False advertising, offering this deal until the third of October but I can’t find a single store to honor it, as a business owner I think it shows your company’s colors not honoring a current promotion. Home Depot was willing to honor your advertisement before you! Ridiculous. Unfortunately they didn’t have the items I wanted in stock but I appreciate the willingness. Go to Home Depot if you need any tools they have better prices, honor their deals, and other companies when they won’t apparently!

This review builds on my last review of how much Lowe's sucks.  After selling me a non-working washer, and expecting me to buy another one so that they'd swap out the non-working one for a  working one, I told them to just pick this one up.  They were supposed to text me and let me know the 4 hour window that they would pick it up.  They did not text and did not pick it up.  I've now been on old with their "delivery service" line for fifteen minutes.  I think I'm going to simply have to file with my bank for a fraudulent charge - which is accurate, since I paid for a functional clothes washer and did not receive one.  Good God, what a horrible company.  Don't even consider buying anything from them.

I bought a dishwasher on November 24th and had an install date set for early December. The first install date came and the contractor Lowes uses no call no showed. They rescheduled me for December 27th, and cancelled on me again. A quick google of the contractor that Lowes uses (CRST Home Solutions) showed they have a 1.3 star rating with 150 reviews. At this point it is comical how bad of an experience this was, with many other reviews matching mine. Lowes does nothing to try and make it right. Strongly recommend you use a competitor like Home Depot over Lowes. Its frustrating to even have to waste time writing a review, hope this helps someone. Its also comical to get the equivalent of a "that sucks" from Lowes customer service and there is no offer to even try to make things right.

Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful today during my two trips. From managers, paint dept, checking out and just in general. Everyone was great and I’ll definitely be shopping here for my home needs from now on.

7 month disaster!  We went to Lowe's to purchase 4 new kitchen appliances.  They require their "professional installer partner" to measure everything.  When he arrived he promptly dropped our double wall one (which there was nothing wrong with) and broke the glass out of the door.  He was also unable to get it back in place.  This is the very beginning of a 7 month ordeal. Multiple incorrect appliances.  Installer taking a sawzall to our cabinets making it look like a 7th grader did the cuts.  Multiple appointments not kept, etc.  Lowe's has stopped communicating when I explained that the microwave they put in is NOT what I ordered and paid for.  Their excuse:  "We ordered the right one".  What an absolute fiasco. Do yourself a favor, unless you are going to carry out the appliances and install them yourself, find another vendor.

Kansas City Millwork Co.

They sold my contractor two Marvin picture windows 14 years ago.  One of the windows  became hazy and needed to be replaced.  I called them, they ordered a new one, and recently came and installed it.  All under warranty, so there was no charge.  I really appreciate the service after the sale.  Excellent company to work with.

Update: last year we built a screened in porch with five foot French doors. I contacted KC Millwork. They still had the original measurements from the Marvin windows and door I had had installed 18 years ago. And now, as you can see, my mullions are consistent across two doors and two windows. Highly recommend!

We have a lot of Marvin windows in our aging house and have worked with Millworks over the years  and until this recent service call, we have had great support for replacing our Marvin Windows as needed.  Patrick was the gentleman who provided this great service but he has apparently retired.  I don’t know who is running the shop now but the quality of workmanship with a recent request was minimal.  The most disappointing thing was the lack of support once we call to ask them to complete the trim install (window replacement was done but trim work which was clearly rotted was beyond what they could do because “Marvin didn’t make those parts any longer”. And I am no longer guessing about what Millworks really means is “Distributor”.  No custom Millwork from these guys that is a fact based on my experience.  I hope a Marvin representative follows up with this but I have been told by an office worker at KC Millworks that they can’t do anything about this problem.  They don’t do Millwork apparently despite what their website states…they could try and prove me wrong but Inhave asked repeatedly for help so they gave me some pices that don’t fit so I could modify them and perhaps make them cover up the bare window insert…

An advise to potential and current customers, immediately inspect your order and material when delivered. KCM will not take back defective material or products.

I had a good experience all in all. Partly bc the materials I needed were already used for the project I was working on so it was easy to reorder the same materials. However, the response time could be improved. Secretary was very nice and helpful. And even the representative I worked with was helpful, but hard to reach at times. All in all a good experience.

I searched all over the KC area for a rare piece of exterior crown molding with no luck. However, I heard about KC Millwork and drove to their shop. Upon arrival, Chad friendly greeted me and asked how he could help. He was able to locate the exact piece of trim we needed. Amazing service and will definitely recommend! If I could leave 6 stars, I would!

Pretty acceptable customer service, bought some supplements and was suggested a brand of protein I have not tried before. Be wary of what you may be suggested by employees, do research first. In some cases, employees may just be getting commision for selling certain brands. However, my experience there was good. Second time I came back, I was served by a different employee; had a rude demeanor and seemed like we were making him late for something.

Got some vitamins today for a reasonable price.

Very untrustworthy!  I bought some vitamins at the store and later saw that they charged me for 3 transactions on my credit card (for the same amount) even though I only made one transaction.  I called the store and they said to come in and they would fix it.  When I went to the store, the manager called the owner and he said that there was nothing they could do about it and to dispute it with my credit card company.  I will NEVER shop there again!

Very helpful staff and clean store. Rob helped answer all my questions and pointed out the good deals to me also. 5/5 would recommend!

Big O Tires

I cannot fully express how exceptionally satisfied I am with the service and compassion that I have received from Big O Tires in Shawnee, KS.  I’ve taken my vehicles to them for everything from oil changes, tire rotations/replacements, and significant service intervals (coolant, spark plugs, etc.).  They always are able to make room for me in their schedule and have routinely made a practice of ensuring that the parts are available even before I bring our vehicles in for service, repair, or maintenance. I’m not usually one to put much value in “warranties” of any kind, but I have been very pleased with their tire warranty.  Big O Tire’s warranty has easily covered the cost to replace 3-4 tires at little to NO cost.   Lastly,, I have never once had a service related issue with their technicians and believe that their service is meets or exceeds any service that could be provided at another location or dealership

I try to work exclusively with Robert because of his compassion, his patience when answering questions, and his attention to detail.  His service is exceptional and I have HIGHLY recommended Robert to friends and family.  His level of service is above and beyond.

We were on the hunt for a place to install tires on my Audi, and the prices everywhere were sky-high. Even Walmart's machine didn't fit our needs. Then, Big O Tires came to the rescue! From the moment I spoke to the lovely voice on the phone, explaining our requirements, to promptly securing an appointment the same day, and let's not forget - the PRICE was absolutely unbeatable! Talk about excellent service! This is the start of something new. Support your local business, trust me it's worth it. Our tires look good and we are back on the road back in style.

I am always so appreciative of the wonderful customer service at my Shawnee Big O. I can count on them to give me honest evaluations of what my vehicle needs and they are always responsive to my concerns. With a very busy work schedule the flexibility and communication available is a major plus. All of our vehicles are cared for by this fantastic team!

First visit was to get my tires replaced. They helped me research the tires that was best for my truck and they were extremely patient and professional. My second visit was last week to get my oil changed and a bulb replaced. Again, very professional and did a great job. This is the first time someone actually followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will be taking my truck there from now on. Thank you Shawnee Big O team!!!

I was welcomed into the store and remembered from the telephone call l made the day before.  My tires were ordered and waiting for me.  Overall a great experience and a big stress reliever.

I know these guys are hard people I was living in the woods 150yrds out back waiting to get a mechanic to look at my bike to find that it was dead. They knew and they helped me can't say how but they were cool to me.

New nice place, but they need a armed security officer to cut down on some of the locals that just hanging out it bad for business.  Morning it's nice the guy that works there is cool.

Just bought a vape from this gas station and it didn’t work. So went back inside to ask for a new one like they offer and they told me no they couldn’t swap it out for me. Might seem petty to some but I work hard for my money and it just got wasted

An older lady with glasses working on Monday night (9/20/2021) at approximately 8:30 p.m was SUPER rude to us when we were at the gas pump for about 5 minutes because I was looking for something that was lost. She told us to leave because we weren’t getting gas at the time she walked up and there was nobody waiting in line. She disrespected us and she deserves to be fired.

Was not welcomed, never was greeted. They were too busy looking at their phones.

Great place to get a tank of gas and a few things to eat.

Great coffee everymorning. Also some good snacks.

They had gas. I put it in my car and my car worked well. What more is there to say?

I shopped around for tires at multiple places and found myself at Big O Tires website. It said they would try to match a lower price so I called and spoke with Josh. He was so helpful and worked with me to find a great set of tires for the price I was wanting to spend. I was able to go in that same day and get new tires. They ride great! Josh recommended some really great tires and we are very pleased with the service.

Josh and his team were great! I got a flat tire while working and grew anxious because I had to drive 2.5 hours the next evening for the Holiday. However, they were able to help me immediately! They were super quick and efficient. I can’t thank them enough!

I recently dropped off my wheels that needed new tires and was blown away by the exceptional service. The team was knowledgeable and efficient, providing me with great recommendations and getting me back on the road quickly. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they were running a special: $39.95 for oil change, rotation, fluid top-up, battery check, etc. When I was driving away, I checked my tire pressure and it was still low, the same as when I pulled up to the building. I'm not sure they even did the rotation. Also, when I tried to clean my windshield that day, I sprayed a bit of fluid 2 times, and then was out of washer fluid. So now I know they didn't top-up fluids.
3 stars because the person at the desk was very nice and helpful, I've never had problems here, and because I got a full-synthetic oil change for $40 (or maybe not?), but I didn't receive any other of the promised services.
Update: they did contact me via text, offering to fill my tires and washer fluid but I'd already done it myself because I was headed out of town. No other offers were made.

Front desk was polite, but ultimately the work on my vehicle wasn't done properly. After many Miles of my vehicle pulling off the road,  I finally found tine to try another big o location. They stated my alignment was way out and fixed it right. The technician here claimed it wasn't adjustable anymore and just didn't seem to care about the work,  even after I called back.

I usually shop at the Antioch & Vivion location. Since the last 2 previous managers left it wasn't the same. So I stopped in at this GNC to see what they had. I ran into one of the previous managers Dalaina. She is amazing and has been with the company for almost 20 years. So is VERY knowledgeable and truly cares about your health. It shows she is passionate about what she does. I would recommend THIS location over Antioch and Zona Rosa for sure. You will get the quality service and help you truly need.

Visited this store for the 1st time yesterday. Dalaina was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really took the time to listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need. Much appreciated from a customer perspective. I will be back!

I was in need of more protein mix and started to hop online to see how much i could save on the Amplify XL versus running to a GNC to pick it up, but decided to just "pay more" and it get the same day from the store.  I went out to the Parkville location and was surprised to find it was at least $10 cheaper than anyplace was selling it online.  I asked how long they were running this sale, and was told that because it is locally owned they are able to discount the prices and that this is the everyday price.  How often are we able to support a locally owned store and save money at the same time.  The staff was super helpful and i will definitely be back.

First of all this place shares the same sidewalk as the one in front of Nick & Jake's. I only know this because I had to call Lindsay to figure out where it was. Google WILL let you down with directions here.

Speaking of Lindsay, she absolutely killed it. I'm a   COVID-19 survivor who had a very seditary 2020 and regressed quite a bit and was looking for a pre-workout to play nice with my ADD medication. She knew exactly where I needed to go and knew exactly what I was up against. I also asked for a breakfast meal replacement supplement and she made the perfect recommendation. I threw tons of questions her way and she asked tons of them back to make sure we got the perfect combination of supplements!! She recommended PMD's Caffeine Free Ultra Pump Fuel and their Amplify XL protein shake.

It was quite a drive for me but I'll be back. Passion and knowledge in a store employee is a dangerous combination and GNC seems to nail it everywhere I've been.

I am a regular at this store for the lean shakes. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Only thing is parking is limoted due to the location but that has nothing to do with the store.

The UPS Store

Had lots of different items to print out and one repair order to ship. Extremely good customer service. The store was quite busy the day before Christmas Eve, and both employees were pleasant, courteous, and efficient when helping a long string of non-stop customers. Would give higher stars if I could.

I have always had a wonderful experience here no matter who is working!! They have taken care of everything so nicely when it comes to handling my packages ranging from birthday gifts to my wedding bouquet. They work with me on best pricing options and walk me through all options with kindness. The location is central to many people and well worth stopping in! Returns take 2 minutes or less and printing labels for shipping under 5. It doesn’t get better than this UPS and their team!!

I come to this store often with my online returns.
They are always pleasant and super efficient, even when there's a line I don't have to wait very long.
Today Ann, Kamna and Cassie were able to help me out with a confusing return. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. This is a great UPS store

I've been a customer of this location for over four years. For the most part, it has been a good experience overall. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, and the hours are convenient. There is high employee turnover here, though.

The price to rent a mailbox seems a bit on the high side, in my opinion, but the costs for printing and shipping seem competitive. Although I haven't done a lot of printing projects, the ones I have done had a quick turnaround. I plan to continue doing business here.

Amazing Customer Service…they are always very patient with me when I bring in all of my Amazon returns. Their printing services are top notch as well…
I highly recommend!!!!

The Home Depot

Hortencia helped us out at the register and managed to help us figure out our exempt stuff for the church and was super helpful in the process. She has a great smile and great customer service!

We were able to find all the things we needed for our Gaga Ball Pit construction and the boards were straight. Can't ask for much else.

Home Depot should be more considerate of people who don't get around well.  They set the store up so you come in one door, get what you need, then walk to the other end of the store to check out. Then have to walk to the other end of the store to go back to your car.  I realize they have pickup, but some of the elderly don't know how to use computers to set that up.
Thank goodness for Kevin. He was working at the return desk and was very kind.  He took pity on my 87 year old friend, and checked her out there.
I could have checked her out at the other end of the store, but would have had to leave here there alone. She likes to take care of her own business, like most of us.
Kevin was thoughtful and kind. We need more young men like him.

Off topic- Deserted on Christmas- Not a soul in sight.
Anyways, most the time has what me and my Grandma needs, we like building small things, she's a fan of decor for cats.... No issues with home Depot 9.8/10

I tried to do the survey on the receipt and it didn’t work 😫My husband and I were painting a small apartment and needed to get some paint matched. We dealt with Ed (a few times now!) and he was happy to help us WITH EVERYTHING! He made it easy and less stressful on us. He knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about! Needless to say the apartment turned out marvelous! Couldn’t have done it without ya Ed!

Great site with friendly staff.  Everything is clean and organized so I read able to find what I needed quickly and get back to work!
