and a few days later their was mold on the door frame that was exposed to inside closet. I called Nilo and sent him pictures. He said he would have an inspector come out. I called out from work and waited. Then I had a feeling while waiting nobody was coming. I called Nilo back and he said “ya he’s not coming the inspector looked at your picture and it’s mold.” I said why would you not change the door and frame when they are exposed. Do you not warranty the work. He swore up and down they changed the door frame and the door. He said their was even “video” where he saw the scraps in a trash. I told him there’s no way and I sent him proof that it was the original. He said he would “investigate “. I didn’t hear from him for a week so I called him and he admitted that it was never done, they never cleaned our vent system, or sprayed the air for mold. I asked him if they we’re going to fix it and he said for more money they would. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he would have him call. NOBODY EVER calls. Each time I have to call. A week went by and he said he would have him call. Finally this morning he said “ya he’s not calling you”. So my frustration has also been that I wait and no one calls. Come to find out Nilo is the owner there’s not a boss. These guys don’t warrant their work even though our contract says they do. They lie. They don’t complete what you have paid them to do. They are scam artist with no professionalism or integrity. I think the stars they do have is probably family members and friends…oh and I checked the second estimate from them offering to charge me more to fix what they didn’t do and they are charging a &1 for each time I called.

12/19/23 received text message from PuroClean advising me to change my review. 1st of all NOBODY from your establishment recommended mold testing. There was no recommendation from your establishment for mold testing prior to removing. 2nd remediation? No it was finishing what should have been done to begin with. For added stress and wastefulness of my time and resources my review will remain. I now know why most your reviews are positive. It’s because you bully your customers into changing them and lying about their experiences with your company.

Wanted to come on here and leave a 5* to make sure Mariano and his team get recognition for an outstanding job. Thank you for getting the job done quickly and efficiently, you guys have really made this process a lot less stressful.

I used Paul Davis Emergency Services of The Gallery in Houston for water damage to my home. Steve (General Manager) came out within a couple of hours to look over the water damage and determine what all needed to be done. Steve then gave me an overview of what the next steps would be. The next morning he sent his team (Abel, Carlos and Sergio) to do the work removing all the damage.
Abel called to let me know they were on the way and what time they would be arriving.
Abel and his team were extremely kind, courteous, and very professional. After a long day of tearing up wood flooring and cutting sheet rock out they ended the day doing an excellent job cleaning everything up.
