Courtney Stott was so great to work with! She helped us close our sale and gave us space to process as it was happening. She made selling a property we didn’t want to sell as pleasant as it could have been and we are forever grateful to her.

We worked with Courtney Stott for our first time house purchase and I would highly recommend her. She is a very genuine person and was knowledgeable about all of the details you don't think about. Was always quick to communicate if you had any questions or concerns and was never pushy, giving you space to think and make decisions. She went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult lender and we will be contacting her when we decide to sell in the future!

Century 21 in Benton is a racist,  dishonest company. They REFUSED to return my texts or calls for days about a problem I was having with their screening link. When Mary Furr decided to finally answer my text, she was very rude and short with me and never solved the issue.  Instead she lied and said my background disqualified me (lies,  I'm a nurse, I'm nit allowed to have anything on my background) and denied my husband for incomplete application. She did not want to deal with us at all due to our race and wanted us out of her hair. I will make sure I post this every place that I can to warn other minorities to stay away from these people.

Minorities be careful....I applied for a rental last week and was unable to submit the screening part for both my husband and myself. I was transferred to 3 different people before someone finally responded, rudely may I add. Mary Furr never helped me with my original complaint but instead denied the application before it was completed. These people do not want to work with African Americans and it shows.

When my husband and I decided that we might want to buy a new home, we reached out to Courtney Stott based on the stellar reviews we saw about her. She responded to my email immediately, and from then on it was like we were the only clients she had. She sent us information for us to look at available homes, and with a week she reached out to see if we wanted to view houses.

She selected 10 for us to view in one day, based on our very vague criteria (number of beds and baths and a top price range was all she had to go on).  Halfway through, she suggested a house we hadn't considered, and on a whim we said okay. Turns out she had listened to our comments on the other homes and figured out what we really wanted (amazing mid century home) but didn't know how to say. The house she showed us was perfect!

Courtney made the business part of the transaction a breeze. She managed getting our title and survey lined up, and she got us in touch with a great loan originator. Everything came together so quickly that we closed and moved ahead of our schedule!

Courtney was kind, understanding, and professional, and there aren't enough stars for her level of service. Seriously, if you need a realtor, she's the one you're looking for!

Regal Construction

Installed 6” gutters & downspouts, painted all wood trim, painted metal windows, painted vinyl siding on storage building. It all looks brand new!!! Jeremy was the project manager and was an excellent communicator- quick, polite, professional. Have already recommended to others and will be calling again for future projects.

Dane Ferguson of Regal Roofing took care of us. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about our options and always helped us to get the service we needed at a price we could afford.  He worked with our insurance company for our benefit and was always a call or text away to answer any questions I had.  If the need ever arises where we need service for our roofing/gutters I won't hesitate to call him again.

Best roofer I've ever had! Our roof had to be replaced after a hail storm and we called them because they were recommended by Owen's Corning (since we wanted that brand). Carl was our rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came out promptly, was very knowledgable in answering all of our many questions, and worked with us to give us the most bang for our buck. On the days of the roofing, he was there much of the time to make sure everything was done right and picked up all of the nails with magnets afterward. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgable guy to help you with your roof, then ask for Carl! Roof we used was Owens Corning duration in the Estate Gray color.

Big job? Small job? Job that you think can be done? Call the folks at Regal. We had tornado damage to our home on March 31. It took us a while to find a contractor we wanted to remodel our home.
We were proud of our home prior to tornado. Wanted it similar when it was finished. But Regal made it even better. From our deck, roof, attic, sheet rock and windows, they improved on what we had.

I called Regal Restoration because my father had a small section of roof damage from a neighbor's fallen tree. Jeremy promptly called, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating with our timeline. He looked at the potential job, viewed the insurance papers and gave us an honest assessment of what his company can provide us. He came through for us in our time of need and represented his company well. In fact, on the day day of the job, he decreased the price a bit because he found the job didn't require as much material as anticipated. VERY HONEST GUY, and we would use this company again!!!

Window World of Little Rock

I am so much happier with my new windows than the ones I had previously. Shane and his crew did a great job during installation. They were respectful, kind, (even to my son), worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves.

I can’t say enough good things about Jodie and all of her crew from Window World.  I had the “trifecta” (windows/siding/gutters) and am so pleased with them aesthetically and functionally.  When I had questions I was immediately put in contact with Jodie and her follow up was incredible!  My window installers were so good that even though it was 100°, they worked quickly to get the windows in and sealed.
I definitely recommend Window World.

I love our new windows. They add a lot to the looks of our house. They also cut down on noise and they're more energy efficient than the old windows. I'll tell you this; when you use Window World everyone from the top down is committed to your satisfaction. And that's a fact. Give them a call.

They installed 2 big window in the front of the house. Took old ones out put new ones in cleaned up the mess really quick. I work from home and one of the windows was where I was at.  I was still able to work while they did their job. The new windows are beautiful and look amazing. I would definitely  recommend this company for windows.

Had 7 new windows replaced yesterday and it only took Mr Chester, and Mr Clint right at 4 hours!!  Amazing guys and the windows look amazing!!  Ty guys, and also thank Bill and Jodie for their time, and service!!  One before pic and 2 after!!!

Trent was very easy to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and flexible with his time, which made it that much easier to work around not only our schedules, but the insurance adjuster as well. The roofers did such an amazing job... started busting tail at the a$$ crack of dawn and didn't stop until they finished the job! The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was spot on! My husband and I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with their work ethic and abilities! 10/10!!! Zach and his crew are top notch when it comes to roofing work needing done in Central Arkansas. They are professional, courteous,  prompt, on-schedule, fairly priced, and high quality. I don't post written reviews often, but I am happy to for Excel. The roof and gutters look great; and they went out of their way for some things,  including repairing some mistakes from a previous roofer so the new roof would be the best it can be (and to code). Everyone was courteous and professional, and Trevor was awesome coordinating everything and answered & helped with any questions I had every step of the way. I really appreciated Trevor coming back to the house after his initial inspection, so he could inspect and speak with the insurance adjuster. That really helped with the paperwork. I highly recommend Excel. I felt lucky that they were the company doing the job. Side note: One little thing I really appreciated was that they listened to music with their earphones instead of a blaring radio.

My technician Caleb was very  professional, yet courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.  He explained everything he did, showed me how some of my equipment worked and gave recommendations on to keep everything maintained properly.  I will use them again for my service work and would recommend them to anyone we needing service.

Outstanding Service. My second encounter with Josh and couldn’t ask for more. Took care of all of my problems including a gas fireplace that hadn’t worked in 3 years ! He also fixed me up with a heat exchanger on my furnace.

Service was very prompt (we needed service fast). The technician was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Our heat pump split units were not working and putting out heat.  I called Esser Aire Serv to check it out.  Technician, Josh came out on a very rainy day and resolved the problem.  He had to use an extension ladder to get to the upstairs units and found a leak.  He was so friendly and courteous and got the job done efficiently!  I will tell friends about Esser's great service.  Thanks to Josh for your good work!

Glass Doctor of Little Rock

I love the mobile service where they meet you where you are that gives great convenience and less the headache to bring your car in and the waiting time. I was able to get tasks completed at home as he repaired my windshield. The guy was so fast 9/12/23 in what he knew what to do every time I peeked onto the job, he was in the next phase. He was very professional understanding and even came back the next day to put the rearview mirror on after the glue dried in a time frame that fit my schedule.

The employees were professional,  courteous and helpful. I had 2 different projects. My second experience was much smoother than the first. For the first experience , it took way too long and seemed like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. I still went back to them for the second project if that tells you anything. 😊

Everyone that I dealt with in  getting my window installed were courteous and professional. The work crew (Clint, Keith & Isaac) worked seamlessly together in getting the project done. The care they took to insure the integrity of my home was comforting and appreciated. Glass Doctors certainly has my seal of approval.

Best decision I ever made was giving Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas a call after a terrible experience with Safelite. Long story short, Safelite could not replace my glass for two weeks, tried to arrive 3 hours earlier than my agreed upon appointment time, ended up being 1 hour late beyond my appointment window, then tried to reschedule with me three times—before I finally canceled my appointment with them over the frustration. That same evening, I contacted Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas by phone and they were able to have some one come out the very next day. The technician, Charles, was communicative, worked quickly, and I am happy with the job he did. Overall, I was pleased with the service, the cost, and the speed with which they were able to perform the job (after having waited over two weeks for Safelite to flub the job). Having said all of that, I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas. If I ever need a window replaced again, they will be the first call I make. Period.

The glass in our front door at churh  shattered.   We were at a lost because it was a late Friday evening other businesses were closed.  We called Glass Doctor.  The representative worked with us and called the installer that was off duty to help us. He had to go to Hot Springs and then come to us.  He completed the installation late at night.  We are so grateful.🙏  we didn't have to have service on Sunday with a wooden board over the door.  Thank you Glass Doctor.

Workers were timely and very polite. I chose the foam insulation because of all the benefits that come with it. The insulation is messy going in and for the most part the workers were able to cover up all the over spray areas. I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting some insulation.

Difficult to find don’t use google maps you’ll end up in the ghetto but the lady working the front office was vary helpful land polite

Every time I have a question about vinyl or metal siding I get an answer. Extremely helpful even if they have to refer me to a different vendor. GREAT SERVICE!

Rick is an absolute gem, he is ultimate salesman with a heart of gold and I am blessed to have gotten to know him though this process.  My house looks amazing and they even added a beautiful covered porch in the backyard.  I get so many compliments on it and couldn't be happier.  Highly recommend this wonderful company!!

Great People and Great work!

We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again.
