Glass Doctor of Missoula

I payed a 125$ for a special window they said needed to be ordered. I deal with a death of a family member and decided not to get my window fixed rate way. When I was able about 2.5 3 weeks later I tried to schedule an appointment. It's been about two weeks of me texting and calling with no response. Not sure what the deal is? I payed for half of the service and the window They told me it would cost 250 and I payed 125$ Now they won't respond and I'm out a window and a 125$$ Still waiting for a response. I figured higher management would see this and reach out. Still waiting. Horrible service at this point.

First rate experience. Had a cracked windshield, made an appointment just two days out, they replaced as promised, and it looks great. Best price in town for the job, I'm happy!

So I don't know what happened. They have repaired two windshields for me. They were so nice and professional. I recommended them to everyone. I tried to call to ask for a quote to replace a window for my house and was told well how much does a trip to Paris cost. I said I don't know. He said exactly. So we tried calling with measurements left multiple messages no one has called me back. My husband went down to talk to them and everyone had appeared drunk and partying. Said to call and leave a message because he didn't know and couldn't quote a replacement cost. I don't know if they got new people or not but their professionalism is truly suffering.

Steven is a gem!! Just waiting for the glass to arrive both for my big windows in our home and a new windshield in VW bug!

Dropped in around 10am today for a chip repair and fairly certain I was helped out by Steven! I had called the day prior and they had availability next morning so that was a great turn around. I had my roommate follow me because I wasn’t sure how long it would take and intended to leave and come back. I ended up sending them home because it took the glass doctor just under 15 minutes to fix the chip and I watched and chatted with him while he did it. Got my windshield here 6 years ago and have had 2 chips repaired by the shop since. I got my first major chip repaired about 2 years ago here and the crack hasn’t spread. Can’t recommend enough for timely, friendly, and affordable service.
