This is a really great company. Their prices are reasonable and they have a cool deal in which you get a year of service for the same price as a service call. We signed up for that. We also bought one of the electronic air filters with UV light. Hunter, their service guy, cleaned our furnace and installed a new valve in our garage heater. He spent a lot of time working on both, let us know what he did, and taught us how to use the new air filter. Administratively, they were efficient and helpful too. Hanging on to these nice, competent people for sure,

Starting with the sales person, Shane, I received excellent service. Shane was very good at explaining all facets of the product from installation to warranties. The install crew, Josh and Hunter, completed the majority of the job in 1 day!! This included: Furnace, Air Exchanger, Heat Pump, Humidifier, electrical and removing all the old materials and cleanup! I don't think you will find a better company locally. I highly recommend Air Serve based on my experience.

I would definitely recommend Aire Serv! They were able to send a tech out quickly. The service was reasonably priced. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Their communication was on point! So many businesses struggle with communication even though there are so many tools out there these days. Aire Serv nailed it!

I recently had a furnace tune up performed on my 5 yr old furnace. Tech was on time, patient and communicative during the tune up. However, when the tech pulled the flame sensor he detected some dirt/build up and said the cost to clean it would be extra, quite a bit extra actually. He did agree to reduce the cost to clean the sensor. I still felt the price was too high given that it literally took no more than a few minutes to clean and test it. I contacted the company and the service manager was very amenable and offered to refund the total cost of the sensor cleaning. My complaint was not that there should be an additional charge, but rather the dollar amt of the original quoted charge seemed way too high so i asked for and received a smaller refund rather than a total refund. My furnace was installed by Aire Serve and they have provided other services over the years, including cental air unit and air exchanger repair and I have and still do highly recommend them.

They put an ac in our business. Very well done, courteous, professional and all around nice. It has been 2 months since they installed our ac and it quit working. They had someone there immediately and got it running. There was no charge. The person who came to fix it was a very polite, professional and nice guy. I will always call them. Very happy.
