They are also very thorough, I feared I may have a dead animal in my vents and they took a peek around just to be sure. I'm so thankful for the peace of mind! Their tech Logan is the best!
First meeting with Trevor and Josh was friendly but productive. They listened to my needs and the past history on our furnace. They cleaned and tested the furnace, even taking the temperature of each room in the home. Trevor and Josh gave us the complete information on the Sierra Rewards program, which fits our needs at this time. Great program, in the spring they will come out to test the Air Con, at no extra charge. Great for Seniors. Yes, Josh and Trevor smile a lot, are clean and respectful of your home, have great personalities, but still professional. Our furnace is actually working better than before and is much more quiet, for a twenty-six year old unit.... Amazing....no less that Five Stars.
I've been using Sierra Air now for a couple of years. I had them install a completely new system including duct work a little over a year ago and am very happy with the entire experience. Yesterday I had Taylor Hines at my house to do maintenance on the heater. Taylor Hines was on time, professional and very helpful with the questions I had. I highly recommend Taylor Hines and am going to request him as my technician in the future. There are issues with my attic and lack of insulation, in some areas there's actually no insulation! Hard to believe a house just built in 2001 would have such terrible workmanship. Lucky for me Sierra Air also does insulation and I met with Kevin Andrews to set up getting that taken care of. I have had Sierra Air in my home on many occasions now and always have a good experience with them. I highly recommend them.
Today Frank and Jordan visited my home for my Comfort Club annual furnace check before Winter.
They were efficient, knowledgeable, competent and friendly.
I have never had such a thorough visit.

We booked an appointment a week in advance after giving the secretary all the information on our system. The tech arrived on our appointment day and to his credit was very polite and friendly. After looking at our system and calling his manager for a repair quote, we were told that they do not service our system's brand. The tech had a bill ready on his tablet and told me that unfortunately he would still have to charge us the $89 fee for the appointment. After questioning why they would still charge us when they could've told us upfront on the phone that they didn't service our system (they had all this information), he called his manager back. Thankfully the manager waived the fee without any more of a fight. The tech also said that this happens often -Customers schedule appointments a week in advance and then when they arrive they are told they don't actually service their system. As he left, the tech tried to sell us on a new install by their company. Poor timing. Hoping that this is just really bad communication between the office and techs and not some seriously shady, unethical business practices. What a waste of time. We've already found two other companies that will happily service our unit.
