The Home Depot

Hortencia helped us out at the register and managed to help us figure out our exempt stuff for the church and was super helpful in the process. She has a great smile and great customer service! We were able to find all the things we needed for our Gaga Ball Pit construction and the boards were straight. Can't ask for much else.

Home Depot should be more considerate of people who don't get around well. They set the store up so you come in one door, get what you need, then walk to the other end of the store to check out. Then have to walk to the other end of the store to go back to your car. I realize they have pickup, but some of the elderly don't know how to use computers to set that up. Thank goodness for Kevin. He was working at the return desk and was very kind. He took pity on my 87 year old friend, and checked her out there. I could have checked her out at the other end of the store, but would have had to leave here there alone. She likes to take care of her own business, like most of us. Kevin was thoughtful and kind. We need more young men like him.

Off topic- Deserted on Christmas- Not a soul in sight. Anyways, most the time has what me and my Grandma needs, we like building small things, she's a fan of decor for cats.... No issues with home Depot 9.8/10

I tried to do the survey on the receipt and it didn’t work 😫My husband and I were painting a small apartment and needed to get some paint matched. We dealt with Ed (a few times now!) and he was happy to help us WITH EVERYTHING! He made it easy and less stressful on us. He knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about! Needless to say the apartment turned out marvelous! Couldn’t have done it without ya Ed!

Great site with friendly staff. Everything is clean and organized so I read able to find what I needed quickly and get back to work!
