Big O Tires

Highly recommend. Flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't far from the interstate exit. Todd and crew were patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. One mechanic/technician on duty and he handled 3 customers at one time with great ease. Plan to return for additional tires and would feel confident giving them a shot at performing other work on my vehicle as well. No issues as a woman customer. No up charging or push for needless services. No bullying. Glad to have found this place.

I got a flat tire early one morning at 5:45a. Unexpected and untimely like most flat tires. The old tires had been on my car for years and the tread was worn down to the point of danger going into the winter. I was able to walk in and talk to the team at Big O Tires around 11:30a and worked out a good price for all new tires. I then received a call just before 12:30p the same day saying everything was done. With thorough inspections and customer service, I’d recommend Big O Tires to anyone that runs into an unexpected flat.

Front driver side turn signal went out. Made appointment and they got it fixed at a good price (actually less than what they quoted). Good to do business with

Usually fine, like three stars, but my wife and I got our oil changed here and three months later both our cars started having issues and the check oil light came on. Turns out after taking the to a dealer that there was no oil in the car. Was told this location is well-known among other Big O locations as being "not the greatest." Not sure what they're doing here but don't get your oil changed.
