Today I spent over $500 in this store. After paying I was walking out with my receipt out, just in case I was asked for it since I bought a tv. I made it to the front door and no one was checking receipts. An African foreign national worker ran towards me and stopped me. Her name was Sharon. I gave her my receipt. She then acted as if I stole because the receipt print was missing on the bottom. I just got the receipt minutes before I was walking out. She then started to get physical and told me to move out of her way. She was trying to get a raise out of me. I told her she wasn’t professional. I stopped moving she kept telling me to move. She noticed she was wrong and she was just trying to be rude. I told her I could call the cops for harassment and if she touched me I would press charges. She said you want me to call them? She then looked at the receipt and didn’t really know what she was looking for. I then asked for her manager she told me she was the manager. She wasn’t the manager. But she called the manager. She then tried to tell him a lie but I was talking to him. He realized she was wrong and told her to wait to talk. He then just said he would handle it. Not sure what he did. After talking to a family member she has kicked out my auntie who was about to check out. Sharon doesn’t have a clue what customer service is she is racially profiling and she doesn’t care. She shouldn’t be working in a store that people trust. She made my experience here horrible. I wouldn’t shop here again.
The poorest service ever. I am from MT and tax exempt. There is quite a few times I don’t worry about the tax but this time we had quite a bit of stuff. Logan took my drivers license and info and instead of handing my license back to me he put it by the bags where they put your groceries in and I had to reach for it. He just stared at me as I was reaching for it. He was just tossing our items into the bags and I didn’t think about it till I got home and to find my jar of foundation was cracked. At the end of the sale he looked at me and said your tax has been removed with a smirk. I called the store and explained to them what happen and their reply was bring your item and receipt in and we will refund your money. I said I live over 200 miles. She said yes bring your item and receipt back and we will refund your money. And this is why I like ordering from other places online.
Stopped by the vision center after spending an hour shopping this past Saturday. Renee Mohler, an optician there, was incredibly helpful and just wonderful. She quickly and efficiently fixed my eyeglasses that had been knocked off kilter. I had tried to go to an optometrist in my hometown but was informed they wouldn't help me since I didn't buy my glasses from them. Wasn't an issue at the Walmart vision center. Very grateful for the awesome customer service!
It was a decent location. Went to find a duffel bag. They were all in disarray. Also was trying to find a decent graphic tee and half of them didn’t have a display out. Didn’t feel like opening a ton of shirts just to see what they were. I’d have felt bad making such a mess trying to get them out. Was gonna give a 4 star. But then realizing the disarray I change it to a 3. Shouldn’t managers be walking through making sure employees are doing their jobs? Staff was mostly nice. One of the ladies working at self checkout that spoke broken English walked up as I was checking out and gave herself a 5 star feedback rating. She doesn’t deserve one for doing that. Had she simply asked if I’d give her a rating I would’ve given her a decent one. Yeah, I think I’ll change my review to a 2. Overall everything else seemed ok.
It is a Walmart. It has everything from clothes to food. As every Walmart has been lately the selfs don’t have much on them. This one seemed to have fresher food then the last few we’ve been to on our road trip. You pretty much have to use a self checkout because you will be standing in line for a bit since they don’t have many cashiers but again pretty normal at most Walmart’s.
