Puroclean did an amazing job of remodeling our kitchen, dining and living room They installed new kitchen counters, lights, fans, custom wall coverings and hung high ceiling curtains etc. Everything was done very professionally with a lot of attention to details and in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for your remodeling projects.

Mariano and his team were outstanding. Eddie efficiently assisted in securing insurance approval for the repair estimate. Their work is excellent.

Ryan Bracewell and his remediation team were top-notch. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. They held the highest standards of professionalism, timely, and informative. Can not go wrong with this team of guys.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We hired them for mold removal. I still have mold because they did not remove everything exposed to the mold. Richard first came to the house to sign the contract with us. Since we we’re to tear down the closet and rebuild we asked if they could just extend into the closet behind and make one closet. Richard said “yes it’s a great idea.” Went upstairs looked at the closet and talked about how he would put the shelves a certain way. We had asked several times verbally and through text if the price was the same. Each time he said it was the same because it was the same amount of work. The day they showed up to the work the construction crew knew nothing. They sat in my driveway for 3 hours until I said just go back to the original plan. I called Richard and asked him about what happened to the order and he said he didn’t want to talk to me. I spoke with a “manager “ Nilo and he was blaming the construction company stating the wanted an extra $4000. The construction company was saying that wasn’t the case they just wanted the change order. Nobody from PuroClean came to inspect the end result and a few days later their was mold on the door frame that was exposed to inside closet. I called Nilo and sent him pictures. He said he would have an inspector come out. I called out from work and waited. Then I had a feeling while waiting nobody was coming. I called Nilo back and he said “ya he’s not coming the inspector looked at your picture and it’s mold.” I said why would you not change the door and frame when they are exposed. Do you not warranty the work. He swore up and down they changed the door frame and the door. He said their was even “video” where he saw the scraps in a trash. I told him there’s no way and I sent him proof that it was the original. He said he would “investigate “. I didn’t hear from him for a week so I called him and he admitted that it was never done, they never cleaned our vent system, or sprayed the air for mold. I asked him if they we’re going to fix it and he said for more money they would. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he would have him call. NOBODY EVER calls. Each time I have to call. A week went by and he said he would have him call. Finally this morning he said “ya he’s not calling you”. So my frustration has also been that I wait and no one calls. Come to find out Nilo is the owner there’s not a boss. These guys don’t warrant their work even though our contract says they do. They lie. They don’t complete what you have paid them to do. They are scam artist with no professionalism or integrity. I think the stars they do have is probably family members and friends…oh and I checked the second estimate from them offering to charge me more to fix what they didn’t do and they are charging a &1 for each time I called. 12/19/23 received text message from PuroClean advising me to change my review. 1st of all NOBODY from your establishment recommended mold testing. There was no recommendation from your establishment for mold testing prior to removing. 2nd remediation? No it was finishing what should have been done to begin with. For added stress and wastefulness of my time and resources my review will remain. I now know why most your reviews are positive. It’s because you bully your customers into changing them and lying about their experiences with your company.

Wanted to come on here and leave a 5* to make sure Mariano and his team get recognition for an outstanding job. Thank you for getting the job done quickly and efficiently, you guys have really made this process a lot less stressful. thanks again.
