I took my Car in almost exactly a year ago for a crack in the windshield. I got the car back and noticed about a week later that the VIN Plate inside of the windshield had been broken, and was intact prior to bringing the car in. I decided not to make a big deal of it since you can find the VIN in other places. Fast forward to now, I am having my roof wrapped and noticed that the seal at the top of the windshield is messy and inconsistent. Very disappointed in the quality of the work.

Really nice work, windshield replacement done in 40 minutes. Very professional work. Front desk advised not to removed tape for 24 hours and car wash for three four days. Pretty much very quick and nice service.

Fast Glass is the best in town. I originally hired another company for a windshield repair and that other company left me unable to drive my vehicle. Fast Glass came out quick and got me rolling again. Cannot recommend them enough. I’ll be using them every time.

On the positive side, in Feb 2023 I had an excellent experience with getting a replacement windshield for a relatively uncommon 2011 vehicle. The glass arrived within 2 days, and I brought the car in for the work. They discovered that it needed an additional trim piece to complete the install, and they located a replacement locally and had my car ready within 2 hours. Now for the really negative side. Since I had such a good experience with the windshield, I figured they would be good to get 3 damaged skylights and one damaged stationary Anderson window repaired (damaged from the harsh 2022-2023 winter). Two gentlemen came out on Sept 8th, viewed the damage, took measurements, and said that I should receive a quote within a week or two. Sept passed, and no quote. Made many, many phone calls requesting status of the quote. Excuse was occasionally that they were still waiting for a quote from their skylight supplier, while other times they never even bothered to return my call. I called on Dec 8th again requesting status of quote. They said they again would have the owner call back. I threatened negative online reviews if there was no response, and the call-taker stated that it was unfair for me to threaten them like that. Well, no return phone call. If they didn't want to do business with me, they should have told me up front so I could work with another vendor. They completely left me hanging. 3 months should have been way more than enough time to provide a quote. Now I'm entering a new winter with damaged glass. Definitely not "Fast" Glass.

I can not thank this company enough. We own a plumbing company and two of our vans up in Truckee were broken into on Monday night/ Tuesday morning. We desperately needed them fixed and back in operation ASAP. I must have called 10 places all of which couldn’t have cared less giving me up to a week waiting time. I called Fast Glass and although they had an extremely full schedule, they were able to get one van in Tuesday night and the other in Wednesday morning first thing. I was greeted by kind staff and was able to get my guys back on the road. So THANK YOU GUYS for making a really bad few days just a little better.
