Big O Tires

I shopped around for tires at multiple places and found myself at Big O Tires website. It said they would try to match a lower price so I called and spoke with Josh. He was so helpful and worked with me to find a great set of tires for the price I was wanting to spend. I was able to go in that same day and get new tires. They ride great! Josh recommended some really great tires and we are very pleased with the service.

Josh and his team were great! I got a flat tire while working and grew anxious because I had to drive 2.5 hours the next evening for the Holiday. However, they were able to help me immediately! They were super quick and efficient. I can’t thank them enough!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they were running a special: $39.95 for oil change, rotation, fluid top-up, battery check, etc. When I was driving away, I checked my tire pressure and it was still low, the same as when I pulled up to the building. I'm not sure they even did the rotation. Also, when I tried to clean my windshield that day, I sprayed a bit of fluid 2 times, and then was out of washer fluid. So now I know they didn't top-up fluids. 3 stars because the person at the desk was very nice and helpful, I've never had problems here, and because I got a full-synthetic oil change for $40 (or maybe not?), but I didn't receive any other of the promised services. Update: they did contact me via text, offering to fill my tires and washer fluid but I'd already done it myself because I was headed out of town. No other offers were made.

Front desk was polite, but ultimately the work on my vehicle wasn't done properly. After many Miles of my vehicle pulling off the road, I finally found tine to try another big o location. They stated my alignment was way out and fixed it right. The technician here claimed it wasn't adjustable anymore and just didn't seem to care about the work, even after I called back.
