Having the need to call a water mitigation company & file a insurance claim is already stressful based on the situation and the reason why you need a water mitigation company to begin with. Of course water problems never occur at a convenient time but our situation took place at 10:30pm on July 4th weekend. We looked online and saw the reviews about PuroClean and Clint then decided to file a request for service with them online. Clint called moments later, was calm, listened to what our situation was and helped us through from start to finish. Clint continued to follow up in person throughout the July 4th week with our water mitigation needs and was extremely professional, kind and conservative when it came to everything that needed to be done. Talk about trustworthy, excellent customer service and communication all while remaining calm and patient with me! PuroClean is run in such an efficient and respectful manner. Clint was the classiest and so very respectful of our home and shows how much he cares for customer service, but how to run a business. Very well done and consider Clint more of a friend after meeting him.

Clint helped us after a leak from our A/C and gave us advice on how to remedy the wet carpet. He came on short notice and was very helpful and professional. I hope that you do not need restoration for your home, but if you do, I recommend that you use PuroClean of Northwest Fort Worth!

We were very fortunate to have had Clint and PuroClean, not once, but twice! Our son flooded the upstairs bathroom months ago and Clint came out and walked us through the process and took care of everything. Then, recently one of our water heaters went out and got our laundry room and garage wet. We called him again and he came out and assessed the damage, gave us our options, and took care of everything. I have complete faith in him and although I hope we never have to use him again, if we do, I know we have someone we can trust.
