Very good experience! These guys were so polite and friendly from the phone call to schedule my oil change. They got me in quickly based on my busy schedule. When I arrived I was greeted right away and everyone was so friendly and cheerful. They let me setup shop right in their waiting area so I could work while I waited.  So impressed with this staff and service! Found my new oil change place! Highly recommended!

Had great experience getting my truck repaired. I was able to drop my truck off the night before, and it was finished by closing the next day. They called after evaluating the problems and broke down the pricing by part cost and labor cost. I checked part costs online and found their prices to be the same or below what I was able to find elsewhere. My truck has been running like it was brand new! Their customer service was exceptional. If you need your vehicle repair and don’t want to be taken advantage of I highly recommend Midas. This location was great!

I have been going here for almost a year now and it is always a great experience! They are super helpful, always honest about repairs that are or aren’t needed, and very fast. The staff are always super friendly and great at explaining anything found with your car. This is my go-to place!

Great place for oil changes and coolant services! Pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent! Everything was explained why it needed to be done and whenever there was a slow down the employees managed to help me stay informed of my vehicle. Big O Tires

Justin at Big-O took great care of me on a Sunday afternoon!

On a Sunday afternoon I discovered that I had a huge piece of broken chain lodged in my brand new winter tires (Purchased from the dealer, not Big-O).  I was surprised when I called Big-O at 3:00 to see if they could squeeze me in to look at the tire and they said come on down we should be able to get you taken care of by 5:00.

I was shocked and impressed that the guys repaired my tire for no charge given that I didn't even get the tires from them.  I will definitely come back to Big-O for my car-care needs as this is the kind of service that creates life-long customers.

Came in with a tire that had a slow leak. Justin helped me along with his techs. They were able to diagnose the source of the leak as a very fine nail. They patched it with a plug patch and sent me on my way. Friendly service as well as efficient service. My white car interior was clean when I brought it in and was clean when I drove it away. Would recommend their service.

Amazing service! They squeezed me in on a Sunday due to a screw being stuck in my tire. With upcoming travel for the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldn't wait for the dealership to repair my tire and came here. Dan was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Justin at the Greenwood Village location got us in toward the end of the day on a Sunday. The employees here fixed two of the tires on my nephew’s car, one which was completely flat and one that had a slow leak. I have my car for three weeks and drive it on I 25 and get a screw in my back tire. Big O was able to get it fixed at the very end of the day when they had a ton of customers in here at 5:30 PM and they were closing at 6 PM. What a relief, thank you very much to the team of big O customer service is amazing and the manager is a very attentive and I would highly recommend!  Grateful!!

Ace Hardware of Tamarac Square

I went in looking for 2 specific items. The young man didn't just give me vague aisle directions. He stopped what he was doing, walked me to where they were, and discussed the project with me. I was so impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you!

There’s a very unfriendly woman with no personality at this ACE hardware. . .I went in to purchase a Birthday card for my daughter because they carry my favorite greeting cards. However, I was met at the register with this woman who not only didn’t greet me but wouldn’t even make eye contact. She asks if I’m a member, I say no, then remembered I am. ( I’m not a frequent shopper). When I said I was, she said it was too late that she was passed that screen, still no smile or eye contact. She was pure rude! As she scanned my one item, I walked out without a word. Unfortunately we can’t train ppl to be kind and friendly.

I was pleasantly happy coming into your store today I got a hose and nozzle, and had some questions about washing the car and the length of those but Josh was very helpful and immediately approach me and walk me to the section. Definitely recommend. A++++

Budget Blinds of Windsor

The home we purchased had blinds purchased from, and installed by, Budget Blinds.  Upon finishing the basement, we wanted the blinds in the new area to match.  We contacted Budget Blinds of Windsor and they were immensely helpful.  They had all the records from the 2014 installation, offered the same or similar blinds, and made selection extremely easy.  Jason, the sales rep, was extremely helpful and offered welcome insight.  When it came time for installation, Joel did a spectacular job in what seemed like SECONDS.  His workmanship was exceptional, the space was left clean, and the blinds operated perfectly.  A top-notch experience from the initial phone call through the installation process.

We have worked with Budget Blinds of Windsor since 2011.  They installed shutters in our two homes.  In the recent past, I have added a Roman shade and, more recently, draperies.  You will find that Budget Blinds of Windsor offers the best pricing if you choose to shop around, as I did. They create a quality product that will last a lifetime or longer.  Their customer service is top-notch and best of all, Budget Blinds really wants to ensure their customers are happy with their product. If not...they make it right.  For the past couple of months, I have enjoyed working with Grant, a designer/sales representative.  Grant is knowledgeable about his product and even helped me find options to reduce costs, which I greatly appreciated.  He was also patient with me while I took several months to locate fabric.  Today, drapes were installed, and I met Jason, an excellent installer, who very much liked meeting my 6-month-old puppies.  You know that is always a good sign. Grant and Jason were both courteous and professional. The drapes were hung with absolute perfection.  I could not be happier. Thank you Budget Blinds of Windsor!

Joel is a wizard at this. He supplied amazing customer support--driving to my house probably ten different times to help with color, strategy, and ensuring everything was done just right. The final product is absolutely beautiful. Jason was superb on the installation end of things and Ellen was extremely kind in answering all my questions. Budget Blinds of Windsor is a great team to work with! I'm already strategizing my next project with Joel.

Budget Blinds in Windsor was great! They were efficient and super kind. I was impressed with how quickly the blinds arrived and how quickly Grant got them installed! Overall a really wonderful experience and we love our new blinds!

We recently purchased some window coverings from Budget Blinds of Windsor. They did a great job. We are very happy with the products and the service they provided. From the initial consultation to the installation, they were both courteous and professional. The installer, Jason is very good at his job. Our windows look terrific.

McDonald's

Spent almost $4 on a large French fry and this is what I pulled out of the bag after I drove away. And they were cold. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s and had a good experience in a long time. I have no idea why I keep going back even just for the convenience.

Arrived at 0900 and left at 0926. I felt this location deserves a much higher rating. The staff was very friendly to me and my service dog. The space McDonalds occupies is also a lot cleaner than other locations. I think the bad reviews are from the up tight ppl who live in Castle Rock with nothing better to complain about. It’s McDonald’s not a miracle 💯

This mccdonalds had amazing service. From the young man who took the order and money to the young lady who gave out the food.  Smiles and kindness are very hard to come by.  I appreciate their great service.  We could use that kind of service in the springs for sure.  Great job

Bland coffee , overcooked hash browns, and I got a lovely smashed fly (bug) under my coffee lid to go with my coffee . Bugs just taste so good with my coffee thanks guys. NOT! I will be complaining to corporate!

Edit: So I have updated my review to a 3 star since they actually made several attempts to contact me and make it right and I even got a letter from the owner stating his apologies and how they will make it better and provided a free meal coupon . Thank you so much for being proactive on this matter since this is also important to everyone’s health. Bugs (especially flies) can transmit H. Pylori when they come into contact with you or your food. The Owners letter also stated he personally discussed these concerns with his staff and restaurant manager and will make every effort to better these issues. Thank you for taking a step to make improvements for the health of all your customers. 🙌

I placed an order.  Charged twice as much as what was billed on the screen, didn't find out until I saw on my bank statement, likely charged for someone else's food.  Got to the window, was given the wrong food and no drink.  Gave it back.  Was given a drink that tasted like toilet water, and two half cooked burgers that were literally bleeding in the paper...thought it was ketchup at first, no part raw burgers.  Didn't even know that these guys cooked these things from raw, so I suppose that is positive that they start with raw ground beef...  Seriously though.  Really frustrated.

The UPS Store

Had a lady named Su return my Amazon products. She gave me no receipt and I am now responsible for my order. I am not very happy about it. It’s a 50$ mistake.  DO BETTER AND HIRE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. She very obviously did not want to do her job and continuously ignored me until I spoke up.

Very rude service. The lady in customer service ruined my whole day. I had to call and make a complaint with UPS, was on hold for 1 hour. I will never go to this location again. This is the first time I have ever had bad service at a UPS store and I send packages all the time. I noticed there are varied reviews; it would be interesting to know if there is a correlation with the race of the customer and her negative treatment of customers. Why does she still have a job? I hope she is not a part of the owners!☹️

Sue does an outstanding job. I have had a ups box for over a year now. When I need something printed she already has it in my mailbox by the time I arrive.  When I receive a package she gives me a courtesy call and lets me know it has arrived. Very nice lady and a great business

Worst customer service ever, the old Asian women yelled at me to do her job. She refused to help me and I ended up having to go elsewhere.  Go anywhere else and you'll get better service. This place should be shut down.

Nice people, but apparently, they work their staff too hard. There were several employees sleeping in the dining area and one walking around zombie like cleaning.
I got the feeling that McDonald's does not want people in the building.  They took out the drink area, and it looked like the play area was removed.
The food was cheap McDonald's food. No surprise there.  It's amazing how expense the place has gotten.  Probably will not visit another one ever. It is the same price as going to a decent family restaurant,  and supporting a family business is a good thing.

I arrive around 10-15 after the breakfast/lunch switch. I ordered a bug Mac meal and received what looked like overcooked fries. When che king them out they were dry, cold, and hard as if they were saved from the day before. Unfortunately I'm only on lunch break and couldn't go back to get the problem fixed. Also they didn't give me my receipt so I had no way to confirm my purchase.

I'd give so many negative stars if I could. There is absolutely NO customer service here. When a car pulls up to the window there is no, "HI, your total is..." and / or "Thank you" or even a "we're sorry but could you pull around?" Or, "Here's your food, thank you have a nice day/night". Never in the times I've been to this store have I heard any of those things!!! And what's with the 15 minute + drive thru times?? Wow..this place, hell, all McDonald's have gone seriously down hill..and the prices are just insane.

So haven't been to McDonald's in a while thought I'd stop just to grab a burger curbside. I only ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. Got my order pretty quick and was on my way.  After a fews bites into it I looked down at the container and there were mouse droppings!!!🤢🤢🤢 I turned the Hambergur over and there were mouse droppings on the bottom of the bun!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I'm NEVER going there AGAIN!!! Need the option for NO Stars!! Oh just to let you know the lady I spoke to said," that's impossible we do things so that doesn't happen." Gross!!!🤢 Ya ok

First experience i had with this McDonald’s put me in the hospital with food poisoning so I swore not to go back, but I got out of class late and needed something to eat; that was a mistake. Waited 30 mins for a large fry and 2 McDoubles, for it to be cold and have hair in it the fries and the burgers I ordered for my husband to be half wrapped and put in the bag. I get McDonald’s isn’t a fine dinning experience but come on. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend and am legitimately not going back.

Shell

Poorly run location in a money spot. Ownership is clueless and leaves an unfortunate staff facing the public with little support and exposed to undue criticism. Only support them as a last resort as they consistently leave their staff high & dry to make a profit.

Bait and switch. They listed the cheapest gas in the Denver metro area on gasbuddy. When I showed up, it was one dollar more per gallon. If this is your go-to, fine. But don't go out of your way thinking it's cheap gas.

Good gas station but would definitely not recommend using their car wash at all. I had my vehicle "touchless" washed and the arm didn't extend all the way out. When it was about to turn on the driver's side it kept going and scratched up the bumper. I talked to the attendant and gave all my information to be contacted by the manager. I let a week pass by and never heard from the manager. Had to go in a week after to talk to the manager, but he kept insisting it was "touchless" and that could never had happened. Interesting enough, he changed his opinion when I told him I had a dash camera and proof it DID happen. He told me to stop by the next day to fill out an incident report so they could check their cameras and investigate. Long story short, I have gone as far as to contact their corporate offices and almost a month after the incident and I haven't received an answer. So, I'm stuck with a scratched up bumper. Thanks a lot!

Do not use pump 6 at this gas station. I went there on July 4th and the pump did not automatically shut off and I wasted gas as I did not realize it was overflowing till someone yelled out that it was.

Charges your account $50 even though my car is only capable of filling up to $32. Maybe $35 when prices were higher. Took 3 days to get my $ back, it only started after gas prices went up. I only go because it’s right next to where I live. If you have other options do not go here. I’ve had countless problems with their pumps not working, asking a million questions, it’s my most hated gas station

Minuteman Press Castle Rock did an amazing job on all of our wedding printing essentials! They delivered a beautiful magnetic save the date, full invitation suite, seating chart, table numbers, name cards, and super cute stickers for our desert dg bags featuring our pup. Probably the most stunning piece was the wedding day program that felt like an upscale magazine! We got so many compliments on all our printed pieces.
Tracy was amazing and patient, ensuring that everything was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this knowledgeable and professional crew.

The workers at this location are awesome! They helped me put my magnets on my car even after i had ordered them to the wrong size, they were able to trim it down and make it fit perfectly!!

I used Minuteman Press in Castle Rock for my wedding invittions after a total disaster trying to work with FedEx and Barb and the entire team worked so quickly and professionally to get me what I needed in a pinch. The invitations turned out so beautiful and exactly as I wanted-and at such a great price too! I will continue to use them for any mass printing needs I have in the future. So happy to have been referred here.

Great local printing shop. Barb is fantastic! If you need answers right away, just call because the email system can take a bit longer but in general they are very responsive and I love knowing I can count on them when I've put myself in a bad last-minute deadline situation. I will be using them for some upcoming specialty printing needs but so far, the smaller jobs I've done have been great quality.

I am fairly careful about which establishments work on my family’s cars. Midas quickly earned my trust.

We recently took our Forester in for a courtesy check. This check revealed several issues which needed to be addressed, ranging from the mundane to the more complex. Perhaps anticipating my feeling of overwhelmedness, the associate explained how to bunch the various repairs together and in what order to do them. My wife and I greatly appreciated that!

Additionally, the associates here worked with us to competitively price this maintenance. We took care of a strut replacement, and are very pleased with how the car drives! We plan to continue working with Midas in the future.
