I can’t say enough good things about Aire Serv. Our AC was out and had a heck of a time getting any company to call us back. I turned to Yelp and found them. Called, got a live person and had a same day appointment within 5 minutes. Tech that showed up (early!!) was nice, personable and professional. These guys will always be our go to from now on!
I called early Monday an appointment set up for noon same day. Tony called about 11:30 to tell me he would be here about 12:00, he arrived at 12:02, and went to work.within 25 minutes he found the problem. He had the needed parts in his van and had my heater operating by 12:55. Everything was explained and taken care of by 1:15. I give the highest marks to Tony Murphy and Aire Serv. Thank. You so very much.
I called on July 4th and left a message, I knew they weren't open, but wanted to get on waiting list as my son, his wife and their 2 year old twins were without AC, and its been near 90 the past few days. They called me back early the next morning and had a guy out the next day! They worked with my sons work schedule and came as soon as he got home! They sent reminders and also a text when technician was on his way, and also included a picture of him so you knew who to look for! We absolutely appreciate the friendly, efficient service, not to mention getting their unit back up and running. They will sleep alot better tonight and we definitely recommend trying these guys! Thank you so much!
Aireserve is very deceitful and unprofessional.
They are not trust worthy nor honest.

I just want to "THANK YOU" very very very much, Nicki for reaching out to Me regarding the review from the 1st home visit.
I was very pleasantly surprised at your response and very friendly and caring assistance to our situation at hand. (This is not in my opinion a common enough happening in today's world as it is today.)
Nicki (owner), contacted me and in a friendly and professional way offered her assistance in getting our A/C reassessed and fixed in "ANY" way she could.
She seemed very sincere and truly willing to do (Whatever), she could to help us to get the A/C back up and working if possible. I agreed.
My Family and I had been without air for weeks! (My husband and I are elderly and on a very minimal fixed income.)
Nicki didn't hesitate to speak with me and offer to send a technician to my home at their own expense to help us. She even sent him out on a "Saturday"!!!!!! So we wouldn't have to wait any longer for help in this terrible heat with just fans blowing very hot air.
The tech came out...long story short, he Was able to get my A/C up and running again.
