Professional, affordable and so helpful. He arrived quickly after we got home from vacation to a leak and checked our house consistently through the Thanksgiving holiday. Forever grateful to Floor Medic! We thought we would have to tear out drywall but we got dried up within about a week!

When we discovered water-soaked carpeting in our bonus room, we called Chad. He responded to our call immediately and worked throughout the weekend to dry out our subfloor and insulation. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on each of his return visits. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it was refreshing to find someone so reliable to provide this service. This was the first time that I used Floor Medic and I am very grateful that I used their service. They were able to fit me in within 2 days with a time that accommodated my schedule. Brett arrived and started straight to work. I told him that I had cats that were confined to one room that was not being cleaned today. He thanked me for letting him know that there were animals in the house. Even though they were not a risk of running, he was very considerate of my animals. That meant the world to me!
