This company was hired to inspect a “Working HVAC System”, for an insurance claim from lightning. Their 20 year old technician disassembled the unit to test components, when he reassembled it, it would not work. I had to hire another HVAC tech to repair it, which consisted of crossed wires & two wires cut into by a fan. Total Cost 371.00 I tried to resolve with owner, he wouldn’t assume any responsibility. !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a wonderful experience with Aire Serv. The staff is friendly and helpful. The technician that came to my home was genuinely polite and fully explained to me what had went wrong and how they were going to fix it. Everything is working very well now...I would whole heartedly recommend them. And I would 100% use them again. Thank you to EVERYONE at Aire Serv you all did a GREAT JOB! I am a very happy customer.

We needed an inspection for our heating system in the house we bought before we could finalize our loan and the folks over at Aire Serv were beyond amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure the inspection included all the details that the underwriter was asking for at a very affordable cost!
