Everyone is always welcoming and Professional when I have visited. I’m in this store almost daily to give you the feel of why I feel so great about this store. All the staff is properly trained, I felt like speaking with the lowest employee to the management was all professional and I was taken care of. Well trained and professional with their clients. Love my experiences.

This UPS Store is TERRIBLE!!! Employees essentially push you out of store close to closing at 6:30pm. They are rude & sarcastic. It was old lady & old man working. Price to mail my package seemed higher then Post Office. When I asked her if UPS Store was higher then Post Office she said "I don't know I don't compare the two" when I asked for Christmas stamps they said they didn't have any they ran out two wk's ago. Customer Service as this location has always been very lame!! I give them ZERO!

Everytime I visit this particular store, I must say the experience is simply outstanding. From the moment I step in I'm greeted with warm smiles, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff at the UPS store, but especially Sandy is a true professional. Not only are they knowledgeable about their services, but they always go above and beyond to assist me with all of my shipping needs. Weather it was helping me with choosing the right packaging or explaining the various shipping options available, they are very patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I also recognized how incredible organized and well maintained the store is. I feel that they treat every customer with respect and attentiveness, ensuring that everyone feels valued and appreciated. I can honestly say that the outstanding customer service, efficient operations, and dedication to excellence have made me a loyal customer.

One of my best experiences with the UPS. The staff were very courteous and professional. The store was organized and I liked their snowman decorations. I will continue to go to this store for all my UPS needs and recommend them to all my friends.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been working near and going to this UPS for 8 years. Sandy, the supposed 10 year manager, who, according to her “isn’t going anywhere” put an end to that over some tape. Maybe she will continue to be around to ruin everyone’s experience. It’s apparently a new policy that they make you pay for tape now on Amazon returns. Not a big deal, I was just curious about it. She decided I was the one she wanted to go off the rails with. I asked if that was a new policy and she said no. Problem with that is I’ve never been told anything about that prior. Nonetheless, the representative I was with was very kind and I would’ve had no problem paying for the tape. Enter Sandy stage left, ready to tell me that I’m the problem and that she’s looking to cut off all her business with Amazon because of “people like me”. People who don’t tape the boxes, I guess, since I have never had an issue at this store prior. When I didn’t recognize her she said she knows who I am, creepy. Well I guess she’s single-handedly going to stop The relationship between Amazon and UPS. Good luck, Sandy. We won’t be around to watch it happen. Forced to find a new way to return items for Amazon. It won’t be with UPS anymore.
