The Corona ACE Handyman Service Pros are the best.  On time, neat, pleasant, courteous and professional.  Got the job done in half the time expected and made sure to clean up adequately!  Service was for 2  indoor ceiling fans installed!  No fuss service.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I found Ace Handyman Services to be very prompt, friendly yet ultimate professionals.
Felt Secure in knowing they do background checks on their employees.
Satisfied with the work they performed, especially the baseboard installment, beautiful workmanship.
Would recommend them and use them again.
However, their Service charge for each visit was a little on the pricey side,.especially for customers on a fixed income.
Next time when I make a list of repairs needed I hope it will be inclusive of a one time service charge and their employees can do it all in one day.
I do appreciate that they did give me a price break on their service charge on the order of broken glass and then next visit for replacement which I'm very grateful for.
Natalie was wonderful to work with and it was a pleasure working with their team.

Josh and his crew are the best.  We overflowed an upstairs sink and had water coming through the ceiling.  We called Josh and he came right out, got fans going, sent his team members back daily to check the progress, adjust the fans.  The clean up was quick and no damage.  I have recommended him to many customers and they have all been happy.  He really takes care of you, during an unpleasant time.  It's nice to have someone you can trust to take care of these issues.

Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in working with the insurance adjuster to answer his questions and present information in a way that made sense. The whole process would have been much more difficult without his expertise.

The workers worked hard and did a really nice job.

Overall I would give PuroClean my highest recommendation.

Josh was so professional and responsive during our project to remove water under the house from a leaking pipe and then installed a vapor barrier. We called him to check on some mold in our ceiling vents. Not only did he handle the mold, but he also found the leak and saved us from having to deal with so much more potential damage if it was left undiscovered!

I took my Car in almost exactly a year ago for a crack in the windshield. I got the car back and noticed about a week later that the VIN Plate inside of the windshield had been broken, and was intact prior to bringing the car in. I decided not to make a big deal of it since you can find the VIN in other places. Fast forward to now, I am having my roof wrapped and noticed that the seal at the top of the windshield is messy and inconsistent. Very disappointed in the quality of the work.

Really nice work, windshield replacement done in 40 minutes. Very professional work.

Front desk advised not to removed tape for 24 hours and car wash for three four days.

Pretty much very quick and nice service.

Fast Glass is the best in town.  I originally hired another company for a windshield repair and that other company left me unable to drive my vehicle.  Fast Glass came out quick and got me rolling again.  Cannot recommend them enough.  I’ll be using them every time.

On the positive side, in Feb 2023 I had an excellent experience with getting a replacement windshield for a relatively uncommon 2011 vehicle. The glass arrived within 2 days, and I brought the car in for the work. They discovered that it needed an additional trim piece to complete the install, and they located a replacement locally and had my car ready within 2 hours.

Now for the really negative side. Since I had such a good experience with the windshield, I figured they would be good to get 3 damaged skylights and one damaged stationary Anderson window repaired (damaged from the harsh 2022-2023 winter). Two gentlemen came out on Sept 8th, viewed the damage, took measurements, and said that I should receive a quote within a week or two. Sept passed, and no quote. Made many, many phone calls requesting status of the quote. Excuse was occasionally that they were still waiting for a quote from their skylight supplier, while other times they never even bothered to return my call. I called on Dec 8th again requesting status of quote. They said they again would have the owner call back. I threatened negative online reviews if there was no response, and the call-taker stated that it was unfair for me to threaten them like that.

Well, no return phone call. If they didn't want to do business with me, they should have told me up front so I could work with another vendor. They completely left me hanging. 3 months should have been way more than enough time to provide a quote. Now I'm entering a new winter with damaged glass.

Definitely not "Fast" Glass.

I can not thank this company enough. We own a plumbing company and two of our vans up in Truckee were broken into on Monday night/ Tuesday morning. We desperately needed them fixed and back in operation ASAP. I must have called 10 places all of which couldn’t have cared less giving me up to a week waiting time. I called Fast Glass and although they had an extremely full schedule, they were able to get one van in Tuesday night and the other in Wednesday morning first thing. I was greeted by kind staff and was able to get my guys back on the road. So THANK YOU GUYS for making a really bad few days just a little better.

Elite Air Systems is a very professional company that responded to my needs in a very timely manner. Their service technician  Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. He even came back a second time at no charge to show me how to change my air filters!  It's important in this day and age to have a company you can trust and depend upon and Elite Air Systems is just that.

Elite Air was very communicative and responsive. They showed up on time, were fair in their estimate and pricing, completed the job when they said they would for the price they quoted. I'm very happy with their service and would call them again.

Tyler came out Friday morning and was able to quickly assess the issue with our mid-70’s furnace and present options for us. We elected to have the furnace replaced. Elite Air Systems was able to provide the new system with accessories, along with an installation crew (Steve and Devin) first thing Monday morning! The job was completed in FOUR hours!! These folks know their stuff and work very efficiently and effectively. Many thanks!

Both Josh and Chris provided outstanding service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The lead technician, Josh, explained how our a/c system worked, what replacement part was necessary and stressed replacing the air filter for better a/c function. Without hesitation, I will contact Elite Air for service if required in the future.

My apartment complex uses this company. The a/c has been out for 2 weeks now. They were supposed to be out to fix it at the end of the first week. They didn't show. Apartment complex calls to find out why. "It fell through the cracks" with the installer from this -glorious- company. Apt complex calls again. The soonest they could get out was the next Friday. (04/28/2023) They send a new person out today, who didn't even know what they were supposed to be doing. Now they are claiming they 'dont have the parts'.

After almost freezing to death, Desert Air came out and repaired my home heater. Professional  company, easy to deal with. Now I'm nice and warm....thanks Laura and Greg, great job. 😁

Our heating unit was running with no hot air coming out. As it was the first time for heat this season we assumed it was the pilot light out. Desert Air, now Goettl sent a technician Anthony Anderson out within 24 hours and he arrived on time. He carefully checked the unit which was hot. He photographed the various parts and showed a crack in the heat exchanger system. Unfortunately we then had to turn things over to the Home Insurance so the future is uncertain. Wish we could continue with such a knowledgeable and careful team at Goettl.

We are tenants who have had temps reach over 80 degrees and over multiple times for 2 weeks.

I called to discuss the lack of action and effective maintenance asking to be transferred to someone whose paycheck includes dealing with irate customers. Laura declined and decided to address my criticisms.

Her reasons are:

We do not have the parts.

This is a mechanical problem and it's not a simple problem.

It's not our fault we are cleaning up someone else's mess.

Translation we can't do anything, be patient, there is no plan.

My wife's chronic pain was down to almost nothing before all this started. Thanks to the repeated schedule failures, part finding failures, the fallout is that she is in a full fibro and migraine flare. Even if the AC comes back it will take DAYS possibly over a WEEK for the flare to subside.

Thank you desert air for the unwanted oven experience!

Excellent service! I've had they're reps to my house several times now, and each time they are pleasant and respectful. They are also very thorough, I feared I may have a dead animal in my vents and they took a peek around just to be sure. I'm so thankful for the peace of mind! Their tech Logan is the best!

First meeting with Trevor and Josh was friendly but productive. They listened to my needs and the past history on our furnace. They cleaned and tested the furnace, even taking the temperature of each room in the home. Trevor and Josh gave us the complete information on the Sierra Rewards program, which fits our needs at this time. Great program, in the spring they will come out to test the Air Con, at no extra charge. Great for Seniors. Yes, Josh and Trevor smile a lot, are clean and respectful of your home, have great personalities, but still professional. Our furnace is actually working better than before and is much more quiet, for a twenty-six year old unit.... Amazing....no less that Five Stars.

I've been using Sierra Air now for a couple of years. I had them install a completely new system including duct work a little over a year ago and am very happy with the entire experience. Yesterday I had Taylor Hines at my house to do maintenance on the heater. Taylor Hines was on time, professional and very helpful with the questions I had. I highly recommend Taylor Hines and am going to request him as my technician in the future. There are issues with my attic and lack of insulation, in some areas there's actually no insulation! Hard to believe a house just built in 2001 would have such terrible workmanship. Lucky for me Sierra Air also does insulation and I met with Kevin Andrews to set up getting that taken care of. I have had Sierra Air in my home on many occasions now and always have a good experience with them. I highly recommend them.

Today Frank and Jordan visited my home for my Comfort Club annual furnace check before Winter.
They were efficient, knowledgeable, competent and friendly.
I have never had such a thorough visit.

We booked an appointment a week in advance after giving the secretary all the information on our system.  The tech arrived on our appointment day and to his credit was very polite and friendly.  After looking at our system and calling his manager for a repair quote, we were told that they do not service our system's brand.  The tech had a bill ready on his tablet and told me that unfortunately he would still have to charge us the $89 fee for the appointment.  After questioning why they would still charge us when they could've told us upfront on the phone that they didn't service our system (they had all this information), he called his manager back.  Thankfully the manager waived the fee without any more of a fight.  The tech also said that this happens often -Customers schedule appointments a week in advance and then when they arrive they are told they don't actually service their system.  As he left, the tech tried to sell us on a new install by their company.  Poor timing.  Hoping that this is just really bad communication between the office and techs and not some seriously shady, unethical business practices.  What a waste of time.  We've already found two other companies that will happily service our unit.
