Always friendly service.  Was looking for door panel retainers they had a mass variety, but the little  containers only have 3 to 5 per box, around like 4 bucks. And that's okay if you only need a couple,  however I need around 25. I know the neighboring competitor you can also get a larger bulk package from DISCO (10 to 100 depending on type and under 20 bucks).  So I proceed to ask the associate if they have a similar option.   He takes me out to the shelves and shows me the Variety Packs by vehicle manufacturer (Ford, Dodge, Chevy, etc.)  These are awesome if you have some missing all over your vehicle,  but only 1 to 5 or 6 of each type.   Costing anywhere from 40 to 80 bucks. The associate explains that those 2 are the only options they offer..  So unfortunately I
had to go to the competitor.   😞😓😩😠

Love this place. Everything i go in they treat me great. One of the employees last time even talked me into getting LED headlights and he installed them. Was best money I ever spent since me and the wife been bouncing back and forth from here to Iowa.

The UPS Store

It is easy to overlook people and places like this. I went in today with three different, but similar Amazon returns. Three versions, three return situations, three packaging requirements. The staff was super patient, professional and helpful. People in their position can make or break your day. These guys made mine.

My representative (Dylan) sp? was extremely helpful and kind. I had many double-sided pages to fax. He did it all for me with a smile on his face and while also waiting on other customers at the same time.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I just went there today with a dropoff return that actually pertained to the post office, regardless the young man at the counter was very helpful, he offered to print out the return label, even sealed the bag and put the label himself and didn't charge a cent for his time and service. Needless to say I will come back to this location when I need to.

I was lied to about sending packages you get 15 percent off, well the assistant manager lied and told me it was only 5 percent off and I have sent packages from there before. I have even meet the owner of the store.Yes I was up set and I just left the store and mailed my package from the post office instead.They wanted $11.00 and I mailed it from the post office and it only cost me $9.89. I will be filling a complaint against the man that lied to me and about the cost 😡😡😡.

The store closed early during the biggest major shipping and shopping holiday. If you can’t be open when you’re reporting to be open, change your hours.

Big O Tires

Great service, they explained everything that my Escape required simply over the phone and via email with no hard selling.. the work was done swiftly and to a very high standard. They have become my go to guys whenever I need work done!

I came in to fix a low tire. I chose to buy new tires as I knew I'd need some next spring.  Got a gr8 deal compared to another stores quote. Saved 300$. Speedy service.  I am happy.

Front end alignment went well. They were obviously very busy when I dropped off my suburban,  but were very courteous and attentive. They asked the right questions to understand the issue. I was texted when it was finished (ahead of time) and upon pick up was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Efficient well run business in my opinion! 😀

Budget Blinds Serving Shawnee & Lenexa

We used budget blinds for shutters throughout our home. We got three quotes total & they were the least expensive quote. They were prompt in setting up the initial appointment for a free estimate, and provided the estimate same day during the appointment. They had their installer come and take measurements a second time to ensure they would be correct, which is important with shutters. A previous experience I had with another company in my prior home where they did not take proper measurements led to weeks of extra time without the window coverings as they are custom made- so it was nice that budget blinds was so thorough. The product came & was installed quickly. No issues with a single window fitting properly- and we had 24 windows. The installer worked quickly & efficiently. My parents used them for shutters just after we did & had a similar experience.

I had a most wonderful experience with Budget Blinds of Lawrence & Shawnee. I ordered shutters which required a consult with the sales person, remeasure with Tim, down payment, delivery of the product being custom-made, install, and final payment.

The product arrived on time, with the correct measurements, color, and without damage. Tim did an excellent job of installing the perfectly made shutters.

My decision to change from blinds to shutters made a huge difference in the look and feel of my home. It is gorgeous, warm, and inviting. This was possible only because of Budget Blinds of Lawrence & Shawnee's attention to detail and quality work.

Custom sized windows on every side of our home and with an open concept we found it very difficult to figure out the best solution for proper privacy, longevity, cohesiveness and light options. If you want cookie cutter, try to make it fit because you have a "coupon and catch a sale" window treatments go for it.  Your level of satisfaction will be far below the alternative.  And you will be changing your mind next year.

We had an excellent experience from the very start to the finish.  Ryan and Craig laid out the process, showed up punctually and did exactly as they said they would do.  Their installer, Tim, can only be described as a master craftsman! He was more particular than I. I absolutely love the shutters.  They upgraded the whole house.  Their bid was very competitive and I like their shutters the best, so a double win.  We purchased the hidden tilt and LOVE them.  If and when we buy another home, I will use them again and install shutters upon move in.

We love our plantation shutters.  They are beautiful and high quality.  I can’t recommend Budget Blinds enough.  They were helpful, easy to work with and the installation process was seamless.

I have used this location on several occasions, usually when I needed to make an unexpected repair.  The staff have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable. If they don't have a part in stock,  they will order it for you.

Such awesome service the moment I walked in the door. Tyrone put the code reader in my car found the problem and helped me  get the proper parts.  I can't say enough about the great service Tyrone and Tony gave me. Got me back on the road! I hope I dont need help like this anytime soon but I highly recommend their business, especially for ladies. Thank you!

John was friendly and super helpful . He went above and beyond the call of duty. Though one part wasn’t in stock he offered to order it. I appreciate all he did.

In KC from Iowa and bought a used car needing a battery. The crew here did a great job making sure I got the correct battery and that it was installed properly. Good team here!

When I first walked in I was greeted by two gentlemen named Elique S. And Angel L. who worked in the store. I asked the workers if they accept used Motor Oil. Elique S. Told me they do accept. He was so kind he pulled the cart outside to help me grab the oil from my car. I just want to give a shout out to them for having great customer service! They gave a welcoming energy. Westlake Ace Hardware

Great service and friendly staff, they always apply my couponsandhelp with find all the parts that i need. Keep up the great work and i will definitely shop here again.

When NFM customer service sucked, Ace team came in like a superhero to save the day. The team was phenomenal and clearly customer service is what brings me back. They’ve got me as a returning customer as will be my dogs

This is a really good hardware store.  Plenty of employees.  Great service.  They have everything.  The plants look great and the prices are good too.

Beware: they will not honor their own prices online, even when specifying this particular location on the website.

I found an item I wanted, it said it was available at this store for $22. Show up, they want $29 and won't honor their own website listing this price for their location. Not cool.

The said that they were at the mercy of corporate HQ, which may be true, but the end result is you will pay a premium to shop local.

They explained that I could "purchase online for a local pickup" and get the price. So, exactly what I want to do when shipping, spend 5 minutes entering 20 pieces of information on my cell phone standing in the hardware store (to have it wipe all my info out once because I entered one item incorrectly.. nice..)

I feel for you if HQ is to blame, but the end result is a bad experience at your store. Feel free to pass this review on to them.

Excellent selection of products. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is new and immaculate.  The only downside is prices are a little higher than the big box stores.

Perhaps the coolest and most special part about this Westlake Ace Hardware is Ace himself - the cat! We love visiting this store to make sure we get a spotting or run in with Ace. Not to mention everyone is super helpful and the store is always clean and organized, especially to the liking of Ace. Thanks for always making our trip to Ace fun and make sure to check the back of the store for Ace just in case! You know it’s his helpful place!

There are few places you can go in this day and age and find an associate if you have a question. At Westlake, they will come up to you and check in multiple times. So refreshing! They also have a great rewards program.

Found the checker and the woman I assume was the manager (she was working the paint area at the time) to be rather unprofessional as they repeatedly yelled back and forth at each other in front of customers. The man working the floor however was very helpful in getting me what I was there for.

Great place when needing something in a pinch. Have a good selection.

Had a job interview, 1st class people, very friendly.  Hope I get to join the team!!

Walmart Supercenter

This wal mart had a lot of good deals. The store was clean and the staff was friendly

I've been a bit surprised with the art supplies that is available here. No not in a bad way; in a good way.  so I'll keep going here for my art supplies. Now I do have a  wish, I wish they would carry more oil oil painting supplies. ? Will they? So let's wait and see.

This Walmart has been modernized. While I don’t normally shop at this particular store, I came here because the one I normally go to is still in the process of remodeling. It was pretty easy to find what I needed, and the lady watching the self-checkouts was pretty helpful. Again, I’ve said it before, sometimes I like Walmart and sometimes I don’t.

Too many giant cart by Employees parking in he middle of isles.  Alot of large bottled water aren't brought forward. Top shelves are to high. Stock on top shelf small items need to be restocking the same lower shelves that are out.

One actual cashier that was closing their register at 7am and grumpy as hell. If I wanted to work as a cashier, I'd apply for a job! I had a full cart and one item didn't scan correctly. The lady supervising the self checkout acted like I was trying to steal something! $400+ in products and I'd try stealing a $2 item. Give me a break. Beeping everywhere so it sounded like I scanned my item too. Next time I'll just leave everything if it's just self checkout only. I'm not getting paid to do there job too! At least try not being so damn rude. Good grief.

A Total Door, Inc.

My garage door quit working after we moved into our new house nine days ago! Austin and Seth came and fixed our door! They were wonderful! Very nice to work with, and our garage door is now working…Yay, to two hard working guys.

Richard Hammond with A Total Door came out for a service call and got my door working again. Our door was damaged in a storm. He was great and got straight to work. I'd definitely have him come out to service our garage door again. Thanks Richard!

Total Door quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage door opener. They did an expert job and provided great service. The previous company sent by my home warranty company said the opener was fine (which I knew it wasn't) and only wanted to sell me a whole new garage door at the price of over $2,000 (which surprisingly was to include a new opener). Total Door recognized that it was the opener that was broken, and that the door was fine. I highly recommend Total Door.

Richard did an excellent job installing our garage doors.  Hard to believe that one guy can remove and install three garage doors all by himself in one day!

From misery to ecstasy! Our small, old commercial building had 2 steel framed glass exterior doors, both with issues - sticky, hard to lock, slow closing............. and more. Based on our comments and photos A Total Door gave us a tentative bid which we thought was reasonable, and scheduled an appointment promptly. Two techs arrived, diagnosed all the [multiple] issues on both doors, fixed them including replacing a couple of parts - and then told us the fixes were less complicated than their bid, so charged us about half of the [reasonable] bid. And all the while were professional and even fun guests in our space. Fast? Check. Professional? Check. Competent and qualified? Check check.

Lowe's Home Improvement

Tamika, you are wonderful! I very much appreciate your levity and turning my frown into a big grin.   I’ve always had the best service at this particular Lowe’s. I will drive out of the way to go there because their manager and they’re on duty managers down to everybody is just really really helpful and polite. They do a great job that’s not always easy and they’re so polite and kind, it’s the kind of service You just don’t see very often anymore and I’m grateful for their kind assistance.  I don’t do a ton of reviews and wasn’t asked to do this one and I’m voluntarily doing it because the service was so superlative I felt I had to spread the positive word so often we just spread negative information and here’s one that’s really wonderful and positive so whatever you need for your home repair, lawn or DIY project this is the place to go.

I needed a replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow.  Xavier was stocking but he stopped what he was doing and walked me half way across the store.  They were on the bottom shelf all the way in back but he found the perfect match for me!!  Thanks.

Blanca Customer service agent helped me with finding my receipt and previous had 2 other associates who kept putting me on hold and she literally took her time , addressed my concern and even help show me how the lockers worked. Great agent and very patient and hardworking . Thank you Blanca !

This place has gone downhill dramatically.  There is NOONE available to assist.   Waited for 20 min in the paint department at 5 pm on a Saturday.   They have been out of many items, and they are poorly stocked with what they do have.

Lots of selection, on lots of items....except for the outdoor sheds, which was why I was there.   The employees were helpful in trying to answer my questions...but just my luck,  the one that knew the most was on lunch. Overall a great store.
