Damages like this are never planned for, but it’s comforting to have experts such as PuroClean, Woodale, be your partners during the process. I was informed consistently throughout while PuroClean navigated back to the insurance company. They assisted in answering my questions, securing replacement materials, and in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them as they keep to the timeline they promise.

PuroClean was called by my insurance company and promptly came to my home, did an assessment and a crew, Anthony and Chris, came and took out all the water damaged ceiling and walls. They were very respectful of my home and pleasant to work with. Drying process lasted 3 days and they cleaned up everything and took it with them. Would highly recommend their service.

When my water heater broke and leaked over my floor, Puro Clean did a superb job making sure they repaired the floor in a timely manner. They cared about me as a customer and made sure the repair was on track. Jeremy and Noah were polite and professional during all visits.

Chris Anthony and Tony came through for us after a busted water pipe. They were prompt courteous thorough helpful and efficient. Everything is dried out and ready for restoration.

Everyone was so helpful and great to work with. Shout out to Sean R. and Mikey R. Who put down the new flooring in our basement after water damage. They did better than the original guy we had put it in!!

The crew with Jacob Fence & Gate did an amazing job with my project! They were thorough in communicating my options and accommodating my requests with competitive pricing. I recommend this crew!

My boyfriend’s father recommended Jacob Fence and Gate to me and they did not disappoint. After a couple of phone calls, they came out to provide a quote within days of me contacting them in the busy summer season. The completed quote was sent to me that night and they did not shy away from having to do additional paperwork to be able to do work in the small town we live in (even though our job was a very small one). After signing the contract, the application was into the town within 24 hours. The job was completed to perfection in less than two hours about a week later. They even took the time to follow up after the job was completed! I am impressed and my dog is incredibly happy to be able to run around in his new yard. I cannot recommend these guys enough as they are on top of everything from start to finish.

I contacted six fence companies for estimates. The last one I contacted was Jacob Fence, but they were the first to reply and with the soonest date to come to our house to do the estimate. We decided to go with Jacob Fence. Jacob Fence secured the Village permit on a Friday, and they started work early the next Monday morning. They scheduled the building inspector to inspect the holes in the ground at 10 AM. The inspector came and approved the holes, then they started creating the custom fence. It was a traditional cedar privacy fence, 5 feet high with a additional 7 inch lattice treatment on top. They cut all the pieces on site and completed the fence by seven the same day. The fence is so beautiful. Constructed with true craftsmanship. I highly recommend Jacob Fence for quality, service and price.

I used Jacob Fence services after someone drove into my fence (alley fence) and broke a post. They were very responsive - I left a message and they called me back the same day, gave me a quote based on photos, and came within 2 days to make the repair. Another company wanted to change 15 foot of fence but Jacob Fence was able to replace the post and reattach the fence panels as they were not damaged. I appreciated their honesty and how fast they were able to come. They were on time and worked quickly. I ended up replacing 2 other posts that were wobbly while they were there. I highly recommend Jacob Fence and will use their service again next time.

American Doors LLC

We've been using/recommending American Doors for 20 years now.  They installed a garage door in my childhood home.  Garage door openers for my father.  Two garage openers for my current house as well as countless number of  jobs for friends of mine.  They have always been upfront and helpful (more importantly reasonably priced) and grateful for our business.  I can't tell you how many companies I have dealt with that seem to take you fro granted once you call them.  American Doors are a pleasure to do business with.

So I never met Rich but Rich was the tech for our property.  He is by far the laziest garage door tech we have every used.  His job was to find out why the garage door kept bouncing up when we kept closing it...  He stated that the tracks were to tight so he adjusted that and I asked that he install the bottom rubber seal because there was gaps at the bottom when the door closed (closed manually) and to install exterior door seal.  Soooooo he installed the door seal over the old damaged exterior door seal and installed the a new bottom seal over the old bottom seal.  So we have 2 seals on top of one another.  This method worked maybe for a month or so before the garage door started to hit the top double exterior seal.  We remodel this home to list for sale so it was vacant when he "fixed" these issues so no one was there to really check the garage door on a daily basis.  Needless to say, we had to hire another guy to fix this door!  The new tech said the double seals are causing the garage to bounce up and the garage wheels needed to be replaced.  Since our new tech, its been months and NOOOOOOOOOO ISSUES!!!  So paying Rich 450$ was money we lost.  He's been fired for our next projects!

I  called Rich answered. ....none of that press one for English stuff....came out measure my doors a day later I have a beautiful brand new door....so professional there is some good business left out here.....thank u American Doors!

Flores Fence

Recently replaced chain link fence at my property. From the consultation until the installation, I experienced a high level of professionalism. The installers did an excellent job and quickly addressed any concerns or issues that arose. I would definitely use this company again. Love my fence and feel safer.

Florez Fence did an OUTSTANDING job replacing our 30+ year old cedar fence.  It's amazing and beautiful (see pics).    Excellent communications from the sales phase through final completion, including from Emanuel in Sales, and Raul, the owner.  Raul checked in on the project daily and is really focused on customer satisfaction.  We opted for 4x4 steel posts for increased strength, life, and design (worth the extra).  Their build quality was excellent- from materials to workmanship.  Prices were very competitive.  Special thanks to Misael for leading the build and working with us- appreciate his fence building skills, hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail.  They are highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again.  You won't be disappointed. 5 stars.

ps- Will post additional photos as we complete the top section of the fence with the metal spindles, stay tuned.

we needed a new fence in our new home along with a powered wrought iron gate for the driveway- response time for quote was quick- we made multiple from other fence companies but flores fence was one of two that actually came out to assess the yard and measure etc. fences are a huge investment but we needed to contain our dog. They use an outside person for the custom iron gate but start to finish everyone was timely, polite and professional.

Flores Fence did an amazing job! I needed my partially fenced yard fully fenced in. They came out for measurements, and a couple days later I got the quote. The only delay was getting the permits from the city. They finished the work in 3 days and did a great job matching the new fence with the same wooden style as the existing fence. I had a minor issue and after I notified them, they came out a few days later and fixed with no problems.

Sahara Window and Doors

If I could zero stars I would.  This company is absolutely horrible and installs windows incorrectly.  They are also known as American Thermal Windows.  The windows that were installed FAILED the inspection by the city inspector.  The city inspector noted the window frame structure was improperly installed.  The city inspector also further noted that the window was unprofessionally installed.  This company's chief engineer, the salesman, and installer that inspected the windows prior to the city inspector's review stated nothing was wrong with the installation despite windows frame extended beyond the structure of the home and excessive installation in some areas to cover their incorrect installation.   I have had two other window companies review installation and both companies have confirmed either the window size is not accurate or the installers did not center the window properly in the frame.  I have requested on multiple occasions that the company return and remove and re-install the windows properly and they have refused to re-install the window properly and correct the issue of incorrect window frame installation.  Run and run far from American Thermal Window and Doors and Sahara Windows and Doors, same company but different names.

Purchased 10 windows last September, took 7+ weeks to arrive, installed in November 2018 and have had nothing but issues with the installation of the windows .  I thought the installation was going okay until the end of the day when we noticed they wouldn't open, there were gaps in the center of the wnidow by the wood casing where you can see straight to the outside, the worng casing was nailed up and took myelf to  call it out,  missing handles,  weather stripping put in backwards, a defective window, and on it goes.  We currently stil lhave one window that doesn't stay up. The people who work in the office for both divisions American Thermal and Sahara are rude and unpleasant to deal with (Rosie) though the installers seem normal.  I had to have Marvin come out twice to fix their mistakes.  The windows were stained and painted in which Sahara sub-contracted the work and my windows were all damaged. We found out the hard way that Sahara/American Thermal Windows does not stand by their workmanship as they refuse to fix the list of issues but started bullying tactics to get paid in full.   People need to start speaking up aginst companies such as this one so others can be informed.  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Tony and Janusz did a fantastic job installing our storm doors. They look great, arrived on schedule, and the new cappings are nice and tight.

They have very good service. They do a lot of custom work.

Been Using Air Serv Since I Moved Into My House In 2016. Never Had A Problem With Them Until Today! And I Will Never Use Them Again! They Messed Up On Their End And Wants To Call Me All Rude!!! Completely Unprofessional! I Was Mad And Frustrated Because The Funds Should Have Been Already Taken Out! I Lost My Job And They Said they understood but why the rudeness??? They have always been so nice. Oh well things change...time to find another place to service my AC!

This company is on the top of my list for great products, service and friendly helpful technicians. I replaced my AC unit in 2018, and anyone with central AC knows this is NOT cheap. They have companies that can finance you interest free and the unit then comes with a 10 year warranty. I’ve had 2 small issues and both were covered, no money out of my pocket, and quick service in the West Texas heat. I highly recommend them!

Idk if they changed owners but this company was amazing til recently I have set two appointments with no shows, I called up there they apologized but still no show. They claimed they called me and that is a lie I was waiting on the 6 hr window they give me waiting around and nothing NADA! No show no call! I have purchased 2 central A/C  for my renter homes, I will be taking my business elsewhere now.

They did a great job helping me get my furnace back up and running. The guys were really nice.

We had an ERV installed to help with ventilation. The installer didn't clean up any of his mess in the Attic from the installation including a light bulb that he broke and just left the glass. He installed the electrical outlet in front of the door of the ERV so that the filters can't be pulled out and cleaned. Where the humidistat was installed, he cut a bigger hole than needed so the humidistat doesn't cover it. I was told twice that a contractor would come fix the hole, and nobody ever showed up. Finally, the humidistat wasn't wired in right so they had to come back the next week to fix that.
Update: just found out that the roof vents that they installed for the ERV are leaking.

First time using this service. The handyman Robert was great with my dogs! He changed my front door lock and deadbolt and then aligned it properly so it would actually work! He noticed that my storm door was missing a lock and fashioned one out of a piece of metal in his truck!

I had  my front entry door repaired with re sanding and re staining. Al the “door doctor” did a fabulous job. His first  try at staining, the wood wouldn’t cooperate so he didn’t hesitate at all to re strip and start over. My front door looks amazing.  Al’s friendliness and work ethic are perfect examples of the great reputation ACE HARDWARE  has established. I will definitely be using ACE’S HANDYMAN services again in the future!

I’ve been waiting three years now.
My railings need repair they’re calling it. The shoes on the bottom of the post needs repair new shoes. Like I said I’ve been calling for three years and I’m getting oh you know Covid held us up this that and the other. Will Covid’s gone or under control when am I going to get my repairs.
I called today August 17, 2023 was on hold for oh bad 15 to 25 minutes. Supposedly he has shoes in stock. I don’t know why you didn’t call me. Very poor customer service. I’ve been happy with my sons. I was happy with the install. However I’m not happy with their customer service. I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what to do. Sorry I had to write this negative review but maybe it’ll create some attention. Thank you Scott, the owner of Top Line Fence.

The team at Top Line Fence did a great job putting in an all-new Western Cedar fence after a storm wiped out our old one.

They really busted their tails and did a great job. Clean-up was excellent, price was fair, and they fixed a small issue without no hesitation whatsoever. We would definitely recommend them, as we are thrilled with the final product.

Had an outstanding experience with the team from Top Line Fence. Estimator Phil visited to give an estimate and provide options.  He was right on time.  When we settled on the materials and provided a deposit, we were told the installation would be within the next few weeks. When the crew arrived, installer Kyle was easy to work with and did outstanding work installing a 6 foot vinyl fence with reinforced concrete and re-bar inserted. I have not seen other fence contractors use this process, and that certainly sealed the deal for me to use Top Line. In 2017, they installed a chain link fence on the property and it has held up very well. Use this company and they will not disappoint! Thanks to Kyle, Scott and the owner for outstanding work!
