I made a call late in the day for a furnace repair, and Alex showed up around 6pm that evening. Alex was kind and professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft of HVAC repair. We chatted about life as he explained what he was doing. Alex had our heat working in no time. The bill for this emergency service was very reasonable. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience, and I would recommend Alex to anyone! Thank you so much!

Alex was the best. I loved that Aire Serve kept in communication about appointment arrival and showing up on time. After diagnosing what we needed done Alex was very confident that our heater could be fixed in the same appointment. Our bill was a great value and I would gladly refer and call Alex again in the future.

Tech did a good job going over the furnace, cleaning parts and checking readings. Previous company did a quick once over and tried to sell me a new furnace which wasn't needed.

Aire Serv's technician, Ryan Gretsinger, made the repair to the roof top unit followed by a multipoint safety inspection in which catastrophic failure of a major heating component was identified. Ryan's attention to detail prevented the continued use of an unsafe furnace eliminating the chance of causing injury to the tenants relying on the heating system. Aire Serv's process exceeded our expectations and outperformed other commercial contractors who have serviced our equipment in the past.
