The team from Koala Insulation are fantastic! Eddie and Bianca were so friendly and hard working. They came in and quickly scouted out the attic, formulated a plan, and got right to work. Bianca took a before and after video for us. They cleaned up any stray bits of insulation before leaving the house. Conner Curtis is President of the company and has a great crew on board.

I hired Connor, Koala gulf coast to remove old insulation and replace with new in December 2021. They were having issues with their vacuum and stated they will have to remove it by hand. The next day when I came by to check on it, they said they had finished. I few days later I went in the attic to run wires and found they blew over the old insulation. They didn’t remove any. The removal was the majority of the cost. I called Connor and he did nothing. Very dishonest. If you use him, make sure you check his work before you pay.

Koala arrived on time. Explained the process. Were courteous. Worked quickly. Did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They installed an attic fan and brought insulation to R38. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!
