I needed to replace a wall oven in a 1961 house. Ovens today are not made as small as the old oven so modifying the cabinetry to accommodate a larger oven/microwave unit was the only option to avoid a full kitchen renovation. Greg did an amazing job of making this happen. On time, accurate communication with the office for scheduling and follow ups as well as with Greg for on site work; good quality wood and hardware materials (I sourced the oven/microwave) provided; very professional and respectful of my time, home and property. I couldn’t be more pleased. This was the second project I scheduled with this Ace Handyman location and I will contact them first for any future jobs.

The most recent service was for a non-functioning water heater.  I have used Aire Serv for years for servicing my propane furnace.  Since I have been very happy with their service on my furnace, so they were the first I called when the water heater decided to stop heating the other day.  I have found their employees to be very friendly, and knowledgeable, and have come to trust them with my home.

What a weekend!
We came home and our house was fifty degrees! With 4 kids this was insane after traveling 3 hours from Chicago to Michigan! We called Frost Aire Serv at 7 and they were here within an hour! We met Brian and he diagnosed and fixed our issue within 40 minutes! He was so friendly and nice and completes the work with a smile! What a great job Randy did today on remodeling a cabinet to fit our new double ovens.  Very neat and meticulous with his work.  These older homes can provide challenges, but Randy worked around them and solved the issue.  Arrived early and was very professional and friendly. Service was great. Tech came out promptly and got the job done quickly and without issue. Wasn't too impressed that the estimate for the job quoted  was 1 1/12 hours of labor and it took the tech less than  half that time and they refused to change the price i was charged for labor because "That's not how we roll". Idk, seems like a bit of an unfair practice to me. Feels like I should get charged for the service I was given, not what they thought I might get. Pleased with the service, not so much the policy.

Needed a piece of quarter glass replaced on a vehicle; called around the area and couldn’t find anyone to do it. These guys managed to get the glass and came out and did it the next day.

After working with Heath and the work crew for our roof replacement, we can highly recommend Ridgeline. Heath was a great help and did an excellent job of coordinating the work. We can’t say enough about the crew from the Auburn area that did our work. Excellent work and craftsmanship detail. Professional in all areas including cleanup. Highly pleased with the final results.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ridgeline Construction. I was initially excited to work with them because of good feedback from friends. I contracted Ridgeline to replace my aging siding, install gutters , and paint my house. I also needed window replacement that I was told I quote “Ridgeline didn’t do windows” I later find out from a couple crew members that they do in-fact do window replacements. This was my first red flag. It was disingenuous for them to lie about the scope of work they can do for me. Additionally, upon installing the siding and painting the house, I have found that the exterior light fixtures were not properly mounted into the hardie siding and results in them turning sideways on the house. I also discovered that my newly installed HVAC metal flashing had been damaged after the painters came to my house. I was told that “Ridgeline would take care of it for me” I have tried for several weeks to get a call back from management, and I have got nothing but silence. They were quick to take my money and run though. My advice is to stay away from Ridgeline Construction.

Excellent experience with Heath! We feel like we got the necessary repairs around our dormer at a fair price and they even repaired a loose shingle at no extra charge. Who does that anymore?? Heath was in contact with us during the process as the weather gave a couple of delays. Great customer service! We highly recommend Ridgeline Construction.

Wade, Kevin, and Scarlett were very knowledgeable and professional. Scarlett was very responsive and helpful during the ordering process, and the whole operation is run in a timely manner. They were the first to come out after requesting a quote from quite literally every glass company in the Huntsville area, and were by far the most impressive with their shower hardware options.

They were the highest priced quote, but they had the best looking plan for my shower glass and were always available for questions and help with design decisions.
