I payed a 125$ for a special window they said needed to be ordered.

I deal with a death of a family member and decided not to get my window fixed rate way.

When I was able about 2.5 3 weeks later I tried to schedule an appointment.

It's been about two weeks of me texting and calling with no response.

Not sure what the deal is?
I payed for half of the service and the window
They told me it would cost 250 and I payed 125$
Now they won't respond and I'm out a window and a 125$$
Still waiting for a response.
I figured higher management would see this and reach out.
Still waiting.
Horrible service at this point.

First rate experience.  Had a cracked windshield, made an appointment just two days out, they replaced as promised, and it looks great.  Best price in town for the job, I'm happy!

So I don't know what happened. They have repaired two windshields for me. They were so nice and professional. I recommended them to everyone. I tried to call to ask for a quote to replace a window for my house and was told well how much does a trip to Paris cost. I said I don't know. He said exactly. So we tried calling with measurements left multiple messages no one has called me back. My husband went down to talk to them and everyone had appeared drunk and partying. Said to call and leave a message because he didn't know and couldn't quote a replacement cost. I don't know if they got new people or not but their professionalism is truly suffering.

Steven is a gem!! Just waiting for the glass to arrive both for my big windows in our home and a new windshield in VW bug!

Dropped in around 10am today for a chip repair and fairly certain I was helped out by Steven! I had called the day prior and they had availability next morning so that was a great turn around. I had my roommate follow me because I wasn’t sure how long it would take and intended to leave and come back. I ended up sending them home because it took the glass doctor just under 15 minutes to fix the chip and I watched and chatted with him while he did it. Got my windshield here 6 years ago and have had 2 chips repaired by the shop since. I got my first major chip repaired about 2 years ago here and the crack hasn’t spread. Can’t recommend enough for timely, friendly, and affordable service.

Bree Hodges was our realtor. She helped us sell 1 house and buy another. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thanks for replying to "Duty to Warn". I was apart of this experience. Because space is limited here, this is in response to your reply to "Duty to Warn". It appears you flat out fabricated each point of your reply and fortunately we have all documents pertaining to this experience to back up our side.

You stated: It is unfortunate that we were not able to have a more significant dialogue as you believed we could have come to an agreement that was fair to all parties.  You said, However, we were sent the inspection termination of contract immediately following the appraisal, which showed that the house was valued appropriately (>$50k higher than your initial offer) - an appraisal that we verbally agreed would be paid by you (but wasn’t) if the house appraised for the agreed upon price.

1. You did not agree to fix all of the issues...your realtor verbally agreed to them saying they wouldn't be a problem pn the 1/13, however, we never received anything in writing. For 5 days. Not immediately like you stated. The inspection notice was sent 1/13 and we terminated on 1/17. We would never agree to have your own inspector follow-up an impartial inspectors findings, why would you? We were interested in working out the details, however, after several days of "I think he's out of town" from your realtor, coupled with the Professional Structural Engineers assessment, it made sense to move on. Which we fortunately did, found a great home and have a close date set.

I would hope you and your realtor know better than to make any "verbal agreements". This is why everything we agreed to, was and is still in writing. In the buy-sell you stated, in writing, that you would pay for the appraisal because we were skeptical of your asking price. It stipulated that if it came in lower, both parties would be able to negotiate or walk and if it came in higher, the same. Simple. And the appraisal came in under your asking price still. There was never an agreement that we would pay the appraisal.

2. You stated this house passed all county inspections and received the certificate of occupancy.  Also, that All of the issues detailed in the inspection report have been reviewed corrected where applicable

REPLY: A Professional Structural Engineer noted that the work you did was far from completed and unsafe to live from the inspection report. (carbon monoxide from the hot water heater being on the ground, no bracing used, covered up vets, etc..). Hopefully, you do get these repaired or already have. I'm sure any future inspections will find these issues if not.

3. We never said the lot was purposefully misrepresented. Just that if you want to fully utilize the 10,000+ sq ft lot you advertised, one would need to be playing in the street since that's where about 1500-2000 sq ft reside.

You said: The lot measurement is done using standard practices by surveyors when the subdivision was originally developed.  You’ll find that the county GIS plat map shows the boundary lines including easements, encumbrances, etc.  While we always recommend a buyer verify all square footage - both lot and improvements - to their satisfaction, the square footage of the lot was not purposely misrepresented in any way.

In summary, we are putting this out on the web because we don't think you have the moral compass to disclose those findings and/or leave the problems for someone else to miss and subsequently, potentially find themselves in an unsafe home. We do this in confidence as we have substantial supporting documents for every claim stated.

Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro

Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland has been wonderful to work with during a difficult time.  They are very careful and professional and knowledgeable.   They were very careful setting up and protecting my furniture and rooms not involved in the mold mitigation..  Now that the mold is taken care of I’m looking forward to the restoration process and can’t wait for the finished product!!!!

Hired them Oct of 2020 due to a tree fallen on a house. They fixed the gutter no problem, fixed the siding missed coax cable holes in the siding so I had them back out to fix properly. Finally got on the schedule after months for the siding (Aluminum coil) to be repaired. They fixed it I was not happy with gaps in the repair, dented coil and missing silicone, poorly done silicone. I made them aware of this and months have passed still not fixed and they sent me to collections as I wasn't going to pay until job was completed properly. I have paid for the siding and gutters but refuse to pay for shotty work on the siding. I wouldn't recommend them due to length of time to complete projects and quality of workmanship and no ability to follow thru just send to collections in hopes you will just pay.
*Update called 3 days ago and no return phone call

Had a fire that resulted in our home being gutted down to the studs. Decided to take the opportunity to make some changes to our home during the process and make the best of a bad situation. Nick, John, and the team delivered and we eventually moved back into what felt like a new home. If the project is small or large they can handle it and you will be in good hands.

We experienced a plumbing emergency which affected our ability to remain open and serve our clients.  We placed a call to Paul Davis Restoration and they were on site within a couple of hours, not only assessing the situation, but rectifying it as well and had us restored and able to resume operations within a couple of hours.  We are very grateful for such a fast and professional response!  Thank you!!

The project manager, Kyle (I think his last name starts with a D), and his team were able to help when our basement flooded. All details of the process were carefully explained so we knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew that cleaned up in the basement worked efficiently and were diligent with our belongings. Very satisfied during a very stressful time!

Premier Pools & Spas

I started the pool process in Nov/Dec of 2022.  I was given a dig date of late Feb- early March 2023.  Jeremy came out, answered all my questions and was very professional through the entire process.  From contract, to design, permits; everything was smooth.  Even though there were some weather interruptions, we still got started with the project almost right on time. Each phase happened in the order it was explained from measuring out the pool and layout markings, to excavation, decking, liner install and pool school.  The *only* reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the inconsistent communication I experienced.  I did have to do some “chasing” when things got off track due to weather or other projects in the line up that affected mine, but this was my experience and might have been a “one off”.  Even during those times, everyone was very professional when we did speak.  The communication piece was important to me due to scheduling and other commitments.  Other than that, this would have been 5 stars EASY! There were no surprise “fees”.  The only cost that was variable was the electrician since I had extra “asks”.  Overall, I signed my contract in November and we opened the pool Memorial Day weekend just in time for the unofficial start of Summer.  Jeremy, Bob and Leroy worked hard to get me done and they did!  Thanks again!

Pool Specs:Salt Water Filtered,  16Wx32L , 3.5ft to 6ft in depth, Vinyl Liner.  Five feet of concrete all around with an extension on the shallow end of 6ft.  The patio is 20x20.

Lifesaver fence was not provided by PPS, I purchased it separately.  Cost was approx $2k. Well worth it since I have a 6 year old autistic son.

Premier Pools and Spas service is second to none.  Leroy, Jeremy, and Bob were the Dream Team. This group was very responsive and communicated throughout the entire pool building process.  Bob showed up on day 1 for the digging and stated "We will hold your hand" and they did.  Leroy helped us to narrow down and match the pool tile, travertine, and the trim tile; beautiful.  Jeremy was available each time we had questions and was present on the job site throughout the entire process.  I believe in the saying "You pay for what you get".  The equipment is top notch and they used premier materials.  Bob, Leroy, and Jeremy were both visible onsite throughout the process.    Please reach out to this company if you are deciding to purchase a pool.

Jeremy Womack was great! We didn’t know where to start or what a pool would look like in our backyard because of the major sloping. Jeremy came up with a fabulous pool design that made the needed retaining wall and steps look like beautiful decoration and made the sloping disappear! And when we thought we couldn’t get any kind of pool because of our soil, Bob found a way to make it happen with piers. Then Leroy helped us with forming out the decking which brought our entire backyard together. Jeremy, Bob and Leroy were always checking on the process and made sure everything was moving along well and being done correctly. The workers were diligent and always kept our backyard free from trash. I highly recommend you go see Jeremy of Premier Pools and Spa Locust Grove!

We had a great experience with Premier Pools. We love our hot tub and pool! We did a lot of research before choosing this company. Prices were reasonable and Bob, the owner is amazing! Genuinely a great guy! He will always be honest with you and help you get the product you deserve. If you are looking for a great pool and great experience, i recommend going with Premier!

PuroClean of Western Reserve

PuroClean of Chardon was perfect in every way possible!! The office staff, crew and managers were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, trustworthy and professional. They took a stressful, toxic, gross and very difficult remediation situation and somehow made it fun to have them around, plus they completely took my stress away. They really cared about me, my home & making my home clean & safe again and it showed. Everything they did, every step of the extensive project was done to perfection!  Also, I made sure they had plenty of fluids all day long and fed them lunch almost everyday. I feel it’s really important to show your respect to people you hire. They are not just workers in your home, they are your guests.

Jessica and Emily were very kind and sweet ladies. Any questions or concerns that I had they took time out to get the answers. They did an excellent job on cleaning my attic. Jordan, Jessica and Emily were a fantastic team. We had water damage in our entire basement, and they efficiently carried out all of the damaged furniture and items and cleaned the entire basement. They consulted with me about everything and listened to our. requests.  I would highly recommend this company and this team to anyone!

Great Homes

Homes are great, open areas & lots of storage. Look pretty well built... quick & easy set-up & move in, but wow... for the price, I think I can build a build...

Was supper excited to see what they had.  I grew up with this company around and was happy to use them. However when I finally went there to go house shopping the guys in the office were just the laziest excuse for salesman. The main guy couldn’t even bother to get up out of his chair to greet or direct and then when I took the tour alone I asked for pamphlets on specific models and the guy seemed bothered  just pointing at a mess of papers. I’m so thankful I didn’t get in any financial obligation with this group of individuals. Found a realtor who is willing to help and got us the perfect home!

I have a beautiful home. It has been sitting in this field for over two months. Anything we needed to do was done as quickly as possible.  When someone did show up, we only then became aware of “something else that needed to be done.  Can’t get them to “keep us in the loop” as to the installation. It was to have been two weeks ago but even this week doesn’t look promising. NEVER AGREE TO “PAID IN FULL ON DELIVERY TO THE PROPERTY “.  There is no incentive to finish.  I would be ok with it if I could JUST KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!

I love my new home! It turned out great. Max was very helpful and not at all pushy. Our kitchen is so big that we still haven't completely filled it up.

Update December 2020: we really enjoyed our first couple of months living in our home but the longer we live here the more we notice certain things aren't done very well. I wouldn't ever purchase another one and I encourage others to avoid it if at all possible. Probably the worst thing being that there is no sub floor underneath the bathroom cabinets. We have had several mice escape into the house with the lack of sub floor. I can live with everything else but I really hate mice. 😣

We were very happy with the modular home we bought through Great Homes.  They use quality people for set up and interior work.  They also were very good on follow up with any issues we had, and Josh did it with a very accommodating  and helpful attitude.   All in all we would highly recommend them! We love our cabin/ home!

The entire process was incredibly easy.  Josh did an excellent job installing the baseboard and trim.  He was quick and efficient.  This was a great service and will definitely use it again.

I have to say, Sean was heavenly sent. I was so upset how the guy had messed up my door jam, and Sean showed compassion and assured me that he would do his best to fix it. He did just what he said and more.
He even went into details on how and when to paint it.
Overall I’m ecstatic to have met Sean, he made my day… my door jam looks brand new.

My father pulled a bath towel bar out of the wall.  Mr Josh selected a product, repaired drywall, and installed new double bar into the stud. Not coming out of the wall now and looks good as new, thanks!

Sean has completed multiple projects at our home over the last few months. He delivers excellent craftsmanship on each visit and will do what it takes to ensure the best result. We will be recommending him, and will definitely reach out for his services when we inevitably have another project.

We experienced a sink overflow which dumped at least 10 gallons of water on our hardwood floor and seeped through to the basement.  Our StateFarm agent (Tim Hutcheson—Social Circle) recommended PuroClean of Covington.  The owner, Nick Oliveri, came out on a Sunday evening to begin remediation.  We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism along with the array of mechanical and technical equipment he had with him in his van.  We were immediately confident we had called the right company.  To make a long story short, Nick restored our main level laundry room back to normal moisture levels at a reasonable cost.  Hope nothing like this ever happens again, but if it does we know who we’re calling.  Thanks Nick!

I had some mold growing in my half bath. Came out quickly and was super informative and helpful. I was worried being as I have asthma. But he checked everything and was able to give me a solution.

We had a water heater leak in our laundry room.  Things could have been a lot worse.  PuroClean of Covington was very prompt to respond.  Nick was very professional and friendly.
