I got an oil change done and 3 belts replaced and got the best service at an amazing price. Eric is Awesome and actually values his name and reputation and shows it by taking such great care of his customers! 10/10 Recommend Eric at this location.

I went in for a routine oil change. Upon coming in, Eric was more than welcoming and got me set up with what I needed. I had a few questions while waiting for the repairs and the team was very helpful. I got my complementary tire rotation which was awesome! Eric went over everything in my review and made sure I knew what needed to be done in the future. Thanks to him I feel so much better knowing about my vehicle without being hassled to purchase more services right away.

Eric is the best! Brought my vehicle in for an issue that could have cost me $900-$1200. After checking and re-checking, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my car, and that they couldn't honestly charge me anything. It's been difficult for me to find an honest mechanic, but they have always been fair, honest, and good to me here!

I had been to another to have my struts replaced but left with a loud rattling noise. I went back to the same dealer two more times to find out where that loud rattling noise under my truck was coming from. Still no results. So I went to Midas on Austin Bluffs for them to look for the noise. My tech, Craig, rode with me and heard it. Within 15 minutes Craig found the problem, a bad strut. I tried to pay but Craig told his boss I was an Iraq Veteran by seeing my license plate. These guys were absolutely great, so happy they found my problem and did get it fixed by the original dealer. But the respect and care I was given could not be matched by any dealership. Thanks Midas on Austin Bluffs and like the terminator, "I'll be back" for any future needs for my truck and other vehicles. 10 stars out of 5!
