This is a really great company. Their prices are reasonable and they have a cool deal in which you get a year of service for the same price as a service call. We signed up for that. We also bought one of the electronic air filters with UV light. Hunter, their service guy, cleaned our furnace and installed a new valve in our garage heater. He spent a lot of time working on both, let us know what he did, and taught us how to use the new air filter. Administratively, they were efficient and helpful too. Hanging on to these nice, competent people for sure,

Starting with the sales person, Shane, I received excellent service. Shane was very good at explaining all facets of the product from installation to warranties. The install crew, Josh and Hunter, completed the majority of the job in 1 day!! This included: Furnace, Air Exchanger, Heat Pump, Humidifier, electrical and removing all the old materials and cleanup! I don't think you will find a better company locally. I highly recommend Air Serve based on my experience.

I would definitely recommend Aire Serv! They were able to send a tech out quickly. The service was reasonably priced. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Their communication was on point! So many businesses struggle with communication even though there are so many tools out there these days. Aire Serv nailed it!

I recently had a furnace tune up performed on my 5 yr old furnace. Tech was on time, patient and communicative during the tune up. However, when the tech pulled the flame sensor he detected some dirt/build up and said the cost to clean it would be extra, quite a bit extra actually. He did agree to reduce the cost to clean the sensor. I still felt the price was too high given that it literally took no more than a few minutes to clean and test it. I contacted the company and the service manager was very amenable and offered to refund the total cost of the sensor cleaning. My complaint was not that there should be an additional charge, but rather the dollar amt of the original quoted charge seemed way too high so i asked for and received a smaller refund rather than a total refund.
My furnace was installed by Aire Serve and they have provided other services over the years, including cental air unit and air exchanger repair and I have and still do highly recommend them.

They put an ac in our business. Very well done, courteous,  professional  and all around nice. It has been 2 months since they installed our  ac and it quit working. They had someone there immediately  and got it running. There was no charge. The person who came to fix it was a very polite, professional  and  nice guy. I will always call them.  Very happy.

Exquisite Exteriors

We contracted with Exquisite Exteriors to purchase and install a Patio cover.  Extremely responsive.  Worked with our concrete contractor on what they needed for proper footings.  Roofing subcontractor, made extra trips because massive rain hit our area before his phase was ready just to insure we were sheltered and protected.  When they left the Patio and yard was clean and perfect.

Over all the vinyl siding turned out good and the job superintendent did all he could to make things right.  We appreciate all his efforts.  That being said, I would have a hard time recommending Exquisite Exteriors for a number of reasons.  The installers spent more time on the phone then they did working….the job took way longer than it should have taken.  I mentioned to Paul that I was concerned about the nails left on the ground…we had to fix flats on two tires do to nails/staples.  When the installers were removing the old siding, they were manually ripping off the siding that was behind existing electrical outlets attached to the outside of the house without taking off the electrical box.  This resulted in the breaker being tripping on two separate occasions.   There were several times that I had to tell the job superintendent that the quality of work was not acceptable, he was prompt to make it right and we did appreciate that.   I hope this will encourage the need to use responsible installers on their projects.

Excellent service and quality.  I’ve used you before at another house I owned.

Ace Handyman Services Colleyville

Amazing. I’m SO impressed by the range of work that Ace Handyman services can handle. I own an older house and to me, it’s really important to send all of my home projects to someone I can rely on. I feel like Ace treats your home with the care and attention to detail that they would put into their own homes.

Chris, did a great job assembled a Swedish Ladder Gym, that I bought for my grandkids. He did it in a good time, he is friendly & professional, thanks.

Kurt came to replace weatherstripping and door sweeps on several outside doors and then to hang blinds.  He was great -- quality work, thorough, knowledgeable.  I really like the end results.  I've had one other previous experience with Ace Handyman Services that also went very well, and I'll be using them again in the future.

ACE Handyman technicians are very professional, friendly and caring for the customers. They make sure the jobs are well done satisfying customer’s requirements. Yesterday Alex and Kurt helped me to install bathroom faucets, sinks, toilet and floor. When they found out one sink and the toilet ordered from Home Depot were damaged, Alex helped me to locate the replacement items from Home Depot at two different locations and make sure I would get the replacement with perfect condition. This items’s replacements delayed the work progress and the job could not be completed within a day. Today ACE has tight schedule and is hard to find someone to come to my home to complete the job. Alex was initially planning to be off today, he later canceled his plan and came to get the job done before noon time. I was very happy with their workmanship , cooperation and caring for the customers!

Chris Conyers did a great job on my sundeck that needed repairs from rotting. He paid attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I would use them again. I was very pleased with his work.

Paul Davis Restoration of North Dallas

I have nothing good to say about this company. Homeowners avoid at all costs! Do not take your insurance company referral to them! Trades are sloppy and unprofessional. Some were argumentative and simply rude and yes I have the recordings! They try to make you feel like you are asking too much when you are not happy with the work preformed. Zack the manager is arrogant and condescending. Had the nerve to be disrespectful in my home. He refused to listen to the valid complaints. To this day the water flies out of my sink when washing dishes because they set the apron farmhouse sink too far back! Even after being shown pictures and videos he refused to understand why the position of the sink mattered. You will not get the same or equal quality in material or workmanship and you will not be restored to previous damage conditions. They make tons of promises upfront but fail to deliver. They try to make you feel like you are being a nuisance when trying to advocate for your home. All they are concerned about is bleeding the insurance for as much money as they can, then leave you at the end with a shoddy job. My home was not even professionally cleaned after job completion and trash was left in my garage for me to remove (despite them charging for a trailer for trash removal). They peddle the benefit of a 5 year warranty. But remember folks, the warranty is only as good as the workmanship! My island paint job is horrible and there are screw holes on the perimeter of all the doors and drawers where it was hung to spray paint. The surface is rough and blotchy and I was told “It’s not my problem, it’s the wood”, “you can’t see it if you stand back”. I had to fight to even get it sanded and repainted and it still is horrible. They also shrunk custom curtains, which they never had permission to wash, and claimed to have cleaned a rug which came back uncleaned stained with dry food on it. Despite me showing evidence and immediately sending the rug to be cleaned they did not reach out or even acknowledge their trade did not do the carpet cleaning or try to reimburse me for actually having it cleaned. Several calls were made to Michael and I was ignored. While my project manager Jason was a nice guy and did the best he could given the circumstances he is limited in his ability to force trades to preform, my grudge is not with him. I have had several companies (three to be exact) come out post job completion including the builders tradesman who initially did the house and have records of the poor quality work that was done to finish out the island. Even the wood is proved to be a less grade than I had! And that was not the deal!  The only positive thing I can say is the floor tradesman did a wonderful job, they were always polite, respectful, and attentive to concerns and had done a beautiful job. If you want your home restored after damage to a condition it was before damages in regards to quality materials and craftsmanship DO NOT use PAUL DAVIS! You will be severely frustrated, dragged along, and forced to accept the unsatisfactory job of their trades. They do not stand by the customer! They get in by making promises they don’t intend to deliver on  and cut in quality to line their pockets. They charge primo money on the initial work order then scam the customer with lesser quality items, they submit supplements that are baseless and not preformed in the home, they fail to submit addendums when work on the initial claim is not done (due to intimidation tactics), and fail to even do what the initial work order says like cleaning the home, and for services not rendered. They should be investigated for insurance fraud! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Markus Vasquez did an amazing job with my water restoration. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field. His team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. His service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend him  to anyone.
Side note:
Because he did such an amazing job. I thought I would use the reconstruction part of your company to finish the repairs. I decided not to use the reconstruction with Paul Davis due to the negative reviews.

Our home was flooded by city backup sewer on 12/16/23, in a matter of minutes we had sewer water filling our tubs and showers and running out in our floors. It was totally devastating! Be sure you are insured for sewer backup I was told I have full coverage but I found out we do not!  My son recommended PaulDavis restoration and I will say Markus & Roland showed up and evaluated the damage to every room of our home and started working as quickly as possible to try to get all the sewer drenched carpet and pad out of every room. Markus explained everything in great detail. He and Roland made it clear that it was a lot of damage but they were there to help us! And there are not adequate words to express how grateful we are that they worked so hard and did not leave us until every room was stabilized and treated to kill all those germs! I highly recommend these two men and this company! They really care about the person and their home! Christmas is in a few days and our home is  uninhabitable and will be for a while but they have helped us get it sanitized and explained to us how to get our lives and our home back! Our insurance denied our claim telling us we are not covered! Markus and others from PaulDavis have treated us with care like we were family! Thank you for everything you two did to help us survive a totally impossible situation and make it better!

Rick Walker did a great job with our house fire and very complicated cleanup inasmuch as the fire, soot, smoke and water damage were much more extensive than the insurance adjuster ever believed. That is until Rick time and again showed more and more fire & water related contamination. His experience and logical thinking gives him an edge over most others. And his professional dedication to us as clients gave us reassurance in a very frustrating situation.

I have had an excellent experience with Paul Davis Restoration for the water remediation issues in my home. They came within hours of being contacted to start the work. There were some things that happened during the process by their agents were very knowledgeable and had positive attitudes. All of these agents did a great job: Estvan Ramirez, Alec Carr, and a special compliment for supervisor Rick Walker. Rick made sure an issue was remediated timely without any stress on us. He was very attentive and kept us updated on the status.  I would definitely use this company again.

Having the need to call a water mitigation company & file a insurance claim is already stressful based on the situation and the reason why you need a water mitigation company to begin with. Of course water problems never occur at a convenient time but our situation took place at 10:30pm on July 4th weekend. We looked online and saw the reviews about PuroClean and Clint then decided to file a request for service with them online. Clint called moments later, was calm, listened to what our situation was and helped us through from start to finish. Clint continued to follow up in person throughout the July 4th week with our water mitigation needs and was extremely professional, kind and conservative when it came to everything that needed to be done. Talk about trustworthy, excellent customer service and communication all while remaining calm and patient with me! If you have a emergency water issue call Clint and know that you are in good hands throughout the entire process.

PuroClean is run in such an efficient and respectful manner. Clint was the classiest and so very respectful of our home and shows how much he cares for customer service, but how to run a business. Very well done and consider Clint more of a friend after meeting him.

Clint helped us after a leak from our A/C and gave us advice on how to remedy the wet carpet.  He came on short notice and was very helpful and professional.  I hope that you do not need restoration for your home, but if you do, I recommend that you use PuroClean of Northwest Fort Worth!

We were very fortunate to have had Clint and PuroClean, not once, but twice!   Our son flooded the upstairs bathroom months ago and Clint came out and walked us through the process and took care of everything.  Then, recently one of our water heaters went out and got our laundry room and garage wet.  We called him again and he came out and assessed the damage, gave us our options, and took care of everything.   I have complete faith in him and although I hope we never have to use him again, if we do, I know we have someone we can trust.

I love having my clients use Clint for their restoration needs! He always takes time to listen to my clients and explain the process thoroughly to help put their minds at ease. He is always super reliable and easy to work with! I also personally have used him once before for some carpet cleaning for a pet dander removal and the results were fantastic!! I called Aire Serv of Dallas and spoke with Jennifer, she was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a tech out to our location on the same day. Zach, the technician arrived in a timely manner, he determined what the problem was in a short period of time and had us up and running in 15 mins. We are very pleased with the window and siding products.  Hanke Brothers made the whole process as easy as possible.  They were the only company that agreed to come as far north as Leslie Ar.  We really enjoyed talking with Jerry and Glen Green. Glen did a fantastic job putting up the siding and cleaning up the trash.  Also the window installer did a very good job with the windows.  Would recommend Hanke Brothers for windows and siding.

I contacted a friend before getting my new gutters installed and he encouraged me to go with Hanke Brothers. I am very happy that I made this choice. They were custom made to fit and we couldn't be happier. Our new gutters match our home and have a leaf free system, I highly recommend Hanke Brothers for Gutter Installation.

Hanke Brothers did an amazing job on my windows and gutters. They had all 19 windows done in 3 days! And the gutters are amazing. We have a ton of trees around the house and the leaf free gutters are a game changer- especially this time of year!

Absolutely DO NOT give these people your business!! 20k later and they will not come back out and correct their mistakes. They resided my parents house spring of 2023. Issue's were caught immediately there after and asked to come out and address It's now December and still have not come back and corrected their work. Terrible business take your money somewhere else because WRIGHT handles their customers completely wrong

Siding replacement was done on a home without being notified of the day it would start due to the fact they knew that the job was going to be just thrown together. After contacting Stacy Cato numerous times, I still have not yet had the siding job to be corrected after months. I would advise no one to use this place, It seems like the whole business is set up to get a quick dollar to do a half job!

Wish I would have checked out these reviews before interacting with Stacey. It was like pulling teeth to get a quote, then after multiple phone calls to him with the promise of coming to do the work in the next week I gave up. Many hours wasted with nothing to show. Would never recommend this company.

d edges everywhere knowing we had 2 small learning to walk toddlers and promised it would be fixed that week….we blocked it with furniture and finally after over a month of waiting we hired another company to come fix it and still didn’t hear a word from Wright Siding for months. Then early one Saturday morning without warning they show up banging on our door demanding to fix that window and install that moment. The owner started yelling at us for having the window fixed without talking to him and called us disrespectful for doing so. Stacey was so nice when he sold us our window but every encounter from that moment on was terrible. He was so rude and never once apologized for any of our delays over the year long process even with how understanding we were. He even tried to blame us and call us names because we cared about the safety of our children over respecting his wishes on what needed to happen with our living room window. I wouldn’t trust this company with any project ever, I honestly don’t understand how they are still functioning with how poorly run they are.

Still waiting for repairs after siding was put on my Bay windows Leak I talked to the owner Stacie in August problem has not been fixed now some siding is falling off the west end of house I would Caution people about using this Company
