Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Cafe

The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel  apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.

Was not aware that after you get to the registers after waiting in a long line you must walk with an employee to pick out your apple. My friend and I proceeded to walk over to the apples after waiting in line, and after deciding what we wanted we went to the side register to pick and pay. Well no according to the employee who said we needed to go back and wait in line AGAIN and wait for an employee to assist. There is no sign in here telling you that, and definitely won’t be back after that.  Tell your employees to treat people respectfully and not be dismissive. Because once I explained she didn’t care and ignored me to help someone else. WORK ON THAT.

Great chocolate. Their apples 🍏 are outstanding. We love bringing the little grands here when we are at the outlet mall. We highly recommend coming here!

Delicious chocolate pieces that are hard to find anywhere else around here. I’ve been to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory at least a dozen times now. The prices are high, but the quality and taste is a great deal superior than anything that you could get at a grocery store. I will stay away from fudge next time, as today I bought some for the first time and it was completely wrapped/sealed in saran wrap that caused the fudge to be soaking wet, mushy, and smell like play-Doh. I’ve had a lot of fudge in my life and that was the worst I’ve ever had. In conclusion, I’m giving this review a three star based on the Pros; delicious chocolate, caramel, candy apples, and the Cons; expensive and worst fudge I’ve ever had.

Kids loved the chocolate bites and my iced coffee was delicious!  Staff was nice even though customers were so indecisive and taking forever to choose items!

AT&T Store

If you ever stop at this location ask for Aidan. He is an amazing worker and treats customers with respect. I went in this week to activate my new phone and he was so patient and guided me through every step. Aidan deserves a raise for how great he is at his job, including his excellent customer service. I hope his work goes acknowledged.

This is the best customer service I've ever received at a phone store. Hands down! In a very entitled town of snobs it’s rare to come across basic human decency. At this AT&T store there was a no pressure sales approach, relaxed & welcoming environment, easy to understand phone lingo, informative, affordability as well as top notch professionalism! Promote this young man or give him a raise please. Came in on a Sunday & walked out a very happy customer.

I was a walk in. Dennis smoothly transitioned from helping another customer to helping me. He reviewed my account, recommended a few changes, and took care of everything I came in for. He took careful consideration of my families specific situation, and all the services we are paying for on each of our seven devices. There were a few things I was totally unaware of about a couple of my families devices that he schooled me on. Because of Dennis, my life is a bit more productive, and I am more knowledgeable on a few topics. Thank you very much Dennis.

One of many denver gas stations that somehow takes more money to fill up than others. Pumps are not accurate . Beware

$20 for a drive-through gas station car wash? Other gas stations charge half that and you can get full service cleaning inside and out for less than $20.

This gas station will not sell a lighter (or other age-restricted items) to someone (36 years old) with only a passport (which is a valid and current government-issued id)

Only allowed me to get $15 in gas and forced me to waste my fuel points of .10 cents off a gallon

The UPS Store

Everyone is always welcoming and Professional when I have visited. I’m in this store almost daily to give you the feel of why I feel so great about this store. All the staff is properly trained, I felt like speaking with the lowest employee to the management was all professional and I was taken care of. Well trained and professional with their clients. Love my experiences.

This UPS Store is TERRIBLE!!! Employees essentially push you out of store close to closing at 6:30pm. They are rude & sarcastic. It was old lady & old man working. Price to mail my package seemed higher then Post Office.
When I asked her if UPS Store was higher then Post Office she said "I don't know I don't compare the two" when I asked for Christmas stamps they said they didn't have any they ran out two wk's ago. Customer Service as this location has always been very lame!! I give them ZERO!

Everytime I visit this particular store, I must say the experience is simply outstanding. From the moment I step in I'm greeted with warm smiles, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff at the UPS store, but especially Sandy is a true professional. Not only are they knowledgeable about their services, but they always go above and beyond to assist me with all of my shipping needs. Weather it was helping me with choosing the right packaging or explaining the various shipping options available, they are very patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I also recognized how incredible organized and well maintained the store is. I feel that they treat every customer with respect and attentiveness, ensuring that everyone feels valued and appreciated. I can honestly say that the outstanding customer service, efficient operations, and dedication to excellence have made me a loyal customer.

One of my best experiences with the UPS.  The staff were very courteous and professional.  The store was organized and I liked their snowman decorations.  I will continue to go to this store for all my UPS needs and recommend them to all my friends.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been working near and going to this UPS for 8 years. Sandy, the supposed 10 year manager, who, according to her “isn’t going anywhere” put an end to that over some tape. Maybe she will continue to be around to ruin everyone’s experience. It’s apparently a new policy that they make you pay for tape now on Amazon returns. Not a big deal, I was just curious about it. She decided I was the one she wanted to go off the rails with. I asked if that was a new policy and she said no. Problem with that is I’ve never been told anything about that prior. Nonetheless, the representative I was with was very kind and I would’ve had no problem paying for the tape. Enter Sandy stage left, ready to tell me that I’m the problem and that she’s looking to cut off all her business with Amazon because of “people like me”. People who don’t tape the boxes, I guess, since I have never had an issue at this store prior. When I didn’t recognize her she said she knows who I am, creepy. Well I guess she’s single-handedly going to stop The relationship between Amazon and UPS. Good luck, Sandy. We won’t be around to watch it happen. Forced to find a new way to return items for Amazon. It won’t be with UPS anymore.

Midas

I got an oil change done and 3 belts replaced and got the best service at an amazing price. Eric is Awesome and actually values his name and reputation and shows it by taking such great care of his customers! 10/10 Recommend Eric at this location.

I went in for a routine oil change. Upon coming in, Eric was more than welcoming and got me set up with what I needed. I had a few questions while waiting for the repairs and the team was very helpful. I got my complementary tire rotation which was awesome! Eric went over everything in my review and made sure I knew what needed to be done in the future. Thanks to him I feel so much better knowing about my vehicle without being hassled to purchase more services right away.

Eric is the best! Brought my vehicle in for an issue that could have cost me $900-$1200. After checking and re-checking, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my car, and that they couldn't honestly charge me anything. It's been difficult for me to find an honest mechanic, but they have always been fair, honest, and good to me here!

Eric is the man and always takes great care of me. 10/10 service every time. I have always felt like a priority and valued customer, so this is my first choice for my vehicle for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had been to another to have my struts replaced but left with a loud rattling noise. I went back to the same dealer two more times to find out where that loud rattling noise under my truck was coming from. Still no results. So I went to Midas on Austin Bluffs for them to look for the noise. My tech, Craig, rode with me and heard it. Within 15 minutes Craig found the problem, a bad strut. I tried to pay but Craig told his boss I was an Iraq Veteran by seeing my license plate. These guys were absolutely great, so happy they found my problem and did get it fixed by the original dealer. But the respect and care I was given could not be matched by any dealership. Thanks Midas on Austin Bluffs and like the terminator, "I'll be back" for any future needs for my truck and other vehicles. 10 stars out of 5! Exceptional service for their customers and the best service for your vehicle(s).

Dishonest and deceitful. On Sep 26th of 2023, my diesel truck broke down (2019 GMC Canyon never had issues). On the 25th of Sep I filled up half my tank with fuel from this Shell station. After my truck broke down I had it towed to a local Mechanic shop. The local mechanics found out there was unleaded fuel in my truck. The repairs cost me $5038. They asked me if I had a receipt of my last fuel up. I informed them "of course I do" because I always get an electronic copy. So I checked my email and sure enough...no receipt. (I mention this because I always fill up there because they usually have  one of the lowest prices for diesel). So I went to the actual Shell station itself to retrieve the receipt. They informed me their systems were wiped of data on the 25th of Sep and forward. I was able to get a camera recording of me filling up my truck with the GREEN nozzle (diesel).  So I called Shell and I sent them the copy of the receipts of every time I filled up there (which was almost every other day). They said they would do an investigation. After a month of not hearing from them. They informed me there was no mal treatment on their end. I will never go back to a Shell gas station and as a military member in the USAF I've let all my family and friends to never go there.

I used to love this place with the fuel rewards, you got a real fair price in town. This year they've had 3 of their big mega coupons that if you jump through the hoops at the right time you can get a coupon to use on that particular day and get an extra 20 cents off per gallon. Each time these have been usable they raise the price .30 - .35 cents the day before, so are actually paying more than if you would've bought gas 2 days earlier. In addition all the gas stations around are a better deal. It's shame I've told so many of my friends to get the app, and now I have to tell them they're rip-offs.  Why are all these businesses shooting themselves in the foot. I just don't get it. There are much better gas deals out there than these, And why have the deal where you have to do this or that to get this 20 cent discount that will actually cost you more money. So they lose you money and they waste your time. Too bad the old system that they had doesn't come back, because wow they are just not worth anything anymore. Sad

Do not go here at night the black guy Dee is very rude and over charges and believe me it wasn't an accident I asked for a refill of a soda and showed him the cup before filling it up and he refused to give the refill price corporate will be hearing about it if you need gas or a soda or anything there is a Murphy gas station literally one block away to the East on Austin bluffs I would recommend going there over this shell any day

We always stop here because it’s cheap for gas plus we get fuel rewards on top of that. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Johnstown Ace Hardware

Love love love! Has everything you could need and super helpful workers! Prices are the same or lower than other stores further away! Thank you Ace for the awesome store and great experience the first time I stopped in!

I am very happy to recommended this store because it has served me well many times. Not only have I gotten crucial parts I needed for repairs in a pinch but I also found that they sell the one brand of dog food I've used my pups whole life and it's just right here in town. They have a program to give you free bags etc. I would recommend this store to anyone because you can always find someone friendly and helpful. You can find just about anything here that you would need to start or finish a project.

I would look like to acknowledge one of your employees Abby she was working upfront on Friday and I was having a bad day .Abby greeted me with a big smile and helped me out with what I needed (flowerpot) she was great and very friendly.I can not thank her enough just a friendly face not hating the world or her job. Great place for the small home repairs. They have a decent nut and bolt aisle as well. Also, they were able to special order me some adhesive I needed for a project. My only complaint is that I wish they would carry the smaller 3x5 drywall boards.

Helpful and friendly staff. If someone doesn’t know, they find out, find who does, or direct you to the person that does. Clean, well lit.

Cruise Planners - Blue Skies Adventures

Where do I begin....Our Honeymoon was PERFECT!!!We were treated like Royalty. We traveled to 3 countries, 6 cities, 6 airports and everywhere we landed someone was standing there with a our name ready to take us away in a Mercedes or BMW! We spent less then 20 min at an airport...Each hotel was so nice! Most days were scheduled with an attraction & place to be to maximize our time there. We also had leisure time....The details put into our trip made it the trip of a lifetime!!! JUST INCREDIBLE!

My in-laws were planning a vacation to FL for eight people, which kept getting more complicated by the minute. I called Chrystal and told her the story and asked if she could simplify our search. She sent both myself and my mother-in-law options quickly that met all of our criteria. Not only that, she was able to educate us on the area, help figure out what was most important, and provide us with a new and much needed direction (all within our budget I might add)!

Crystal is phenomenal to work with. She's quick to respond and has great personal experiences to share as she walks you through the trip planning process. At first, I thought she only did cruise trip planning, but I quickly learned she does so much more than that and is truly a full service travel consultant.

Overall, I was not very happy with the services I received.
To begin with, we had a large party, which is obviously difficult to work around, but the way the participants were lined out made it confusing for the airline and the hotel to navigate around, it wasn't impossible, but it definitely created additional frustrations that didn't need to be there.  I was able to work with it, but it was an added stressor.

Communication was a source of frustration.  Yes, the necessary information was sent to me, but it was spread out over several emails or embedded into various communications and attachments.  It made it difficult at times to just have a concise itinerary right in front of me.  Travel agents I have used in the past seemed excited for me to take my trip, were driven to communicate (sometimes over communicate) and checked in through out the trip and that was not the case here.  There was even an update to a Covid policy that I learned through an Apple Vacations spam email that I received on a Saturday and when I forwarded the email along, I received a response of "As of Sunday, from what I heard and read yesterday"  that, in my opinion, should have been something that was sent through immediately upon finding out by the travel agent.

The overall experience just really made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

McDonald's

Prices keep going up and they barely put any effort into making the food. They also love to skimp out on fries. Order a large fry at $5 and you'll receive a medium amount. This has happened countless times to where I've had to go in and make sure they gave me the proper portions numerous times. Never returning and hope it gets shut down soon!

Every week we order McDonald's after swimming lessons through an online order. Twice now the last 2 weeks they have forgotten a mcdouble and now this week a 10 pc chicken nugget on the order. I work hard for my money for McDonald's to just take it.. unfortunate! Do not order online as they don't make it  until you're  at the first window. Must be hard to read the order? Not sure

BEST MCDONALD’S!!! Our order is always fresh, hot, accurate. And believe you me, until this particular location the last time we went to one in another state it was so horrendous we swore to never return to any McDonald’s. It had totally turned us off. About 6 months ago (April 2023) we couldn’t say no to coming here. This place you can dine in. Which is a decision maker for fast food restaurants after COVID. It’s clean. Mouthwatering smell wafting into your nostrils. Ever notice how some people just want something to complain about? Understood that some of these negative reviews are a few years old. But not once have we had less than a stellar experience.

Place was a mess and staff could care less about their customers. We ordered out food w one other family in the dining area and we waited for well over 25 mins for 2 burgers fries and drinks.  Cleanliness is not top priority here for sure and staff are not accommodating at all.

The playground areas temperature was very hot compared to the lobby and register area. The playground tables were dirty and looked like nobody had went in to clean it for a long while. Hope they improve because I do like taking my kids to that location because of the playground.

Either they’re incompetent or flat out liars! Youre better off going online and speaking with an agent if youre looking to do ANYTHING!
We went in to add a line and phone for my daughter. We were told it would only increase our bill $5/month for installments AND the line of service. My husband was due for an upgrade, and they had a promo for a phone PLUS watch, less than $10/mo. So he went for it! We were told our bill would be around $210/month, everything included. Got a crazy email from at&t with showing our bill in the 400-600 range! Got on the chat line and they said to ignore THAT, but that our bill would actually be 300 or so. We were specifically told around 210 while we were in store- we asked REPEATEDLY!!!!!!! The chat agent told us that the original quote did not include insurance, which we were not asked or advised about, and a few other tweaks to the plan.
The agent managed to work with me to lower it to the 210 amount, and we will be returning the watch/cancelling service.
Buyer beware, they will do what they have to do to make the sale!!!! Glad we got this cleared up before our new bill came.

Brandon and Cameron were tremendously helpful. Cameron is very knowledgeable, and willing to explain first. Both display excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile. Regardless of where I live in the city as long as Brandon and Cameron are at this location, I will travel to Fountain AT&T!
P.s. Graciela was cool too when Brandon and Cameron were running around she helped customers and even kept me company explaining details about things!

Wouldn’t even give 1star. I was overcharged two months in a row due to employee changing my plan when I purchased a new phone for my husband and added additional line to my plan which doesn’t even exist. Manager never credited what was overcharged and never called to follow up as was promised for a month now. Every time you try to talk to a manager , he is off or not there. Thank you for promised follow up, still waiting. Unprofessional.

I was VERY satisfied with Garciela. There was no issues at all. She was very helpful and we appreciate all her help with purchasing our  new phones.

I try to be so patient and understanding as I know dealing with the general public is harsh to say the least. We were so patient while my husband purchased a new phone in November and it took a while for them to get us all set up. I was told my plan was outdated but have no fear it can be updated for unlimited data without changing my bill at all! I said out loud "as long as my bill doesn't go up aside from the monthly purchase of the phone itself." My bill went up over $100. The last few months have been insane and I finally got around to calling ATT and was told I had needlessly been paying $40 extra each bill because something was put in the computer wrong that day in Nov. I'm frustrated. I know ATT has a reputation of ripping people off. I mean literally ask anyone...but dang. I'm sad it had to be this way. Glad costumer service could fix the issue and lower my bill but sad I paid so much extra for months now.
