Glass Doctor of Coldwater, MI

My insurance company suggested them to repair a small chip in my windshield. They said they would be here today Friday Sept. 29 , 2023 beyween 9am and 1pm which is a long time to have to wait. I asked that they also call when on their way. Its now 2:31pm and no one has showed up yet. I called and was placed on hold for 5 mins, then disconnected. I called back and the guy acted like he didnt even know i just called. I had to explain my whole story again. He said someone from “The Store” will call me right back. I waited 20 mins. No call back. Had to call them again and was told it may take a while for a call back. Finally at 2:30 i get a call back saying he will be here around 4pm. When i told him I’d been waiting since 9am because he was supposed to be here between 9am & 1pm, he said he didnt know that! I’m not happy with this place and I dont recommend it to anyone who values their time. Im still waiting. I hope their work is not as bad as their scheduling!

Well I was told someone would call me to set up a measurement. Never heard from anyone. It is really hard to get things done here. It's like nobody cares about the customers and their needs. I live in Cincinnati and I never have that problem there. Usually I make a call and it gets done in a couple weeks. Here I try for a couple weeks to find someone to work. It shouldn't be this hard to give a business your business.

Had No problem of them replacing my window in the Jeep. They replaced it fast!

Did a great job in and out lickity split came right to the house I highly recommend this company
