Had lots of different items to print out and one repair order to ship. Extremely good customer service. The store was quite busy the day before Christmas Eve, and both employees were pleasant, courteous, and efficient when helping a long string of non-stop customers. Would give higher stars if I could.

I have always had a wonderful experience here no matter who is working!! They have taken care of everything so nicely when it comes to handling my packages ranging from birthday gifts to my wedding bouquet. They work with me on best pricing options and walk me through all options with kindness. The location is central to many people and well worth stopping in! Returns take 2 minutes or less and printing labels for shipping under 5. It doesn’t get better than this UPS and their team!!

I come to this store often with my online returns. They are always pleasant and super efficient, even when there's a line I don't have to wait very long. Today Ann, Kamna and Cassie were able to help me out with a confusing return. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. This is a great UPS store

I've been a customer of this location for over four years. For the most part, it has been a good experience overall. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, and the hours are convenient. There is high employee turnover here, though. The price to rent a mailbox seems a bit on the high side, in my opinion, but the costs for printing and shipping seem competitive. Although I haven't done a lot of printing projects, the ones I have done had a quick turnaround. I plan to continue doing business here.

Amazing Customer Service…they are always very patient with me when I bring in all of my Amazon returns. Their printing services are top notch as well… I highly recommend!!!!
