Kustom Kolors Collision Repair, Inc.

The car looks really good, however, they had forgot to reconnect my air intake and left a rubber seal hanging. If these simple tasks were not done within the shop, then I’d hope that the more important repairs were done correctly as well. Did want to note my rear bumper as well. It was already chipping in some areas, but in demonstrating the damage, Natalee decided to chip off some more paint. I probably should’ve said something before, but I’m just now thinking about how unnecessary that was. I’ll get some nail polish though?

Great at repair work and if you just want to do custom improvements.  Will definitely go back.

Bones Body Shop

FANTASTIC customer service and EXCELLENT work.

I brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla with serious damages on it. The rocker panel was totally ruined and many other pieces were broken on the driver side including both doors, bumper, headlights… not only did Jim the owner stored my car free of charge for more than 10 days, he was transparent about all work that was being done and made sure I felt comfortable through the entire process.  He ordered the parts, brought the car in a week ago and saved me a lot of money by fixing the rocker instead of replacing it. I was amazed by the quality of the work. The car looks like it was never damaged.

Bottom line:  I am very happy with the job done on my car and I highly recommend Bones Body Shop to everyone. I paid out of pocket and felt the pricing was very fair and the workmanship is excellent. I will update this review a year from today to confirm the quality of the repair.

The owner is amazing and did a wonderful job. I needed my replacement sidemirror painted and he was professional,  timely, the color matched exactly (you will think that side mirror is the original). The price was fair. I would go to him again if I ever needed work done for my car

I was recommended to Bones from another auto body shop to have some rust repaired  and they did not disappoint.

PROS-
-they actually saved me money from what was originally quoted and they were open to me sourcing parts if it was cheaper for me.
-the quality of my repair was outstanding.
-great communication and easy to deal with them as they're a family owned.
-original quote was consistent with other places in area and we reviewed the repair prior to payment. They would have been more than willing to address any and all concerns if there were any.
-he also took care of a few minor things that were in vicinity of my repairs for free.

CONS
-none for me would absolutely use them again

-I didn't realize until after I was on road that there was remnants/debree from the repair or from something being sanded. Most likely due to my windshield being out and/or other work bring done. Wasn't a mess by any means but enough for me to vacuum and wipe dash/center console down afterwards. Not a big deal, just didn't know to expect this as a byproduct. I know they would have vacuumed it for me if I went back. If it were to a greater degree I would have.

Well an update on my bike that got painted twice and i repeat twice for the same job. Less than 2 months being on the bike every spot he repaired is starting to crack back out! Paint is bubbling up in a couple spots. Oh yea and i forgot, for $1300.00 paint job on a bike he could not even take the time to take the gas cap off the tank to pain under it, instead he just taped around it. Even though i am a firmer employee i didnt expect a "deal" . I took it to him because i thought he did great work. He was sure fire picky as hell when i worked there. When he quoted me a price i didnt even try to haggle the price . The first time i picked up the pieces i took them home to inspect them to find out they the job was complete garbage. When i took back to be repaired he yelled and screamed like i was being an inconvienence in wanting a quality paint job for $1300.00 . He then snatched the pieces out of my hand and began to curse me out like i was his child. I should never have went to bones body shop! It was not the finishing touch i needed on my bike. Maybe if you had a little bit more respect for your customers ,ex employee or not you would stay a busy reputable company. I am so sorry i ruined your week for wanting a nice looking quality paint job for my hard earned $1300.00 . I am now going to get the bike repainted by a different reputable company when i can save up the money you ultimatly stole from me for the garbage work that is on my bike currently. Hope someone will see this that was in my posistion with a set budget and decides to go somewhere else. Thank you! And remember there big guy , learn how to talk to and treat your customers and you might get return work. Please dont steal peoples money from them anymore , its not very nice!

I have had Bones paint 2 Motorcycles (one two different color schemes during the time I owned it) and a number of repairs on cars and trucks I owned. He is in the middle of a full restoration of an old Ford truck for me. He is the real deal and one of the old time good guys. His vision for what needs to be done is amazing and his work is second to none at a reasonable price!

I want to thank Kollette Quinn for her professional attitude and those involved with serving my vehicle. I was on vacation here in Indy with my family and Kollette worked me in fixed what the two other shops failed to do and my Lexus has never drove this smooth since I’ve owned it. My confidence is restored that there is still some good shops out there my hats off to you guys at Big O Tire.

Tom is my go-to guy. I trust he will always do two things. 1) Make as much money as possible from me; and 2) Make it right.

He’s a businessman and that’s what businessmen do is try to make as much money as possible. I get it and it’s great to be able to negotiate with him.

He knows his stuff but may or may not physically work on your car. Can things happen beyond his control? You bet and things have happened to my vehicles. Will he make it right? 100% of the time.

He’s always been reasonable with me and I prefer to not deal with anyone else.

The best example I can share was when some lug nuts were tightened way too tight. I had a flat tire. The lug nuts literally ripped in half while I tried to remove them to put my spare tire on. I called Tom. He had it towed to the shop and the lug nuts had to be torched off. This ruined the rim. Tom got a comparable factory rim, put it back together and didn’t charge me because they were the last ones that did anything to my truck. If that’s not showing a commitment to making things right, I don’t know what is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They immediately knew who I was, even though it was my first time at Big O Tires, and immediately took care of me. The gentleman even gave me an idea how long the service would take. There were enough seats for us to relax while we waited. At the end the woman who helped us was nice and made sure all of our information was captured, took our coupons for any deductions, and signed us up for the loyalty program. I am very thankful my good friend referred us to Big O Tires because they did a great job of servicing my car. I am very appreciative of the work they do.

Everyone at Big O Tires was very helpful and pleasant. They changed  my oil in a short amount of time. Took a little longer to rotate my tires. But they were very busy at the time. The gentleman told me it would be a half of an hour to 1 hour. And they were right on it.  Will always go back in the future. Thank you!!!!

Let me say, having an issue while traveling for work is not high on anyone’s “to-do list”.  So when looking for a shop that can squeeze a walk-in with a tight schedule is awesome.  Nate was able to have my vehicle fit in and diagnosed by early afternoon.  They were able to have the parts ordered and best of all, they came in early.  With them seeing my plight, the work was completed 2 days early, all without me intervening.  Nate and his team kept me updated and accommodated the logistics surrounding my situation of being out of town.  Thank you so much!

I have an antique mirror which was broken during a fire I had at my home. The technician who replace the glass and hand chisel the edge of the mirror. Did a wonderful job. I would give this company my business any day of the week.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of glass to be replaced. Here are the before and after picture.

Has replaced our windshield 4 times now and sucks everytime. The glass wasn't set properly so you can see it dripping. Scratched our car in multiple places and took 3 months to fix that. Finally fixed it today and saw they scratched up our whole bumper. Owner came out crying about it saying that he didn't even come close to the bumper.

Everytime we called, we heard a different story. Nobody was communicating. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The overall experience was great! I called and got an appointment right away. Tommy was very professional! He explained everything to me. Tommy noticed that my drivers side windshield wiper was loose and I asked if I had issues. I told him yes. Tommy tightened up my windshield wiper bolt. My windshield wiper was not working for a couple of months and I thought it was a bigger issue. I really appreciate him going above and beyond! Most importantly he repaired my windshield in a timely manner. The young lady at the front desk was nice too. :)

I was referred by Progressive because Glass Doctor assured that they could repair cracked windshield and recalibrate my camera. They knew make, model, year beforehand. However, in mid process, the tech tells the office manager that they cannot recalibrate Subarus and a few other makes due to being dual camera. Of course, it was too late to stop the windshield repair so I could take my car to the dealer as they said I'd need to do. They then said the cost of just the windshield fix would be exactly my deductible, though office manager balked for a min when I asked for the receipt to be itemized.  I paid my $500, and now have to go somewhere else and take another day off work. It's possible that they really didn't know they can't repair certain types and weren't just sharking for my deductible. But their shop has been around a long time and my car is a 2019. This can't be the first time, they ran into this issue.  I am sharing this feedback so others can avoid the same issue.  If the shop will start rejecting cars with cameras they can't fix, that would indicate it was a true mistake with my vehicle. I am not sure if I was cheated, but the situation was not good at all.

They were very nice but told me they were able to recalibrate my camera and found out they didn't when the warning lights lit up on my dashboard.  I now have to take it to the dealer and pay to have it recalibrated and then reach out to my insurance for a refund.

Fas-Break Auto Glass

Excellent work, price $100 less than the other glass shop and they had it in stock so no waiting. Took less time to complete than quoted, and said to come back anytime to clean inside windshield since I'm a smoker and have severe arthritis and can't clean myself. Great folks, super all around. Best decision I made.

The motor on my driver side window quit working so we took it to Fas-Break and they took care of it right away. And then someone broke into my van and broke the side window and we knew the only place we were taking our van was Fas-Break! The guys are great and do an awesome job!

These guys installed my rear window and dented my truck and won’t own up to it highly recommend avoiding these guys.

These guys responded very promptly and scheduling was within 24 hours. They were totally cool with me bringing in my own part and they installed it for a very affordable price. They did a phenomenal job on the install and I've even asked them to handle the install for my new windshield as well. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Love this place!  While on a road trip I got a rock chip in my windshield. I called right away when I got home and they had me come right down. Fixed the chip in about 10 minutes so I didn’t have to replace the windshield. These guys never let me down. Fast, friendly, reasonable service. Highly recommend!!

I needed a new window and called around to get quotes. This place wasn't the cheapest but also no where near the most expensive, was lower middle price of all the places I called. I ended up choosing Auto glass direct due to its proximity to my home and length of time quoted to do the job. Overall it took maybe 30 mins  and i had my vehicle back.was well worth the money in my opinion

Speedy Glass

We needed a new windshield in our Subaru, they got us scheduled quickly. The actual install took a little over an hour, looks perfect & the cost was very reasonable.

Very nice to work with, reasonably priced,  speed is in their name and they followed through!

Great service!!  Speedy took care of a rock chip in my new 4Runner. I called ahead and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Not only was my paint scratched to hell when replacing, they broke the trim on the bottom of my windshield and glued it back together without notifying us. They also didn’t bother to hook back up the sprayers for my washer fluid so that had to be fixed. Not to mention I had to clean my car after because they got adhesive all over my dash and leather seats. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. For $350 I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Won’t make that mistake again.

Didn't have the glass I was looking for. I understand it's a very difficult piece to find.  Iam only giving 1 star because Google  keeps asking me to leave a review
