We've been with Aire Serv for approx. 3.5 years. They were originally hired to tear out not only our very old a/c unit, but also the entire HVAC system underneath and through the house. They gave us an extremely competitive quote. They were on the job within days of our 0% interest approval (Aire Serv advised Wells Fargo was one of the lenders many of their clients worked with) and we were soon up and running. What a difference! The thermostat actually reads the interior temp and cycles off and on like it is supposed to. All the vents have air being forced out and actually cool or heat the rooms very, very well! Wow! Best of all, our electric bill has decreased significantly, seeing as the unit is running more efficienty now.

Great service, amazing response times and honest advice about what my home needed. They replaced a whole unit for me in the dead of summer with almost no time in between my old unit dying and the new one coming in, they even cut in a new floor register to help the master room get cooler because it was several degrees different from the rest of the house. (They even took the flush mounted wood one I bought to match my other vents and cut everything to fit it) Their techs are courteous and timely. Will absolutely use this service for my HVAC needs.

We have Service plan and had a new thermostat installed back in 2020, very professional, Our AC unit stopped working this past Friday 8/12/2022, my husband called them late in the afternoon,  they were there within the hour, 5 stars there. Our unit is old years past its recommended time. Technician was clear to what was wrong and offered us a couple of different options, from repair to replacement.  He was very honest and courteous to our needs. We decided to replace our unit due to age of our system and they are installing today, they followed up with us over the weekend and 1st thing Monday let us know they could install today... Highly recommend AirServ and invest in their service plan too... 5 stars..

After numerous calls to American Home Shield. They couldn't get anyone out for almost 5-7 days! My house temperature was 89 and climbing. So, I called Aire Serv. They do the maintenance on our system. Harry responded quickly and got us a technician to come out the same day and resolved our air conditioning problem. James the technician was very professional, polite, and explained what was wrong and what he did to repair the system. He complied with our need for masks as we have medical issues.  Will highly recommend them for air conditioner/ HVAC solutions. Thank you so much.

Budget Blinds of Burlington

I am very pleased with my new blinds. Measurements  and an estimate were given at the same visit by one of the owners. They arrived in a timely manner and were installed with no mess whatsoever.  I will recommend  this company to anyone who asks me.

First and foremost, my installer Curtis was TEN STARS! Hands down! So the four stars do not reflect his service to me but I doubt google will let me leave two reviews so I must do this all at once and can’t put the 5 start that reflect Curtis’s service. And Matt who did my consultation & measurements was amazing as well! Above and beyond, answered every question I had, welcoming, presented themselves well, very professional, respectful and people-friendly “. Even took their shoes off at my front door! The four stars are for the slight inconveniences I faced with hours of operation, payment options & difference in the color of my vertical vs standard blinds I ordered. They are only able to come out on weekdays by 5pm. This is for consultations and installing as well. I commute 35mins to work & don’t get off until 530pm Mon-Fri so this proved very difficult for me to work around as a single mom in an area I am pretty new to not knowing anyone around who could help stand in my place with Budget Blinds while I worked. But Laura surly tried her best to work with me on stretching the time and compromising. But I ended up just having to work around it by waiting a little longer for a holiday which I was off of work. Also, there is no way to pay online and believe me, I searched the whole website which in turn made me have to call and ask how to pay. Budget Blinds only accepts checks, money orders or payment over the phone with you giving them your debit info. And that I don’t like. Also, the money doesn’t post right away. It took about 4 business days to come out of my account which was still fine but without an email of receipt and confirmation, I had to keep checking my account instead worrying they didn’t run my card numbers correctly. I even emailed and asked for a receipt after but didn’t receive it. When calling, it’s always a different person who answers and then they get someone to call back which means you may have to explain who you are, who you spoke with, who helped you, your zip code and what is needed and then get a call back. They do call you back though and that I do like! Every single person I had to speak to on that phone when I had to call was above and beyond on the customer service as well and very nice and friendly and clearly relayed  messages to Matt or Laura when I needed. And they both always contacted me back asap. Another thing I didn’t like, was that my blinds component to open or close them don’t have grip on them, so when turning it, it’a like turning a straw. My friend who is the reason I picked budget blind, for her blinds from them two years ago, look just like mine and have square grips at the bottom that make hers way easier to open and close. I’m guess this is a different manufacturer than whoever they used for her blinds at the time. Also, my sliding glass window blinds are not the same in color as my blinds so the colors are slight different and noticeable as the sliding window is between the two side windows in my living room. But I am happy with the blinds themselves and the quality. Their customer service alone is why I will be back (even after the few inconveniences I face) when I buy my next home as well!!

Raphael & Brian did a fabulous job.  They were very focused...& worked well as a team.  They were very professional & personable.  When a situation a rose towards the end, they figured out the problem & corrected it.  We would highly recommend them & the business.

The installers were very courteous and very efficient doing the installation.  I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone who is in the market for new window treatments.  The windows in my sunroom look fantastic now.

Paul Davis Restoration Triad East

Paul Davis Restoration did a Great job after our bottom floor flooded and had to be gutted and Restored. If it wasnt for one of their painting subcontractor being very rude and poor ability to deal with the homeowners we would have rated the experience a 5 Star. But Muchael the superintendent sent in another paint crew and they made the finish product beautiful and nicer than before the claim. Thank you Michael and Paul Davis Restoration!

I had the privilege of working with Paul Davis Restoration under some not so ideal circumstances, & they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without me having to deal with the “hard stuff”.  This company was so patient working with my homeowners insurance, & fought for me to get the coverage I needed to replace my bathroom without me having to pay extra. The workers were so respectful of my home & did some amazing work.  I will definitely be using Paul Davis Restoration in the future!

DR Wrought Iron Rails, Inc.

I got these rails for my wife's birthday. Daniel was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He did exactly what he said he would even faster than I expected. They look fantastic and I would do it all over again.
I came back to edit my review. I just noticed the little rail in the picture. I thought I forgot to mention  that I wanted that (I did).

The handrails are excellent. My daughter has mobility problems and so the stability of the installation was very important. These are solid. The installer cut holes in the brick steps and embedded the rails. They are well made and attractive and I highly recommend them.

Was able to get a call back and quote very quickly. They are professional and honored their estimated install date, even improving it by almost 2 weeks. The craftsmanship and quality are great and so are the people.

My husband and I needed railings at our front door and back door. Danny came out, measured and gave us a quote. The installers just let and we are very pleased with the appearance and durability of the railings. The installers were efficient and pleasant. Excellent job, Daniel.

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job on our front step rails. They were on time, courteous and professional.  They cleaned everything up so well you would never know they were here except you would notice our beautiful custom railings. The completed job is second to none. Unfortunately our demon possessed refrigerator decided it was going to go from freezing everything at 17F to becoming a literal waterfall in the kitchen!

We notified our insurance company just so there would be a record of it, but they immediately sent out Mr. Phil Cardone from PuroClean. Mr. Cardone was extremely professional, but also equally friendly. He did what he had to do quickly, but did so without rushing anything! He explained what the process was & ensured we didn't have any questions and/or concerns.  Everything was nearly automatic from our point of view.  Next the guys from PuroClean arrived & the two gentlemen, were just that gentleman! They were completely professional, very friendly & polite. They went out of their way to ensure things got covered up from any possible dust etc. They both continuously updated me as to what was going on, what they're next step was & how the process works. I honestly have never had service providers take the time to explain what they are doing & why, before doing it & ensuring we didn't have any questions or concerns. They worked fast, but without rushing anything.

To say these guys were extremely impressive would be an understatement of astronomical proportions.

PuroClean has been out here every single day to take new readings, ensure the equipment was functioning properly & the last thing every team member from PuroClean does is ensure that any questions and/or concerns are taken care of. Truly a Master Class in Customer Service & quality work!

Their team was very thorough and not only did a great job repairing our problem, but they were also able to identify the source of the problem so we could get it fixed while other quotes we received from other companies were not able to identify the problem.  I would definitely use them again.

Puroclean was called in when our dishwasher sprung a leak in there intake line, flooded the kitchen floor, and required old linoleum and floor to be torn up and replaced. Puroclean arrived while the flooring company was still ripping out the top layer of floor, took charge by installing fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen as well as below the kitchen to dry the floor. Once installed, Puroclean techs visited on a near daily basis to inspect and rearrange the the fans as necessary to achieve maximum drying in the shortest amount of time. I found all the employees -from Richard and Phil and all the techs to the office manager, who used her knowledge to solve a drying problem at the last moment before the new floor was installed-to be thoroughly knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. I really cannot praise them too highly. While I hope never to have to call for their services again, i would not hesitate to call them again.

PuroClean provided speedy response with a high level of professionalism. From the phone call I received to coordinate the appointment to evaluate the damages to the end of our clean up and restoration. The manager from PuroClean stayed in contact with us step by step for each event. He explained to us the services they will provide and kept us well informed. I really appreciated them for all the services they provided. We are grateful they were there during our time of need. Thanks a Million!

I recently experienced major water damage to a few rooms in my home.  So, I reached out to PuroClean and was told that someone would be out to inspect the situation.  Well! a representative from PuroClean did arrive and provided me with a action plan.  The next day 3 gentlemen arrived at my home on time and very professional while working through a very nasty clean up. Even though we received rather bad news during our service visit, we had a phenomenal interaction with this company as a whole. From the scheduling to the actual servicing everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and provided great information and assistance.

During our visit, Jack found some serious damage and had to pass along the bad news, but he handled this very professionally. He explained everything in great detail and gave us helpful information to move forward. Due to this interaction I know we can trust this company to be honest and reliable. I was ready to move to another company due to the fact that I called at 7 am, but no tech until 3:30!  Since Adam was so kind and knowledgeable, I have decided to remain a loyal customer.
