Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland has been wonderful to work with during a difficult time. They are very careful and professional and knowledgeable. They were very careful setting up and protecting my furniture and rooms not involved in the mold mitigation.. Now that the mold is taken care of I’m looking forward to the restoration process and can’t wait for the finished product!!!!

Hired them Oct of 2020 due to a tree fallen on a house. They fixed the gutter no problem, fixed the siding missed coax cable holes in the siding so I had them back out to fix properly. Finally got on the schedule after months for the siding (Aluminum coil) to be repaired. They fixed it I was not happy with gaps in the repair, dented coil and missing silicone, poorly done silicone. I made them aware of this and months have passed still not fixed and they sent me to collections as I wasn't going to pay until job was completed properly. I have paid for the siding and gutters but refuse to pay for shotty work on the siding. I wouldn't recommend them due to length of time to complete projects and quality of workmanship and no ability to follow thru just send to collections in hopes you will just pay. *Update called 3 days ago and no return phone call

Had a fire that resulted in our home being gutted down to the studs. Decided to take the opportunity to make some changes to our home during the process and make the best of a bad situation. Nick, John, and the team delivered and we eventually moved back into what felt like a new home. If the project is small or large they can handle it and you will be in good hands.

We experienced a plumbing emergency which affected our ability to remain open and serve our clients. We placed a call to Paul Davis Restoration and they were on site within a couple of hours, not only assessing the situation, but rectifying it as well and had us restored and able to resume operations within a couple of hours. We are very grateful for such a fast and professional response! Thank you!!

The project manager, Kyle (I think his last name starts with a D), and his team were able to help when our basement flooded. All details of the process were carefully explained so we knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew that cleaned up in the basement worked efficiently and were diligent with our belongings. Very satisfied during a very stressful time!
