I run a retirement home and they were able to do their job without disrupting my residents, they didn't even know there was anything going on in the building. 10/10 service special thanks to Jose  one of their techs for going above and beyond for us getting the reconstruction done literally in 3 days !

We have been working with Mitch Pinsky and Evan Potter and couldn’t be happier, they have been great. Having a flooded basement is hard but they have made it easier for us. I would definitely recommend them.

All I want to say is Mitch Pinsky is by far the best ever!!!!! I was so worked up after having my flood until I got a call from Mitch.  He was so helpful.  I called him over 100 times and each time he answered and explained to me the process and told me not to worry.  He was such a great spirit and I think he’s a huge asset to the company.  Having someone to like Mitch during one of the most difficult times in your life is all a customer needs.  From here on out I’ll also use Puroclean for my mitigation needs but will make sure I contact Mitch.  Mitch I appreciate you and I thank you SO much! You are the best!!!

I recently contacted Mindi about a damp smell in the basement of one of my clients who listed her home with me.

We took almost 2 feet of water in our unfinished basement and the PuroClean crew arrived in less than 2 hours.  Pumped us out, washed the walls, and disinfected everything.  Left 6-7 powewrful fans for three days and then picked them up.  Most satisfied, thanks to Tony, Israel and his crew.

Our handrails were very weak and I was worried about a delivery person falling off our porch.  So glad Andrew replaced our posts and did the installation in one day - also replaced the weak posts on our gate - very pleased!!!!

One of our best business experiences ever! Andzrej was a delight to work with, and was so prompt and responsive! He had said he couldn't promise bour railings to be installed before mid November,  but he called TODAY, October 24, and came out with a guy. They were done by 11, and did such a beautiful job! We are thrilled!

These iron railings have not only enhanced the safety of my property but have also it's curb appeal. My neighbors have been asking where I got them!

Andrzej and his team did excellent work painting our fence!  He was quick to get us an estimate and complete the job, communicated effectively, and left our fence looking wonderful.  Highly recommend!

Great experience with Andrzej and his company. Worked with us on design to get to a price we were happy with. Estimated timeframe and held to it. Said when he'd be at our house and he was. Made some suggestions on the design to fit our home and really showed up with a good product. Having had really bad communication with other companies during our remodel, it was great to have a company who delivered to their word and communicated well.

I want to take a moment to share my experience with Alfredo Gomez from PuroClean.

We had water damage in our basement and was very stressful about it because the materials for the original wall was not easy to find but with Alfred’s help, the whole process of putting up the drywall went smoothly. Since our first conversation, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure that everything was done correctly. I am just extremely impressed with the level of service that he provided to us. He worked so hard to get right materials to put up new dry walls..  He truly cares about his customers and providing the best quality work. I definitely recommend working with Alfred.

We found mold on a new property purchase and contacted PuroClean right away.  The in-home estimate process was fantastic.  Scott said they would over-estimate a bit to make sure everything was covered.  The estimate took longer than stated to come back.  Two partially walls had to be removed as well as bedroom carpeting.  They were kind enough to take the entire carpet free of additional cost.  The worker they sent was friendly but could work on his professionalism.  At the end of the job, I found several areas that were not covered with the white paint.  They fixed it immediately.  When I questioned some problem areas, Scott promptly answered my questions and offered to come inspect it himself.  The price was exactly what they quoted but I thought they took less wall than was previously over-estimated.  I also had to remind Scott to refund the estimate charge from my total, which he did right away.  Overall, they did a good job with our mold remediation.

Alan and Scott were great to deal with.  Got in contact with Alan, initially, over the phone.  I told him about my situation (water leaked from upstairs neighbor into my ceiling) and we had setup a time for Scott to come over and take a look the next day.  Scott checked for any lingering moisture and gave me his honest opinion of how to proceed.  At the end of it, we determined that his services were not needed for this situation.  But he provided me with a lot of information (both regarding moisture in the walls and the insurance process) and gave me advice on what my next steps should be.  I consider honest information, like what he gave me, to be invaluable.  I will 100% be calling them in the future should anything like this happen again.

This company is great to deal with. We had a situation that caused (in my eyes) a fair amount of damage that the insurance company wasn't going to pay for. Scott came out to assess, & determined it's not that big of a project, in fact, too little a project for them to take on, giving me some relief & peace of mind. He explained how to fix my damaged property, including writing down all the equipment (& what department of the hardware store to find it in). They seem like honest family guys. Hopeful we don't need their services in the future, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again & definitely recommend them!

The work crew handled my furniture and belongings very nicely and with respect to my personal things.

We had Ace handyman services come out to help us with remodeling one of our bathrooms. It was one of the original builder models and needed an upgrade. The team came out worked with us on a design and timeline and completed the job on time and on budget. They were clean, quick and professional. I would highly recommend using them for any other projects I have coming up.

Very impressed with not only the services, but their professionalism. They helped install drywall, and were great at communicating the progress to us. I will be using them again for future homeowner projects I have not had the time for. Highly recommend!

Robert was punctual and did a good job.  He was there to re caulk my shower. He alerted me that there may be an issue down the road given that the mold returned so quickly after having been recaulked 8 months previously. Very happy with the service.

Disappointed in the quality of the work on our kitchen backsplash replacement project. Our project coordinator, Charles, was very helpful, but after initial “completion” of the project there were several issues with the craftsmanship and finishing of the project, and even after resolving those initial issues we continue to find small problems down the line like sloppy tile cutting, grouting, and painting.

Ace Handyman Services completed a bathroom remodel. They did a beautiful job, were reasonable priced, and had great communication throughout the project. I will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Pete and his team went above and beyond. We were working with Pete while out of state, and he was always quick to keep us apprised of updates and progress on the mold remediation. I would absolutely work with Pete and his team again - no question.

Used them to evaluate our mold situation and they were very professional and knowledgeable. I had about 1 million questions and he had an answer for them all! I've already recommended to a few people going thru the same situation

Peter was professional, courteous, and punctual. I had some water in my basement due to a recent rain storm. Pete and his team performed in a through manner. When my basement was not dry within 24 hours, Pete left the equipment for an extra day at no extra charge. In addition, he suggested reputable tile companies to me. For the services provided, I receive more than a fair price. If I were to experience any damage to my condo in the future, I would definitely contact Pete. I would highly recommend Pete should you require it for any home repairs.

I recently had the chance to work with Pete and Mike and the PuroClean team on a mold inspection issue.  They did a great job.  They were very thorough in their visual inspection and very knowledgeable in explaining all the issues, especially when the report came in and there were lots of questions. After long constant back and forth with my useless and incompetent HOA I found puroclean as a desperate attempt to remediate the situation. April 12 my condo unit had a sewage back up. A month later I called puroclean to see if I had mold build up. Peter came in explained everything and the procedure needed and gave me a ball park estimate and said he would work with me if the cost was high. Everything was quick from the tests to the lab doing the mold tests. Even my tenant was satisfied.  I recommend puroclean for there quick service and quick responses in urgent matters

Rhino Service Carpet & Upholstery did an excellent job in the shampoo and steam cleaning of our carpet, rug, and chair.
Their brushing technique restored pile height and color, and it looks and smells fresh and beautiful!
The first photo is of a previously dark stained, matted area and now it is as good as new.

Great service, responsiveness, was able to restore our carpet and couch to original color. We also tasked him with restoring white upholstered dinning room chairs which he did well on getting as much staining out as possible. He cleaned up after the job was completed and was pleasant to work with. Will hire him again for our next cleaning.

Thank you to Ace Handyman Services for installing crown moulding to all four bedrooms, main entrance, and 1/2 bath. The simple things make the most impact for me 💗 (not simple to install, though🥲). Chris did an amazing job installing the crown moulding. This is my second time using Ace Handyman, and they do not disappoint. Karen is exceptional at getting everything set up from start to finish. The craftsman are professional, on time, and meticulous. Added some before and after pictures ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed two sets of closet doors installed for the two bedrooms of my home. Initially, I had another installer, but they canceled appointments on me 4 (!) times. I contacted Ace Handyman Services after the last cancellation and they were able to have one of their Craftsmen come out the following week. The installation of the spare bedroom closet doors went smoothly, however there was a complication during the installation of the main bedroom closet doors. Apparently, the previous installer didn’t measure correctly so the doors were a little too big for the opening, however Dwight was very resourceful suggesting to pull back the crown molding from around the closet opening and luckily there was some extra space. He ended up having to pull off the molding, install the doors then trim the molding and put it back up, whew! It looks amazing!! You can’t even tell that the molding was trimmed and the doors fit perfectly. I am very happy with my closet doors and Dwight deserves all the Gold Stars! I will definitely be calling on Ace Handyman Services for my future projects. Thank you, Dwight, Sarah and everyone at Ace Handyman Services :)

I hired them yesterday to replace my bathroom faucet and clean my dryer vent. Brian was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. The price was very reasonable. They will definitely be my go-to guys from now on!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Dwight is a house saver and a stress reliever. Called this company and found out it was just purchased by a new owner- the customer service was outstanding! The tech walked me through everything that he did to my furnace for a tune up, he put it in terms that I could easily understand and showed me pictures and videos of everything they did. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Prompt but poor workmanship

Although Aire Serv of West Allis was very prompt, I can not recommend them because of the poor workmanship. This company was selected by my AHS Warranty to repair (and eventually replace my furnace). The owner, Angel, was very helpful in working with my warranty company to find a replacement unit and they were out within a day to install.

Even though they were very prompt there were multiple issues of poor workmanship that  followed:
1. After about 8 hours the furnace cut off and wouldn't run.
* They returned to repair and said a PVC pipe for exhaust had been incorrectly angled / installed and caused the shutoff.
2. During this visit I made them aware that the duct work they built around the new furnace was leaking around all edges.
* They used silicone (sloppily) to repair it and told me it was fixed before they left.
3. Once they left I went down to inspect and found PVC dust everywhere and noticed they didn't seal the one side of the duct, so air was still dumping out of it.
* This required another visit to patch up the duct to create a proper seal.

This was 3 visits within 24 hours - if handled properly it could have been one.

They were great at communicating from the home office and worked to remedy issues quickly, but because of the poor workmanship I would NOT recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

AIRE SERV replaced an AC unit this summer for my friend. $3200. Since then, they have had no AC. They came out 4 times for the same issue plus new issues caused by their technicians. They then promised to get him a new unit and reimburse him for $1200 for these issues. They said it would be handled in 2 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and now are avoiding taking my friends calls. AVOID AIRE SERV AT ALL COSTS!

The new owner here is re great.The hole team was wonderful . And I got a new nest thermostat

I was able to get a next day appointment and in less than 3 hours the a/c was fixed and pumping cold air. The inspection was thorough and very fairly priced.
