The guys that came out to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service.

They came an tested inside an at the time could not get under my house to test where the water is standing. I was told by Josh (very rude) that "well when its dry enough call an i will send someone out to test because we need to test under there for sure" so when called to let them know it was dry Josh (rude again) says "well thats irrelevant at this point an i cant just send people out when you call" so basically they just blew me off. I DO NOT recommend using this company. Please find another place to use. In my opinion Josh needs to find a new job not dealing with the public becayse he is going to run customers away not bring them in. He straight up changed stories from 1 conversation to the next. Not good business.

Kim and her team, Jay and Brittney, were outstanding.  They were completely professional and very kind to us in a difficult situation.  We asked many questions and they always attempted to provide an answer. Every item that was packed out was returned,, undamaged and thoroughly cleaned.  We would recommend this company without hesitation. Simply the best!!

I live in the Nashville area and my mother called from Tri-cities area after her finished basement was flooded due to a lot of storms and rain.  I called PuroClean of Tri-Cities and they responded immediately.  Feeling helpful from being so far away, this company stepped up and took great care of my mom and the water damage.  Great quality service, exceptional customer service as well.  So glad I called this company out of all of them in the area!  Highly recommend!

Great employees! These wonderful people really cared for us and getting the job (cleaning up after a kitchen fire) completed to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. I  could not have asked for better service.  They also worked with with us and our insurance company getting everything covered that should have been. Recommend this company 100%. We will use them again if the need ever arises.

Glass Doctor of Elko

We came here to get our windshield fixed after it was damaged by debris on the interstate. They had some of the cheaper rates in the area, and were able to get us in quickly (we wanted to avoid a fix-it ticket so this was nice).
All seemed well until the day of our appointment. We drove two hours to get to Elko (closest place to get services like this besides SLC), and after dropping our car off, we got a call from them 5 minutes later in our taxi saying that the windshield they had ordered/had on hand was warped and they wouldn’t be able to install it. We got the taxi to take us back, where the the lady at the counter explained that they would have to order another one and wouldn’t be able to schedule another appointment for us for three weeks! This is where I really expressed my disappointment, and asked if they have any quality assurance testing when the windshields get delivered, and why they were just figuring this out now?? She apologized, and asked if she could set us up with an appointment. I told her that we would need to reconsider our options and give them a call back. Then, there was suddenly an opening for the same time next week. I think she moved some things around to fit us in which I do appreciate, but I just thought it was funny that it took me mentioning finding business elsewhere to make it happen. I wasn’t even going to leave a review because when it was all said and done, the windshield got fixed, albeit a week behind schedule. However, today when I was driving I went to fix my rear view mirror and it straight up came off! This isn’t an old car; when they installed the windshield they didn’t put all the pieces back on right. Now I have to fix that. Thanks. Definitely would go elsewhere next time.

They installed my window in 2013 , they broke my aluminum siding in almost half of the window, plus two stool. They use silicon to glue the trim around the window , the trim will look ugly. Over just three years they look ugly already!

Charles was VERY quick and precise with getting the side of my house covered from the tornado so nothing in my attic gets damaged and wet and cut my tree off the house to prevent further damages to my home. Very polite and efficient is his work. I WILL be recommending Charles to other friends and family of mine! I cannot thank him enough for the time and work he has put in! He is also working on another claim of mine for the interior and just waiting on the insurance people to get back to us! Cannot wait for my home to be back together correctly! After a plumber with a Locust Grove company flooded my townhome while making what should have been an easy repair, I was thrilled to work with Paul Davis Restoration to restore my property. I worked directly with Michael Beeler, who was kind, patient and incredibly informative from the start. He took time to explain every step of the restoration process to me in great detail and remained accessible through direct calls and texts to provide timely updates and answer my questions as they arose. Paul Davis Restoration exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to help me complete my project within a tight deadline ahead of the holiday season. I had a water leak that causes major damage to my laundry room, guest room, and garage. My insurance recommended Paul Davis and their property manager Alex was great. He spoke to me and then had his team out here within two hours. The team did a detail assessment and the next day were hearing doing demolition. Alex and his team were true professional and I recommended them for anyone who needs assistance.

I happened to be out of town a lot and Gabe went out of his way to go above and beyond and gave us 5 star service, from taking pictures on his phone to giving me daily updates, to directing his crew and passing by for onsite progress checkins. As a home owner and licensed realtor involved in real estate developments here in Atlanta, I know how hard it is to find quality contractors you can depend on, who will do great work and in this case do all of the above while me not even having to be onsite to oversee the work. Another great job by Ace Handyman Services!  Josh Brennan was so knowledgeable about the source of the problem with the stinky disposal. He installed better parts than was previously there. AHS should be your first call for handyman services.

Hands down the best “handyman” company we have ever used! They were quick to get us on the schedule, gave me a general quote as to how much it was going to be while on the phone with them for scheduling, showed up on time and did a fantastic job for us! Harley and Sean were very kind and professional. They did the job well and did it right! We had two small attic accesses closed up and a new drop down with ladder put in. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!!!

This is the third job we have used them to complete and have been very pleased with the professionalism, scheduling and finished design and appearance. Harley has done all three jobs for us per our request, he is highly productive, very good craftsman, polite and professional. James did the tile work and it looks great along with some painting. Jessica in the office worked with us for scheduling to meet our needs and was very accommodating.

Remove florescent light fixtures and install LED light fixtures.  Did an absolutely amazing job

Sean did a great job repairing our soffit and fascia - he notified us when he was on his way, arrived on time, and not only repaired the area that needed it but checked and secured all the soffit around the whole house.  We will definitely use Ace Handyman services again when we need it and will ask for Sean!

Paul Davis Restoration of the Emerald Coast (Pensacola)

I would like to leave a follow up with my  experience since they tried to invalidate my original review and turn the blame on me and my insurance. On 5/18, my roof started leaking and 18 gal of water came into my home. This company was assigned on that same day. Long story short, this company came out to look, caused $1000 worth of damages to my living room in the process, promised they’d be back in 3-5 days to fix it, then ignored me on several occasions from May-August, admitted they dropped the ball twice and never came back and completed the repairs. I left a google review with my experience after being treated badly for 3 months straight. I made multiple attempts to get ahold of this company. I made one last call asking to speak with an owner on 8/16. On 8/17, I get a call. I very calmly expressed all of my concerns. I explained that I am very upset and disappointed. I explained that if someone would have just been upfront with me regarding a timeline, that it would have been fine. But I explained it is not okay to tell someone 3 days, and then turn that into 2-3 months with no communication at all. I thought him and I had a nice and polite conversation and he sounded like he understood. At the end of the call, he said “I have a favor to ask you.” He proceeds to bring up my google review and asked me to take it down. He then tells me “I also see you got 3 of your friends to leave us a bad review.” I immediately apologized that someone else left a review, but explained that I have not told anyone about this process and that I did not ask anyone to leave a review. I asked him to read me the names and the reviews. He read me the names and I had never heard of them before. I told him that I’m sorry that someone did that, but that I did not do that and that I don’t know those people. He tells me that I am not being honest and that google shows I am connected to these people. Again, I don’t know those people or have ever heard their name. I did tell him that again. He then tells me “based off that, we are not going to move forward with having you as a customer. We will not be coming back out. You will have to use someone else for the repairs.” I was shocked at being treated this way for months and then to have him accusing me of doing that, accusing me of lying about it, and dropping me as a customer. So after 3 long months of them being absolutely awful to me, them trying to scam my insurance out of $9,000 for 1 small hole, and then them cutting a huge hole in my ceiling & causing me another $1000 in damages, they are now refusing to fix the damages they caused to my home and have dropped me as a customer. I have never had such an awful experience with a company in my life. They could have simply chosen to make it right, and it would’ve taken them a few days at most, but instead they chose to accuse me of something I didn’t do, and then refuse to fix the damages they caused to my property. I also read the comment they wrote on my original review and they tried to invalidate my feelings, place the blame on me, try to blame my insurance, and then had the nerve to call me and ask me to take down my review about my experience. They also tried to say above that they waited 3 weeks on me and that is not true. I have every record of every call, every email, every text. I have been in customer service for 15 years. You do not call a customer and ask them to take down their review. That is NOT the way to do business. You make it right.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Please take this as a warning and stay far away from them!!!!

I can't say enough about how great their entire team was! Seth and Tyler did such a great job during the mitigation process. They were very meticulous and covered every inch of our home professionally.
Travis communicated every step of the way and always took the time to explain in detail the scope of the work being done. Highly recommend.

I had no idea such a service was available thru Ace Hardware. I googled, floor repair near me. Ace Handyman Services popped up first. I noticed the base was Sapphire NC and thought they wouldn't come all the way to Franklin for a small repair job. I found their area of service did indeed cover Macon County. I called and was connected right away to the work scheduler. Got a quick appointment scheduled for one week out. The scheduler put me right in touch with the Contractor who was to do the job. I was now impressed. I described the work needed and we went over everything. The work was completed this afternoon and I'm still impressed with the professional service I received from Ace Handyman Services.

Dallas is the best. He was prompt, efficient, and does good quality work. We had him do a variety of projects, including hanging my precious art work and adjusting doors

Koala Insulation of the Gulf Coast

Koala came out and did everything I asked for at a fair price! The installers were very kind and did a thorough job cleaning up after. I only had a few walls and ceilings spray foamed and they were in and out quickly. They did a very professional job. Highly recommend!

Great to work with Connor and the team. Got it taken care of quickly and honored his work. Had an issue with a section of spray foam insulation not adhering to the ceiling. Connor made it right and got it all fixed up. Great guy and will already plan on him doing work when I renovate.

Mr. Eddie and team were great; showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and were extremely courteous of the fact that we work from home. We had some big set-backs on our insulation project but they really came through for us. Mr. Eddie made sure to plastic guard everything we couldn't move, and kept the spray foam insulation as even/flat as possible because he heard us mention we were going to paint later. And he left the plastic he brought up for us to use! I couldn't be happier with the experience of working with this business.

I called in to schedule some service for my A/C which was not working and they scheduled a same day appointment. When the tech arrived, he was friendly and immediately got to looking at the problem. He found the problem and in about half an hour, it was fixed. Great and fast service. Thank you!

Nick was top notch. Very personable with a quiet confidence and dry humor. I’m a first time home buyer so I had a tech come to do a maintenance check on the unit and was asking lots of questions; he was very patient, took the time to explain every aspect of what he was checking and the various parts of the A/C unit and how it worked. Very grateful. Plus, after a little detective work he was able to solve an issue that was created from the previous HVAC installation company!

Dont do business with this company. Air serv tech came out and looked at my HVAC system then set all my stages to run (driving my electric bill threw the roof) and told me to remove the wiring once the temperature was back to normal (which they shouldnt be advising anyone) and guaranteed it would work how it was supposed to. Then speaking with the owner after it didnt work and I had to have another company come check their work refused to refund me or partially refund me when I called to let them know their tech didnt fix the issue as advised. The owner refused to hear anything I had to say and said because I had another company come fix their mess up its not their priblem. If you want polite and good customer servce I suggest you look elsewhere

Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

In 2021 Miracle Method resurfaced my bathroom with bathtub and shower.  They did a phenomenal job in 2021.  Recently, I needed some repairs to my shower floor, and I want to publicly say that Marteen showed up on time and he did an amazing job to my shower floor.  Marteen was kind, courteous and knowledgeable.  I am so very happy with the work that was performed.  Thank you, Miracle Method, for the beautiful work you perform.

I had an issue with my countertops,  Miracle Method reached out to me. Set up a time to come look at the issue. Martin, said he was going to refinished all my countertops, the same day. He did such an awesome job. We’re so blown away. I never expected that. I plan on having them come back to refinish my shower, and bathtub next.

Miracle Method has great service! They stand behind their work. We decided to have our master bath sinks refinished instead of replacing them. Miracle Method did a nice job. We found it to be a good value. Unfortunately, after time, one sink developed a bubble. Without hesitation or question, they scheduled a return visit and refinished the sink. It looks great again. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Miracle Method for anyone considering refinishing their sinks or other services Miracle does.

Dan quoted us for several tile projects in our home. He was very upfront and honest and we felt the prices were very fair. Leo was The Man though!! We scheduled our first project- kitchen counters resurfacing and our guest bathroom counter resurfacing. Leo showed up on time ready to work. Even our dogs loved him. He ended up having to finish our project by himself and we were just so impressed with the work he completed in one day!! We will definitely be using Miracle Method and asking that Leo complete the final jobs.

No one should ever hire this franchise.  We hired them to complete a job in March 2023 and eight plus months later, it is still not complete.  They have wasted so much time and energy and refuse to compensate for all of their mistakes.  Mistakes that have resulted in lost time and money for us.  The owner refuses to contact me directly to discuss the whole ordeal.  The main manager is disrespectful when speaking with her and will only ever offer to provide a discount towards another job.  She has admitted to me that the offer for a discount in the future is useless since we do not trust them to do more work.  Now two different managers will not even reply to an email about a job they started and have not finished. This job should have been two visits, one for an estimate and one to complete the work.  They have been to our house nine or ten times now, which results in us taking time off from work.
