Clint from Electronics provided amazing customer service! I went in yesterday and it was extremely busy due to the holiday being tomorrow, that didn't stop Clint from going above and beyond. Despite being so busy/crowded and all the pressure from multiple customers at once, Clint did not compromise his professionalism in any manner. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient throughout the whole experience. People like Clint make a world of difference.

Nice employees, we actually called the store before going there and ask if they had overnight parking. They told us yes and could park our camper in the parking lot. So we spent the night there. We did visit the store and picked up supplies. The person on the phone and the employees were all very nice! The store was also clean and nice.

I get everything from here. The store is always cleaned, organized and stocked. The employees are very nice and helpful. Prices are great. Their produce and meat are good quality. The pharmacy is the absolute beat. My only complaint would be that the people filling online orders don't watch were they are going and have almost ran over my 2 year old multiple times.

I recently visited this Walmart location and it exceeded my expectations. The store was impressively clean, well-stocked, and the staff were genuinely friendly. It’s also surprisingly quiet, making shopping a breeze. I highly recommend this Walmart for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Customer service at this location is usually one of three possible options(or any combination thereof)
1)extremely rude
2)takes forever
3)non-existent
Coach Will was very rude and acted like he wasn't even on the same plane of existence. The amount of rudeness and incompetence at this store is absolutely staggering.

Recently, One night on a Saturday, I arrived to do a return(at least five minutes before closing time for their titular "customer care"), and they closed, several minutes before the actual closing time for "customer care".

This kind of rudeness has persisted ever since the store opened in 2008, and it will no longer be tolerated.

Such a delight to have these professionals do our siding project that the entire team works together with positive vibes (like they finish each other's sentences!). From the initial inquiry and quote to the final downspout installed, we were very happy with our team. Not shy to communicate their process and extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions along the way. If I had it to do over again, ABC Seamless of Janesville is my choice without hesitation!

We love our new windows, doors, siding, gutters, facia, and soffit. You guys were so pleasant to work with! The drafts we had prior are no longer there. Everyone was so nice and took the time to answer all the questions we had. All out outside lights work and appreciate that you could replace them. We had talked about having our windows replace, new siding and gutters done for sometime.   One day we took the plunge and called a couple places for quotes!  ABC Seamless was one of them.  We were please as soon as the salesman came!  Professional,  knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even the ones after our initial visit.  We decided hands down to take the plunge and ABC Seamless was our pick!!  The office provided us with times and dates for installation.  Once it was go time, the crew showed up and were all awesome.  Everyone was friendly and hard workers!  The lead man was amazing!  Checked in every morning with a daily itinerary and followed up at the end of the day with a progress report.  I was actually sad after 2 weeks of work to see the team leave.  We have nothing but great things to say about this company and our experience! Thank you all so much!

I have been stalling with getting my windows repaired as I live in an older home, but decided it was time and went with the upstairs windows to replace first. I’m so glad I chose ABC Seamless to help me get my house back in shape. They have the kindest group of people, made the whole process seamless, and did a fantastic job. I immediately set up an order with them for the next set of windows on my main floor as soon as they were done with the upstairs. Thank you for being such a great company to work with!

Today I spent over $500 in this store.  After paying I was walking out with my receipt out, just in case I was asked for it since I bought a tv. I made it to the front door and no one was checking receipts. An African foreign national worker ran towards me and stopped me. Her name was Sharon. I gave her my receipt. She then acted as if I stole because the receipt print was missing on the bottom. I just got the receipt minutes before I was walking out. She then started to get physical and told me to move out of her way. She was trying to get a raise out of me. I told her she wasn’t professional. I stopped moving she kept telling me to move. She noticed she was wrong and she was just trying to be rude. I told her I could call the cops for harassment and if she touched me I would press charges. She said you want me to call them? She then looked at the receipt and didn’t really know what she was looking for. I then asked for her manager she told me she was the manager. She wasn’t the manager.  But she called the manager. She then tried to tell him a lie but I was talking to him. He realized she was wrong and told her to wait to talk. He then just said he would handle it. Not sure what he did. After talking to a family member she has kicked out my auntie who was about to check out. Sharon doesn’t have a clue what customer service is she is racially profiling and she doesn’t care. She shouldn’t be working in a store that people trust. She made my experience here horrible. I wouldn’t shop here again.

The poorest service ever. I am from MT and tax exempt. There is quite a few times I don’t worry about the tax but this time we had quite a bit of stuff.  Logan took my drivers license and info and instead of handing my license back to me he put it by the bags where they put your groceries in and I had to reach for it. He just stared at me as I was reaching for it.  He was just tossing our items into the bags and I didn’t think about it till I got home and to find my jar of foundation was cracked. At the end of the sale he looked at me and said your tax has been removed with a smirk. I called the store and explained to them what happen and their reply was bring your item and receipt in and we will refund your money. I said I live over 200 miles. She said yes bring your item and receipt back and we will refund your money. And this is why I like ordering from other places online.

Stopped by the vision center after spending an hour shopping this past Saturday.  Renee Mohler,  an optician there, was incredibly helpful and just wonderful.  She quickly and efficiently fixed my eyeglasses that had been knocked off kilter. I had tried to go to an optometrist in my hometown but was informed they wouldn't help me since I didn't buy my glasses from them. Wasn't an issue at the Walmart vision center. Very grateful for the awesome customer service!

It was a decent location. Went to find a duffel bag. They were all in disarray. Also was trying to find a decent graphic tee and half of them didn’t have a display out. Didn’t feel like opening a ton of shirts just to see what they were. I’d have felt bad making such a mess trying to get them out. Was gonna give a 4 star. But then realizing the disarray I change it to a 3. Shouldn’t managers be walking through making sure employees are doing their jobs? Staff was mostly nice. One of the ladies working at self checkout that spoke broken English walked up as I was checking out and gave herself a 5 star feedback rating. She doesn’t deserve one for doing that. Had she simply asked if I’d give her a rating I would’ve given her a decent one. Yeah, I think I’ll change my review to a 2. Overall everything else seemed ok.

It is a Walmart. It has everything from clothes to food. As every Walmart has been lately the selfs don’t have much on them. This one seemed to have fresher food then the last few we’ve been to on our road trip. You pretty much have to use a self checkout because you will be standing in line for a bit since they don’t have many cashiers but again pretty normal at most Walmart’s.

Gutwein Quality Doors, Inc.

I'm a big fan of this company. Back in super-frigid weather a few years ago they came out at 7 pm to replace our door motor because they promised us they would come that day. This time we had a spring problem they diagnosed by phone and showed up a week before our home warranty company even called us to set up the appointment after we called it in. Great people and great company.

Gutwein Doors has been helping customers since 2001, and in this day & age, you have to love it when you come across a family owned business. That means a lot, and it is reflected in the work they do. Very impressed!

Great service and kept me updated on the arrival time. Had all the things my garage door needed and did a fantastic job inspecting it. Found cracks and poor support issues and fixed them very fast. Highly recommended

This company is great to work with!  I've purchased 11 doors from them and just ordered 2 more.  They're always very helpful and the doors they sell are great quality.

Seneca Ace Hardware

This has become my home away from home sometimes. The other day, my 2 year old and I needed to get out of the house and also find a part to fix the toilet seat. The staff is always so helpful and kind. There is a woman there with long white hair, I believe. I should know her name by now. She is SO nice. I love talking to her. She is always involved with my daughter and finds the tiny shopping cart for her. Shop small businesses!!! They have soaps, canning area, cleaning products, some decor, and all kinds of other things you need for your house. It also is nice to go there if you like to do projects and crafts and the staff will help you.

Menards

Every employee I came into contact with was friendly and courteous. One man went out of his way to help me with some heavy lifting and to make sure I had everything I needed all the while sporting a smile! It made up for the rearrangement of the pet supplies.

So we are passing through town and we needed to stop and order a new door for our bus. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful and took the time to get our special order door taken care of. As all Menards go this is just like all of them. Clean , great staff and everything you need to find you can

If they don't have what you need they can probably order it!  You (I) can't just stop here for a quick one item pickup.  I've tried.  If you leave without buying something, change your attitude! 😜. Swing by the grocery section and grab some comfort food! ....make sure to take some time along with you when you go.....this place is HUGE!

Always a smiling helpful associate at your fingertips no matter what you're looking for they offer a rebate on everything ask an associate for details 11%as I recall nothing to sneer at That's 4 Sure!

Main reason for the visit was to get special light bulbs. A courteous employee is names Ryan was very helpful in finding the right bulb.  Also a Craig was awesome! He helped me figure out the perfect stand for hanging extra clothes. Ended up settling on one that could completely enclose to protect from hair and dust.  Went there for a bulb and left after spending hundreds of dollars on items. If the staff wasn't so friendly and helpful I would have left right away but they will keep me coming back and spending my money there. Menard's is lucky to have employees like Ryan and Craig on their team.

Propane and propane accessories, lumber, paint, glass cut, keys made, chainsaw sharpening, plumbing, electrical, gardening supplies, landscaping blocks and supplies, some  lawn mower parts, water heaters, faucets and all the hardware bolts nuts screws you'll need tu o get the job the done.

I love this Ace store! The people are so friendly and they have everything you could think of for hardware purposes and diy projects. They even have stuff for making your own beef jerky and wrapping your own meats at home. I am obsessed and so is my husband! 😝 We will definitely continue to shop here and send all our friends here as well!

This is my favorite WALMART in the country. I will literally  drive by other WALMARTS just to came to this one. This is the only one I will go to before going to Target. The management and employees are always so good.
The store is kept up really well.  Keep up  the great job.

I shop Walmart all the time. I like the location nearby home. I don't always flick the SURVEY at the end of each transaction. But yesterday one of the ladies who assists at the self checkout hurried over to my register. Kinda moved me out of the way, hit 5 stars, then handed me my receipt. I really don't think completing your own review is approved of. And to move me aside?....wow. I will definitely be clicking the 1 from now on.

Pick up was and is always amazing. The issue I believe come from the manager over the online orders. About a month or so ago things have gotten really messy! Missing items, list items , items being marked as picked up 20 to 30 minutes before I even show up and park. I believe this has to do with management. I feel bad due to the fact that the employees taking the items to the cars are the ones being thrown in the fire. They are getting yelled at and having to look for lost or misplaced items. Not right management. They are in the front lines. Try taking care of them not numbers. They aren’t real life humans ! ☹️

We stop at Bernalillo everytime we come through town. This time we broke down on Saturday August 12 and had to stay until August 16th.
Thank you Bernalillo for your hospitality,  the Walmart employees and the residents of Bernalillo have been such good neighbors that I think we're going to be home sick when we leave.
