Idaho Fence

Great experience with  Idaho Fence! Chad was our estimator and was very responsive and listened to how I wanted the fence.
Foreman Oscar and the install crew were fabulous! Oscar made sure we were on the same page and clarified if there were any questions. Oscar and his crew were professional, on time, efficient and took pride in their work. I am so happy and my fence turned out better than I imagined. It blends so well into the landscape, is very sturdy and keeps my dogs inside the property. Thank you!

Had our cedar fence replaced with a vinyl fence. Everyone very pleasant to work with, especially our installers Mike and Matt. They were fantastic, efficient and kept us informed every step in the process, even putting up a temporary fenced area so our dog could use her doggy door to get outside but remain safely in our yard.

I was very pleased with my experience with Idaho Fence.   Everyone that I have had the pleasure corresponding with has been a great experience.   Chad was great with the estimate and products available.   Andrea in billing was on top of everything.   Mike, Matt, and one other worker (sorry for forgetting his name) were great to work with on site.  Mike made certain that the work completed was high quality.   Shaun (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is Mike's manager and was also very pleasant and great to work with on the phone.   I also want to give out great praise to the gate builders that use high quality parts.   Keep up the great work.

If you are in the Coeur d alene area and are looking to get your fence done  DO NOT use Idaho Fence Company, especially for a wood fence.

The workmanship was shotty at best, still after contacting the company many times and the crew coming back to replace some panels and actually nail in some other panels, clean up concrete dumped in the rock bed and the street drain into our scale, the man gate was not adjusted to latch properly and there is still panels with multiple strikes from the empty pneumatic nail gun.

I went out today and added a gate stop to hold the double swing gate open since only 1 was put on 1 side of the gate that opens, I had to screw a few boards on to the frame as they were loose, beefed up the boards and connected them better to the metal frame near the gate latch as the boards the latch was connected to were loosening and rotating on the metal frame.

If you do go threw them and you get a crew lead by a guy named Ian, better really check that work. If you have to contact the company Cody is good to work with, but doesn't follow up or check his guys work after the job is done. Eric the owner in Kalispell will not return messages and the local G.M. really didn't seem to want to see his guys work after being invited to come see it.

Just use someone else.

Con Air Heating and Air Conditioning

approaching 100 today and the air conditioning stopped!  I had a call within 20 minutes and arrived with everything needed to fix, had it running in less than 1 hour!  Lee Waddell was prompt and courteous!  Will no doubt call again if there is ever the need!

Lee always goes out of his way to accommodate us both at our home and business.

Had a problem with AC, Lee was very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you.

This is my second time engaging Paul Davis. I did this because I knew I could rely on the courteous and friendly attitudes of the office staff, the punctual and wonderful response of those who did the initial evaluation and tear-down work. The upbeat attitude of Mireya and her dedication to getting my home back to me in a reasonable and timely manner. Furthermore, the quality of the work and the PRICE (WAS) RIGHT!

We had a flooding. Paul Davis reaction was fast. They came the next day and worked on it. Reliable, always nice, respectful workers managed by Caesar and supervisor Lance. I recommend this company.

Our home was flooded by a malfunctioning HOA lake. Michael Garza , lead technician for Paul Davis came with his team very quickly and immediately went to work moving our things out and extracting water. He subsequently arranged the asbestos and lead testing and removal and also oversaw that work. It is difficult to deal with such a catastrophe and know what to do. Michael handled it beautifully and always politely answered our texts and calls.We high recommend Paul Davis Restoration and Michael Garza in particular.

Paul Davis hit it out of the park. We made a plan, they stuck with the plan, performed beautifully, and were exceptionally professional every step of the way.

It’s never good to find a leak and the mold that developed because of the leak and PD knew just exactly what to do to return our home to us cleaned up, refurbished and better than ever

Alex, Richard and Dan deserve a raise for their impeccable work they did at my home. This Restoration crew was very quick to dry my home from a water valve break. They are very informative with each step and very helpful with easing the stress as a homeowner. Great group of guys. Highly recommended.

Paul Davis crew was exceptional. My Corp hired them to come help finish plumbing and help get vacation rentals cleaned for our reopening. They were respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They were always on site when they said they would be. They always finished what they started and did a great job. The plumbers were very professional and obviously had the experience needed. The cleaning crew they have done a great job helping getting the rentals cleaned in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. The project manager Miguel is very informative and professional. He always followed up and made sure what his crew did was completed. Miguel also called back to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had an issues that they could help with. This crew went above and beyond. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Brian is the best! Our home had a big flood, but he helped us through the whole process. Not gonna lie- it took a while! Insurance was very slow. But Brian & PD of NW Virginia was great. Brian is a true American hero. I hope he has the best 4th of July ever. Our home looks amazing now, and honestly better than before. THANK YOU BRIAN AND PAUL DAVIS!

I had the hot water burst and flood my basement. Ryan and his team were quick to respond to assess the damage, work with my insurance company and protect my family from mould.  The next step of planning for repairs was so helpful and supportive.  All of the trades people have come prepared and aware of exactly what they needed to know.  If you have a disaster I highly recommend the Puroclean team.

We had a bathroom fan fire in 2015 required ceiling, attic, venting, flooring, etc. repair. Puroclean was hired by our insurance company. The original repair was less than great, bathroom flooring not laid properly, drywall stippling done poorly, new ducting not installed correctly. We had Murray deal with the issues and believed everything to be repaired properly only to have more issues in subsequent years. The vent was not sealed to the ceiling, insulation not replaced sufficiently, ducting not sealed, canned spray foam used to insulate around fan. Overall a very poor job. This resulted in serious moisture entering the attic, causing mold on the attic sheathing, ruined ceiling drywall, wet insulation and a significant job to now repair again to the tune of $5500. I reached out to Puroclean 3 times this past spring and each time they said they would look into my file and and get back to me and they never have. Unfortunately I will now need to find someone who will do the job properly and repair the new damage caused by poor workmanship.

Jessica Burns and her team, and the movers she hired (Amazing Grace Movers) were all very professional, friendly, reliable and prompt, every time I had to deal with them. They did my packing, moving, and storage while was displaced by a flood in my building. I’m not quite finished with them, as I still have to move back, this month, but I’m confident they will be as good at the finish, as they have been at the start, and during my displacement. I’m looking forward to dealing with them again. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any restoration services.

Jessica came out quickly and was able to send out Kevin and Octavio in the same day to help clean some debris from a fire as well as seal the window for us!

Stay away!!!

I contacted puroclean regarding a small water leak. I was advised of an emergency call out fee of $250, no problem.

The issue was a bad toilet wax seal on our main floor and theres a shower directly underneath it. We found a small amount of mold on the downstairs shower roof. I had already cut the moldy portion of drywall out and removed the toilet upstairs to prevent further seepage. The techs (which were pretty good overall) showed up and assessed the situation, quite rapidly suggesting we go through with an insurance claim as the entire upstairs tiling and downstairs shower had to be replaced. They had offered up 2x dehumidifiers over the weekend at a price of "about 100 a day" to dry out any moisture which I agreed to, and one of the dehumidifiers had started smoking on the second day so we shut it down. It took a month for a report and quote to get in after I was told it would take a week. During that month I reached out twice with no response. I also had 2 other opinions which stated the downstairs did not need to be touched and it was just the tiling around the toilet.

I got a bill for $1800 which was "for emergency services". Upon requesting a cost/itemized breakdown they provided me with a list (no costs on it) and a majority of the list was a false writeup for insurance - ex; cutting out and disposing of the drywall (which I had done). I reached out via email and recieved a friendly response - it went back to them and then I recieved a "revised" bill for $1550 - with additional items from before (ex: project manager fee that was not on the original invoice).

I understanding businesses need to make money - but I don't understand how a callout fee and 2 dehumidifiers over a long weekend - 1 of which had to be shut off - and a callout fee equate to $1550.

It seems this company is just out for the big insurance payouts. Stay far, far away and do your research.

We called them today, because our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. We have two young babies, and the temperature was getting worse in the house. This company was able to get someone out to us within the hour. We truly appreciate this company, and helping during this crazy heat wave.

Really needed service on ac unit.  Called these guys first.  Was told for sure someone would get back to us that night.  Called back 3 times next day... rep promising not to worry that the tech got my message and will be taken care of. 5 hours later called a different company and was out within the hour.  Never heard back from this outfit.

Not to be mistaken with the awful company that has the air pumps at gas stations
